Retired Magistrate here: Good to see President Trump having a good time; he works hard and knows how to enjoy himself. I am not sure if he has been playing any golf at all at his New Jersey estate so good to see him laugh.

Its a family racket…back in the 70’s in the old Tocumen Airport…a little boy about 5 would approach the gringo parking their car in the outdoor lot…point to his eye and say “I keep my eye”…and you were supposed to fork over a few dollars…if you did not, you would be buying back your hub caps from the dad, at a shack just outside the airport grounds. At inflated prices.
That happened to my dad…his gringo co-workers did not tell him its best to just pay the anonymous tax.
In Sao Paulo Brazil the “watch your car” guys actually wear colored vests representing their gang that “owns” that street.
