DOJ orded to release unredacted FBI files with a woman who claimed she was abused by PDJT as an 13y girl in the 1980s
US District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan (Clinton appointee) sided with former MS NOW show host Katie Phang in her lawsuit demanding DOJ adhere to the word of the Epstein Transparency Act [1]. This ruling means Acting AG Todd Blanche now has until 7/2/26 to release
The preliminary injunction orders redactions be removed in key documents of interest in the files, including “at least eight email exchanges with Mr. Epstein regarding a ‘torture video’ and sexual activity with young women, including minors” as well as interviews with a woman who said she was abused by President Trump as a minor.
