The contractor responsible for the software used by the New Jersey Dept of Motor Vehicles to uplink voter registration to the state elections office is now saying their software did not cause 6,600 illegal aliens to be registered voters.
Someone in New Jersey government had to create that link to register the voters.
The USA Today has responses from IDEMIA, a France-based company that provides technology for issuing identity documents also used by 36 different states.
[…] IDEMIA spokeswoman Lisa Shoemaker told USA TODAY on July 23 that “the characterization that a glitch occurred is not accurate.”
”There was no glitch or software error,” said Shoemaker, whose firm also handles a wide array of federal contracts, including TSA Pre-Check at airports and “biometric and secure identity solutions” at the Pentagon.
[…] IDEMIA, which says it produces the majority of drivers’ licenses in the United States, has contracts with motor vehicle departments in 36 states.
Shoemaker told USA TODAY the firm followed the written specifications issued by New Jersey in 2023, when it won a contract to collect self-attested responses, including a box to check about interest in registering to vote for people applying for or renewing a driver’s license or state-issued identification card.
Those written specifications, Shoemaker said, included the order of the questions. First, would you like to register to vote? Second, are you a U.S. citizen? And third − and only for those who answered yes to citizenship − select a party affiliation.
The state tested the software itself and approved it for deployment in 2023, Shoemaker told USA TODAY. (read more).
Suspicious Cat remains, well, increasingly suspicious.

Obviously a plan that is failing.
A corrupt insider within State government is really the only credible explanation. Professional software doesn’t “glitch.” Particularly not in a specific direction …
Why are USA State Governments outsource to French entities?
Lerss expensive than paying kickbacks?
From this I conclude that the Democrat Governor of New Jersey Mikie Sherill is covering up and lying. If not, a prompt explanation from her is needed. The MSM need to rapidly and vigorously ask her for that expalantion, if they do not, then the MSM are obvious Democrat propaganda mills and complicit in covering up Democrat malfeasance.
Obviously, the dems needed some extra ballots for the upcoming election. Remember how close the race for Governor was when Murphy probably lost?
As a lifelong resident (60 years) of the great state of NJ, I take offense to any implication that there is corruption in our voting processes or anything else. .
You must live near Newark airport near all the chemical plants beside the Jersey Turnpike and drink your tap water.
Does 6,600 meet the criteria for “widespread”?
The contractor is telling the truth.
Those engaging in ballot fraud just need the registrations and names. Think those engaging in vote care about getting the registrations via legal means?….
We see more clealy why the Uniparty is against the Save Act. The same folks who made verifying a ballot impossible, are not going to instruct their maggots to vote for the Save Act.
Worms.
