Roberts has has established the following scenario as legal………..
Chairman XI impregnates his wife, sends her to the US to deliver the baby, brings her and his son back to China………..35 years later that son returns, eligible to be President of the United States of America.

“Irrational and unprincipled” comes closer to the mark than sociopathic and grifting. Add to that a lack of courage and willingness to stand out on her own preferring to hide in the safety of Roberts’ robes, and I think we have described her essence.
They don’t need to be blackmailed. Roberts and Barrett agree with the globalists on all the important issues. They just did what many other establishment type conservatives do: pretend to be conservative. Lots of people in Congress do that, and the same thing is done in legal circles. Any supposedly lawyer who went to an Ivy league school, worked at one of the big establishment law firms, is in academia, or has ties to the DC republican crowd is a globalist unless there is clear proof otherwise. There were all kind of red flags with Barrett, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch, and Barrett and Gorsuch also had questionable rulings when they were on the court of appeals. Gorsuch is a little better than the other two but he’s not an Alito or Thomas.

Under the Constitution, that child of XI could not run for President because neither of his parents were American citizens at the time of his birth, therefore he is not a natural born citizen and not eligible to run for P and VP.

My sister-in-law’s parents both had survived the camps in WW2. She was born in Austria. they moved to the US and all became citizens. They were Polish. I am going to be 80 soon….and while growing up, EVERY nationality had and told humorous stories about their nationality or themselves. It was not offensive at all. SO that being said…. Her parents, at the time they became citizens, said, that they KNEW if they had sons, their sons would NEVER become president of the US because they did not meet the constitutional requirements. I don’t know what is so difficult for anyone to understand that, or, the reason for not letting everyone born her become automatic citizen.
These kids “dropped” while here, do not have a say in the matter…..they already HAVE a nationality, and a country, from where the Mother is from. They do not need to have citizenship from the USA. They could get a birth certificate, giving their true nationality and citizenship. They do not qualify for citizenship. Just like people who rent property, many of them do not give a lick for the care they take of the place while renting. They have no skin in the game. Neither do people who have no American Flag, Baseball Games, and Mom’s Apple Pie background, either. If anything were to happen in their original country of origin that would be harmful to America and need to be dealt with while president, I don’t believe they would have any allegiance to America, but would protect any effort of war or fighting, they would not carry out the order to do what President Trump has done to protect us.
Article 2 Section 1. requires both parents to be citizens. (NBC). Obama was put on the ballot anyway.
It requies the candidate to be born on US soil. McCain was put on the ballot anyway.
Roger Calero was a green card holder – neither parent was a citzen and he was not born on US soil – he was put on the Presidential ballot anyway.
Roberts refused to let those cases come to the Court. NBC is moot.. The fix is in.
McCain was eligible as his parents were in Panama doing either military or diplomatic service.
I bet Roberts, Comey Barrett, Kagan, Keating J and Sotomayer can find a reason why u r wrong.

While he does dabble around some hard truths about our lack of influence over policy, and corporate America’s paying for favored policy for themselves, I could not get past the first five minutes of his overt, unapologetic praise of China. When Tucker referred to the “alternative being Soviet Poland” and that being presented as the evil alternative to what we have, my immediate reaction was that China is by far the more relevant, and oppressive alternative to what we have.
We still have the best political and economic systems in the world, but our issue is that they have been corrupted by institutions that are trying to destroy us from both outside and inside the country. Fix the electoral fraud, and institute proper recourse against judicial activism, and this country will thrive like no other has before.

The Constitutional Adjournments Clause Art I, Sec 5, Cl 4, states that neither the House nor the Senate may adjourn for more than three days during a session without the consent of the other chamber.
The Senate is scheduled until Thursday the 2nd (less than 3 days). Trump cannot make recess appointments unless the Senate has been absent for at least 10 days. The Senate is due back on the 13th, the 11th day, so while I am not positive, I don’t think that this is possible.
I would however, find it very entertaining and lmao if there were somehow a window of a few hours, where Trump could fill every position he wants.

It is very concerning to me that Thomas and Alito are not getting any younger. And our side whiffed last time and put through 3 justices who are markedly worse than Alito and Thomas. You will never stop everyone, but this will deter a great many. It also stops overt birth tourism in its tracks. Finally, if a newborn is presented for citizenship the mother can be immediately charged with the crime of lying on her visa application and deported immediately.

Even were we not stuck with this corrupt and anti-American and utterly ineffective Congress there would be nothing they could have passed which would overrule a Constitutional Amendment improperly interpreted.

I doubt any other Constitutional Amendment will ever be passed, or ever be rescinded, in our now three or four countries jumbled together here now.

As I see it, the best and only option for correction is to get the issue back in front of the SC through another case. Only the SC properly interpreting the XIVth Amendment and reversing this American Kill Shot will actually serve the needed purpose.
The next opportunity should come through a litigated case, not directly from an EO.

There is something that Congress could pass, a bill stating that the decision is incorrect, that the congressional debates of 1866 demonstrate that the sole intent of the the 14th amendment was to neuter Dred Scott and give citizenship to the newly freed slaves, and therefore Trump vs Barbara is nullified, both jus soli and jus sanguine are necessary for birthright citizenship, and the EO issued by Trump is in effect.
The Supreme Court has the right of judicial review, but it does not have the sole right of determination of what is constitutional.

Was wondering what spin RT News would put on the Supreme Court decision on Birthright Citizenship. The last sentence of the article, on RT, states that “experts” state the impact will be minimal as this impacts less than 1% of total US births … attributed ONLY to the Birthright Tourist Business, which it the big media “look squirrel” on the topic as no mention is made of the immigrants and illegals already inside the US.
RT and other Media outlets do not mention the Chuck Schumers 25+ Million VOTER BALLOTS and 50+ Million total already INSIDE the US, which this ruling protects. The 25+ MILLION reflects over 7% of voters while the 50+ Million reflects nearly 15% of the population.
On another note .. the idea of a law related to approving US VISA requests only to women who are certified as “not pregnant” will FAIL because it runs afoul of the interpretation of the 14th Amendment that the Supreme Court decision sets in place. I think that right now we are asking the SCOTUS to “legislate from the bench” much too often. Congress is the body that is tasked with creating law. (Including our entire Judicial system beneath the one Supreme Court.) The Executive is to execute it, and the Judiciary to interpret it.
“Election DAY.” That bill is sitting in the Senate, who won’t pass it. Birthright citizenship has been introduced to Congress before. A non-functional Congress that will not enact legislation is not a justification to ask either “Judicial rulings” or “Executive orders” to replace their duties.
I generally agree(!) with these decisions, as being correct interpretations of “how the Law stands now.” If you now want to change the law – and, you should – then Congress is the only one to do it.

Thank you to the Supreme Court for waking us up to the importance of voting and the cost of not voting. Just as important is vetting and bringing forward the people who will keep the country in good hands. People who understand the power of their position to battle those want to destroy this country as it was created.
Both decisions that have caused great anxiety yesterday can be remedied within the halls of the House and Senate, if the people that were voted in choose to do so. They have the power to create laws that protect the Constitution legally.

An EO to establish orphanages sends the message that the Real President is deadly serious, plus it ties in to the emergency need to strip funding from any area of the budget that is related. Education for example. Sorry, there will be no college grants or loans underwritten because all that money will be spent on preschool in the orphanages. No free school lunches or food stamps, it’s all going to the orphanages to feed children abandoned by foreigner parents. Housing for orphans has to come from somewhere, no section 8 anymore. Too often I have heard that some business or other cannot fill positions, leaving unsaid at a particular price point and skills requirement. An anchor baby’s mother is a citizen of some nation. That makes her baby a citizen of that nation at the moment of birth regardless of what soil that baby was born on. It does not make that baby a dual citizen of the US.

There’s an old joke out there with some variation on the telling about human arrogance.
It goes something a bit like this;
One day a group of scientists got together and decided that man had come a long way and no longer needed God. So they picked one scientist to go and tell Him that they were done with Him. The scientist walked up to God and said, “God, we’ve decided that we no longer need you. We’re to the point that we can clone people and do many miraculous things, so why don’t you just go on and mind your own business?”
God listened very patiently and kindly to the man. After the scientist was done talking, God said, “Very well, how about this? Let’s say we have a man-making contest.” To which the scientist replied, “Okay, we can handle that!”
“But,” God added, “we’re going to do this just like I did back in the old days with Adam.”

It’s amazing to think that one turn of the head back in Butler, PA almost 2 years ago in July 2024, spared President Trump’s life. Imagine how much has been accomplished since he returned to office less than a year and a half ago, despite all the lawfare arrayed against him. Imagine how much different things would be right now had Kamala Harris taken the presidency. I hate to think where we would be as a country right now had President Trump never turned his head to look at that video billboard screen.

It’s a bit late to be cracking down on birth tourism. What are they going to claim is the crime? These companies are participating in a legal activity according toSCOTUS. I’m sure Boasberg & co will agree. The DoJ seems to be a dollar short and a day late on most of these types of issues. Doing this is a waste of time and resources.
The first step is to urgently and immediately ban all pregnant non citizens from entering the USA, then you can stop the birth tourists.

Conspiracy to Commit Health Care Fraud, 18 U.S.C. 1347
How is it fraud? They are entering the USA legally and then have a child. How is it money laundering, identity crime, healthcare fraud etc?
The point I’m making is that this is not the priority. The immediate priority is to impose a ban on pregnant women visiting the USA, as in do it yesterday. Then you have a law to enforce. Then fix the longer term problem with either a constitutional amendment or legislation
This is, in a way, a god send for the GOP mid terms. It is the lightning rod that should suck in all the campaigning power. The GOP needs to enact legislation pre the mid terms to stop the problem, immediate visa for everyone and no pregnant foreigners allowed, and then campaign hard on implementing a long term legislative solution and not letting the Dems change the rules to let the whole world become an American citizen because they can make it here.
It’s the companies doing this that are violating the laws, not the individual illegals. They are making money illegally by harboring these pregnant illegals. The statute defines harboring as conduct that substantially facilitates an individual’s ability to remain in the U.S. illegally.

Breitbart article about the House is putting voter ID language into the National Defense Spending bill. So, the Senate will have to vote on it. It’s not the entire SAVE America act. Not sure that’s even possible, given the Supremes said it’s ok to keep counting votes after the election. Apparently, it will require proof of US citizenship. I assume they mean when you register to vote (not that you need to bring passport every time you vote). I think this is a good step, given the current situation. At least they are doing something.
Just going to leave this here. This is a genuinely nice kid, here on an extended FIFA trip filming his perspectives on Small Town, America, without promoting himself and some social media sight.
It was an absolute joy to observe from his first day in town, when he and two friends flew into Atlanta airport from Germany at 1am on a Sunday, and discovered a Waffle House. It was love at first sight as they began their drive across 16 states on back roads.
