Interesting attack vector – don’t issue birth certificates…
States used to decline to issue birth certificates to anchor babies. This tactic could be a useful way to flip this issue back to the SC, and it would be a better case for coming in response to a state’s litigation, not due to an Executive Order.
Every state with a Republican governor (26?) should do this. Starting immediately.

I remember watching this live on TV as it happened, and this entire wretched hearing was the moment I became vehemently opposed to anything involving democrats. It was a f—–g disgrace what they did to him, and I remember being infuriated.
Justice Thomas is an American hero of the highest order. One day this country must build a statue to him that is prominent enough to place him just below the level of President Trump.
I think Justice Thomas would have made a great President, had he ever chosen to run. He has the clearest understanding of the Constitution of anyone on the court, and that understanding would have made him a great Chief Executive.
But no matter, he is the greatest Supreme Court Justice of my lifetime, and maybe the greatest ever.

I just want to say….this is a common unexpected theme from our foreign visitors. Americans are so kind and friendly.
I know it, as an American, to be true. Have lived in every area but the Northwest. I got to thinking about when the last time was that someone was rude or unfriendly to me. It was 15 years ago in Philadelphia. We are a warm friendly people where neighbors help neighbors all the time.

This German fan spent weeks traveling across the United States and said the biggest surprise wasn’t the soccer. It was how kind Americans were. He felt safe. Strangers went out of their way to help him. He was so overwhelmed that he cried.
