The Covid hospital medical protocol of Remdesivir and intubation made me a believer that the field (and business) of medicine is irreparably damaged.
Most general practitioners don’t do anything without consulting their computer, which will soon be completely controlled by A.I. They have little real world experience anymore.
One exception would be surgeons.
I favor older doctors because they have much more experience, of course, but mainly because they (like me) remember a world when doctors weren’t “managed” by insurance reimbursements and woke institutions.
I truly feel sorry for today’s med school graduates. And that goes double for their patients.
I have had two long time doctors retire in the past year. What they were replaced with distresses me. I know these new doctors need a little time to gain some experience but it also makes me wonder what the hell did they study in med school.

I use a saline solution for mouth wash to control dry mouth and general cleanliness. Works wonders. Using Vicks vapor rub under the nose and chest area at night keeps away the sinus infections. Lotta natural stuff to use and it keeps the doctor visits to a minimum. 🙏🏽

I will try it again with your directions but have never had great luck with saline rinse/flush.
There are nice folks in our treeper branches.
The neti pot I linked holds 16oz… fill it & use it all every time. Alternating the nostrils & blowing your nose gently after each set is what I do… that is about 4-5 evacuations (blowing) at each session.
You may have not been washing/clearing & evacuating thoroughly enough… that internal gunk must be cleared completely every session. It’s one reason why I like this bigger pot – no stopping-to-re-fill BS.
It’s also possible to gauge the temperature of the solution by hand rather than sticking your (probably germ-infested) finger into the solution when using another pot made of plastic or ceramic…
the temp also really makes a difference to the effectiveness of the session.
The stainless conducts the heat right to your hand which makes it easy to determine a comfortable temperature at or just above body temp – it’s best when just a bit warmer because it dilates/opens the membranes & vessels for better more thorough release of the mucous & dross.
I noticed from the alternate link I posted that there are other options through evilAmazon that are also stainless (a few, looking identical & very similar) AND even a bit less expensive – you’ll never have to buy another one if you buy a good one first.
Rinse it out well – or give it a quick wash w/mild soap & water – every time, & store it upside down.

Had a dentist tell me that rinsing with salt water helps our gums, during a cold, etc…also seems to keep sinuses from getting infected, if I gargle with it.
Just my experience, used to get them often.

I have worked in medicine now for 25 years. Primary care is controlled by CMS (Medicare) and the payers (Blue Cross, etc). Primary Care has become a “data mining” organization for those outside entities. Sure, you can still get your blood pressure meds but the questions they ask and the intent they serve is to close information loopholes at this point. Medicare has a “Welcome to Medicare” physical that they pay for that really puts the time stamp on the data collection. It’s absurd and an afront to quality care. Oddly enough, they call the initiative MIPS (Merit-based Incentive Payment System), you can look it up. For surgeons, there are some similar initiatives but you are right, skills based surgeons are still good if you research them. Primary Care in general is degrading and QUICKLY. All of the medical schools are DEI havens with frequent training for those with “obstacles” to care which includes LGBTQIA+-? bullcrap. Try being a young white male applying to med school, you better be at the absolute tip top of every score category because they are using outside social factors in making their selections. Anyway, long rant to say; you are ABSOLUTELY right, medical protocol during COVID and other things have made the medical establishment blatantly untrustworthy.
I had a conservative surgeon fix my hernia a few years ago and everything went just perfect. He even patiently sat in the pre-surgery room and we talked about “people” and their craziness for 20 minutes or more. Very experienced. If I recall he was the top hernia surgeon at the hospital and claimed he has done 5,000 of them.
Surgeons? Give them time…they’ll be getting the procedure off of you tube.

My grandmother had her first stroke when she was 27. She had many more until one took her out in her mid 80s. Her huband, my grandpa, had cancer and COPD.
My other grandmother died a painful death from colon cancer in her 60s. Her husband, my grandpa, had multiple heart attacks, one of which took him out in his 70s.
My dad had a heart attack when he was 28 and died from colon cancer at 63. His only sister had colon cancer when she was in her 40s, but she beat it and lived into her late 90s.
My mom and 3 of my 4 sisters had cancer, with my oldest sister dying from lung cancer when she had just turned 60.
I was told my “chances” of having colon cancer are very high. I was told my chances of having a stroke are high. I was told my chances of having a heart attack are high. I was told my chances of having some kind of cancer are very high.
My medical “history” says there are a lot of bad genetics going on that I should be checking on regularly, but I have not been to a doctor for over 20 years.

This is simply part of the Health Department’s routine monitoring of all food safety issues. Which is where “recalls” periodically come from. When an outbreak of some health problem occurs, or when something that can lead to it is detected, mechanisms are in place to track the offending material back to its source. And to immediately stop its further distribution, and to claw it back.

Health care has become a data mining industry to provide identities for ballot harvesting IMO. Try this: on for size: nursing staff take over community and city hospitals, the biggest employers in something like 40 out of 50 states. They become administrators, but the unions actually own them, and who owns the unions? Votes are obtained by stealing protected health information like SSN and DOB, and health care scams pay for it all.
And most of those nurses are from the very center of what we fondly/s call ‘indoctrination centers’. Brainwashed. It is the ’30 somethings’ that run nursing in hospitals.
Not here RN’s are from the tech system or private very good nursing schools run by the hospitals. My niece graduated from the Tech system and my stepdaughter from the private nursing college.
I’ve had my doctor for twenty years. Before that I went to the residency program, you got a new resident doctor every three years until they graduate (2000-2005) and I really liked that.
The worse doctors I had was growing up in a small town of 3000. They brought in two Philipino doctors who weren’t very good and you couldn’t understand them.
The biggest problem is the corporate takeover of health, it’s assembly line profit driven healthcare now.
Conversations I have had in recent years with friends who are physicians or PE investors confirm your research, albeit AI based. Corporate/PE owned medical practices are primarily focused upon ROI, much more so than patient care.
It has been around for a while but now due to Obama Care, and other problems within health care, we are seeing valid studies that show how ‘profits before people’ places patients at risk.

This is rich coming from someone who gave the OK for the 2nd place speaker of the house RINO Lisa Demuth to run in the primary, basically negating all the hard convention work and time spent from the delegates. This Lisa Demuth made a deal with democrats to seat a democrat state congressman who only won his district by 14 votes while 20 votes got thrown out. In return democrats voted to make her speaker without the republican majority she could have had.
She also voted for gun control and every single bill signed by Tampon Timmy. She is a democrat for all intent and purposes but the MNGOP thinks independent voters and RINO’s will win the day, even though they haven’t for 20 years.
The MNGOP is hopelessly incompetent and by slamming Mike Lindell, they are dividing a party they claim to want to unite!
Alex made many yuge mistakes.
He said the candidates all needed to sign an agreement to support the endorsed candidate, but then didn’t make them all sign the agreement.
He knows that once the state convention is over and we have an endorsed candidate that MNGOP must back that person. He knows that.
He not only opened things up for Lisa Demuth (under duress I believe), but for every other candidate, too, which includes Mike Lindell.
The one thing he did right was to say we need to unite, but he only continues to divide.
I am disappointed to learn President Trump endorsed Mike Lindell for Governor, since Mike nor his running mate, Phillip Parrish, signed the document to support the endorsed candidate. Both men were running to become Governor, and now Mike is running to become Governor and Phillip his Lieutenant Governor.
Neither man signed the document, so I’m sure they feel self satisfied in their decision to screw Minnesotan’s over. Hey, they didn’t play by the rules so why feel bad?
And I’ve got big problems with Mike Lindell’s disgust of the political process that he learned from dirtball Doug Wardlow, who had his itty bitty feelings hurt when we did not endorse him last time. Instead of being a man and understanding that some time you do not win, he lied and said that that convention was full of the “old boys club.” Ha! That year was a record breaking year with the convention being made up of over 50% fresh blood patriots standing up and saying “NO MORE!” But yeah, Mike believed Dougie, and he started disparaging the delegates, too.
Mike and Phillip know how the process works. Both men went to the state convention asking for the endorsement. Neither man won, and now they’re tag-teaming it to the August 11th vote.
So who is kept out of this conversation?

There is the man who is being screwed all-around by everyone. He won the endorsement. He put in the work, he signed the document, he showed the people who do the work what a man of honor looks like, and he is being passed by while everyone talks about all the losers.
I wrote to Alex two days ago and told him clearly and plainly that we will lose the Governorship in November, and the loss will rest squarely on his shoulders. No two ways about it. We will have Amy Klo butcher as our next Governor because MNGOP is spineless.

I hadn’t heard anything about this large number of ships attacked until I visited the CENTCOM X account today. How to keep the Strait of Hormuz traffic low with minimal effort through fear, uncertainty, and doubt. They need to have operating radars to locate the ships accurately enough to target them. Those radars are being taken out constantly — every time they turn one on, we know where it is. And now we are back to bombing them.
It also takes a fair amount of expertise to operate and aim the drones they are using. And again, their supply of these things is going down.
And if we start bombing bridges, rails, and power plants and transmission lines — especially those that areas near the Strait need to resupply and even operate — the idea that they can continue to “indefinitely” threaten shipping disappears.
You are correct that fear is their main weapon….and this fear is exacerbated by the maritime insurance companies.
There’s also the problem of adaptive defences increasingly exploiting the limiting characteristics and remote nature of the drone platforms, upon which Iran now heavily relies on as its strike component.

They have a version of the Shahed that can operate autonomously, can be sent at low altitude at night in the general direction to a target rich environment, pick a target, and hit it in a specified section, like the engine room. And that’s just a more expensive version of their cheap Shahed I’ve seen detailed somewhere.
They have an ENTIRE SELECTION of long, medium, and short range anti-ship missiles and cruise missiles on mobile launchers that are fired to a general point at a target that can be spotted by a guy on a donkey along the coast using binoculars as one military expert put it. The missile then uses either optical or radar terminal homing to hit the target. The long range ones can be fired from deep within Iran. With a military target those can be intercepted with some luck. Not with a sitting duck tanker or cargo ship.
Most of their sexy anti-ship stuff was (is) sitting unused in tunnels under 500 meters of granite which we didn’t even have remotely enough MOPS to destroy so we just bombed their entrances shut which the Iranians were digging open even before the ceasefire. “Before the Iran war, the U.S. stockpile of the GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP) was publicly estimated at about 20 bombs in 2015, and one post-strike analysis said that after 12 were used, fewer than six were likely left.”
Finally, there was a table-top exercise in 2002 IIRC where the US Navy and assisting US forces got totally trounced by Iran in the Strait which is why we aren’t FORCING the Strait open and our ships remain at long standoff distances. If they could do that with an all-out US attack, what do you think they can do with tankers?

Not gonna lie, got a huge chuckle out of the robots. Lots of helo traffic in SE Wisconsin this evening. The smoke rolled in with the breeze that picked up. Was out watering the garden and eyes started burning and throat got scratchy. Grew up out west – TX, NM, CO, lots of seasonal fires. This is unusual forest fire smoke. We’ll chalk it up to humidity, or something…
It’s from wildfires that are mostly in Canada, but the smoke is being pulled across the U.S.
