Can’t help but notice that after the DSA victories are causing shockwaves in the host party this site has a large number of posts all saying the Democrat Party have got everything locked up, whilst voting Republican is a waste.
It’s a phenomenon that’s been mentioned before and it happens with a predictability that suggests some sort of planned response. It’s either an attempt to stop the base gaining a sense of momentum, a distraction for something coming down the pike, or a bit of both.

I also saw posted on X someone suggested that Thune was working with Pence, McConnell, Schumer, and others to stop the MAGA movement and President Trump. Their plan is to virtually destroy MAGA momentum to maintain Establishment UniParty operations.
It’s pretty obvious to me that the Democrat Party is loaded with crazy anti-American and anti-capitalist people and the Republican Party is loaded with Anti-MAGA/Trump Establishment UniParty RINOS.
Something gotta give.

The stories detailing the growing panic in the Democrat party, as it faces a political no win scenario (confront the DSA lose, keep silent, party is effectively destroyed) seem genuine, the other claims though might have elements of truth to it, but I doubt the conclusion.
Again, seems that every time the Democrat Party hits a problem, an immediate, and strangely counter-balanced, problematic issue appears on the Republican side. Sorry, given politics is rarely that neat and ordered, any pattern is suggestive of a pre-planned response.
The President stirs that pot of potential conflict within the Dims…and calls its radical wing what it is – communist.

And so it begins, as predicted. Interesting how the America 250 vibe is being used to help clarify and focus the threat the Democrat Party now poses.
As I said before, good luck trying to explain why they’re not the party the President says they are, because the erstwhile defender will just make his point, as shown by Jeffries’ deer in the headlight performance, when he was questioned about the ‘you’re next chants’ after the DSA swept the board in NYC.
They’re effectively trapped, criticise the DSA and the party splits and becomes unelectable, fail to do so and it becomes obvious that the party is mutating into something that is unelectable. But it gets worse, fail to stop MAGA now and the 2028 election is beyond your grasp. Then the real kicker, in 2030 the census arrives and chances of ever holding any sort of national power effectively vanish.

The tv “news” purveyors like Fox and CNN are becoming such a waste of time – it is all about people sitting there around a table, opining but not actually providing “news” anymore.
We mainly resort to youtube and sometimes rumble to look for ongoing news –
otherwise, the tv is actually turned totally OFF, not even on all day the way it used to be, muted but ON so we would not “miss” anything!
My dear stepdad who Mom took care of at home so he wouldn’t have to be in a nursing home for his dementia was still doing pretty good up to nearly the end. He could read aloud from the tv and when Fox News would have that “alert alert alert” he would sit there and read that “alert alert alert” continuously until it stopped so even if we had it on mute, we knew there was an alert. He could still read aloud, “The Gettysburg Address”, the poem “Trees” and headlines from the morning paper, as he demonstrated one time when he read “Hold Onto Hope” which Mom immediately clipped out and put on the refrigerator door.
I wonder if Fox News has any idea how badly they burned through the confidence of viewers who feel like the dog whose owner acts like he is throwing the ball across the lawn but isn’t really and the dog starts to go after the ball and after one or two times stands there and says, “Huh . . really? You’re doing that to me?”
I was helping Mom with her manicure and we were concentrating on that with Bob Dylan performing “The Night We Called It A Day” playing in the background – see, a very easy going, porch-swing kind of pace around here, not any longer hyped up from the “breaking news alert-alert-alert” trying to suck our brains into the vortex or matrix or whatever it is!
It’s called, “propaganda.” And what you should do is ignore it. You can’t stop it from happening: history tells us that.
Um, you counter it, not ignore it, otherwise some people will believe it. It’s how the Left roll, they create a counter-reality and then intimidate anyone who speaks out against it. Pretty soon it becomes a de-facto reality, as people adhere to its tortuous logic, and incorporate it into their lives, that is until they replace it with an even more extreme example.
The same thing happens with “let’s compromise.”
If you do, they move another mile left. Then again, it’s “Let’s compromise.”
Before you know it, you’re in the middle of a communist dystopia.
They’ve been doing it for years and the “establishment” RINOs have happily played their game…

He is so committed to doing nothing that he makes “Joe Biden” look like a prodigy of action. They say Sen. Thune represents the old-school “country club” Republicans, but he looks too dim to even tote up an 18-hole golf card.

In spite of events last night, Scott pushes forward and keeps his word, continuing to be one of the most powerful grassroots weapons the President has.
Everyone is arguing about whether USAID was wasteful. Nobody is explaining what it was actually for.
Yesterday the Daily Caller ran a piece noting that since Trump gutted USAID, right-wing candidates have swept Bolivia, Chile, Honduras, Costa Rica, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia. The left hasn’t won a single Latin American presidential election since the funding stopped. Meanwhile, Ro Khanna went on a podcast and said Elon Musk “possibly sentenced to death” 4.5 million children by dismantling USAID. Musk threatened to sue him.
The right points to USAID grants for transgender operas in Colombia and DEI workshops in Serbia and asks why American taxpayers were funding them. The left points to children who depended on foreign aid claims millions of deaths.
But both miss the purpose of true USAID.

“…As I explained, the Court has essentially held that federal courts have no business reviewing the administration’s decision to terminate TPS. That is a structural precedent: it swells presidential discretion (“unshackling”) over a major immigration program and shrinks judicial checks.
Most importantly: this SCOTUS decision affects all future administrations and countries (not just Haiti and Syria).
Don’t miss the staggering implication: President Trump is finding ‘Plan B’ strategies to make his executive orders permanent, without needing new laws from Congress. He’s driving the migrant bus around the uncooperative legislative branch to the courthouse.
Since Republicans in the Senate won’t help, Trump is getting help from a surprising source: Democrat lawfare. Whenever the Supreme Court decides a case, it makes binding law. Thus, future presidents can’t just reverse Trump’s executive orders, since the legal precedent has confirmed them.
Trump’s team realized there are two sources for law: the Legislative branch and the Judicial branch. He’s not bothering much with the messy, delayed, and often unsatisfying business of lawmaking in the House and Senate sausage factories.
That’s why the Democrats and their socialist allies are so upset. They should have kept out of all the lawfare, but they just can’t help themselves. It’s like an OCD. But they are starting to catch on now, waking up to how Trump is using their reflexive litigation against them.
For example, yesterday, Gavin “Slick Willy 2.0” Newsom —discussing his 2028 run on his own podcast— said the Court needs to be expanded to 13 Justices. “We gotta win; we gotta consolidate power,” he explained. He talked about Court packing more than he did about Democrats needing to win back the House or Senate.
Finally, let’s tie some threads together. How about something really cool to think about? President Trump has often said he’d pass the SAVE Act by executive order if Congress doesn’t. Nobody knew what he meant. But here’s the thing— federal law already prohibits non-citizens from voting in federal elections. That law is already on the books.
The problem is, apart from a handful of red states, nobody bothers to enforce that federal law. Well, guess what?
Last year, President Trump issued an executive order to proactively enforce existing election law by requiring states to verify legal ID for voting. Then, of course, Democrats sued in several blue jurisdictions. The cases are working their way through several courts right now. Many cases mean many shots on the SCOTUS goal.
In fact, and coincidentally, this week, Trump lost in a liberal Massachusetts court…
The decision teed that particular case up for appeal, which puts it on track for SCOTUS review.
Among other proposed changes, President Trump’s order would require people to provide documentary proof of citizenship when registering to vote, prevent mail ballots from being counted if they arrive after Election Day, even if they were postmarked by then, and punish non-compliant states by withholding federal money.
Next, imagine that the Supreme Court upholds parts or all of Trump’s executive order as constitutional. That would take even more shackles off the President and allow him to enforce existing laws, which is literally the Executive Branch’s primary purpose.
One of the ways Trump upholds his “Trump always wins” brand is through maintaining multiple paths to victory. This week’s SCOTUS decisions already set the progressive world afire. I can’t wait to find out what next week will deliver.” …….
