It wasn’t witness testimony, it was a pre-recorded edited police interview that the hearing spent most of one day arguing about what parts of it would be played.
Lance Furrberger is a key cooperating witness in the hearing.
He was granted limited use immunity and has so far not been charged as a co-conspirator.
The prosecution played his REDACTED recording yesterday during the hearing.
His statements during the interview were made under oath and the immunity does not cover perjury.
One condition of the immunity agreement was that he would not be required to appear in person which prevented him from being cross examined by defense attorneys.
No matter how you slice it, Lance does not sound believable at all and this entire ordeal reeks of a coverup whether you want to admit it or not.

Erika Kirk asked for us to be here today. We sat inside the small courthouse in Provo with the family. The Judge told the media to turn off all cameras and allowed the full ENHANCED footage of the murder to play. Every movement of Tyler Robinson that day captured in full quality HD. Zoomed in. Some footage in 4K. Tracking all his movements.
You can see crystal clear Tyler Robinson’s face, the license plate number on his vehicle, details on his clothing and his actions on the rooftop — and you can time every horrifying detail to the minute Charlie Kirk was murdered.
What the public couldn’t see was the emotion in the courtroom. Charlie’s family sobbing uncontrollably, Erika in Mrs. Kirk’s seniors arms. Charlie’s father comforting them.
Just feet away sat a pale, lifeless emaciated Tyler Robinson who stared at the floor with no remorse as he listened to the weeping.

There were poor quality stills of him, allegedly, in the stairway when they were still searching for “a person of interest”. And now at trial there is all kinds of hi-def video? This doesn’t add up for me. There are also questions of ballistics that don’t add up for me (I don’t believe the exploding microphone theory).

There is one big sticking point for me in the Charley Kirk murder. I can’t believe and would need a reenactment of somebody stuff the two pieces of the broken down rifle there pants leg and drop the 3 or 4 ft hanging off the roof and being able to get up and just limp away. Even if was only 2 ft. I would be laying on the ground for 15 or 20 minutes before I could get up. Also there would be massive bruises on my tors. I think there had to be two people on the roof.

This video presented in the hearing had someone describing what was happening. It was stated that the person they claim is Tyler Robinson made his way to the roof with a limp, very likely the rifle in his pant leg. As he got on the roof he crouched and crawled to the corner where he shot Charlie. He then got up and made his way, without a limp, to the corner where he climbed/jumped down(appears to be about 10 feet) with an object in his hand(rifle?) covered by some cloth. He hit the ground, picked up the object and continued across the grass where he is holding something in his hand covered by a towel or shirt, as he made his way to the woods where the rifle was found..

Chao’s staff did not indicate whether she’d been in contact with McConnell since returning home, according to the CBS affiliate WLKY in Louisville. She left for the trip to China on June 12, just two days before McConnell was hospitalized, according to the outlet.
Also amid the swirling news cycle, the Kentucky senator’s youngest daughter, Porter McConnell, deleted her social media account on X, according to the Independent.
