I think (this could be problematic or unwise, –not a lawyer) the pardon must state the person is guilty of stated crime.
And the recipient must accept guilt along with accepting pardon.
Maybe presidential pardons shouldnt be issued for family members or members of the administration?

Remember when Trump went to see Biden during transition and people on left started freaking because they were in there for hours discussing secret things. Biden came out with a pardon for Hunter and went on and on about having to protect my family?
I do. I remember wondering if Biden cooperated. Maybe Biden was saving his own skin.
I’ll never forget they locked my elderly father in a nursing home because they said he tested positive for Covid he did not have. (Nursing home was getting government funds to kidnap elderly). Family had to hire expensive lawyer and sue to get dad released. The stress killed him a year later. Nothing would be too painful for Fauci and crew.
I never understood how patients were deprived of their right to leave the hospital. Isn’t it called AMA (Against Medical Advice) when patients discharge themselves against their doctor’s advice?

Too many people committed too many crimes during the same period of time to ever expect all of them to be brought to justice. There are at least tens of thousands of people who committed crimes during the Covid period, from up high in the Federal government to down low in the local governments.
One thing the Covid period did was reveal to us just how many people are infected with the Totalitarian disease, from executives in the private sector, to judges, senators, representatives, doctors, local officials and the idiots next door. They were all revealed during that period.
However, Fauci and Bill Gates are special cases. These two men are mass murderers – and were mass murderers even before Covid. The two of them established an evil partnership whereby they would go into poor countries, bribe the leaders of those countries to allow them to use their citizens as guinea pigs for whatever the new deadly “vaccine” they came up with. They killed hundreds of thousands and maybe more in the 20 years before Covid.
If nothing else, these two bastards must be tried, convicted and executed. That is the minimal justice required for the crimes of Covid.
While Hunter may have a pardon, there is no reason why he still can’t be subjected to a little process. Process, after all, is punishment and it wouldn’t hurt my feelings to see him spend a few tens of millions of dollars defending himself against the the slowly, but inevitably grinding wheels of the US Justice system.
After all, if DJT had done something similar, the Marxist Democrats wouldn’t hesitate to give him the same treatment, pardon, or no pardon. And, they will never stop their evil mis-use of the levers of power, until several of them face some of their own brand of medicine.

Worked on the bioweapons proliferation prevention in post Soviet Russia. I can confirm what Barbara is saying about Soviet pathogens being ‘preserved’. In the 1990s, we wanted to control and preserve them for detection technologies. That mission has clearly evolved. I always worried that it could become an offensive capability. Defensive detection of engineered viruses (yes, we called it gain of function then) was always the justification for the production and preservation of these Frankenstein biologics.
Because of Sleepy, Creepy, Crazy, Perverted Uncle Joe’s (last minute) autopen pardon, I seriously doubt the Feds will ever do anything in terms of testing Dr. Death’s “pardon” …. and there are Federal Statute of Limitations issues that have to be considered. Now …. With all that said, if a Governor / State Attorney General can be found in a state that has some air-tight criminal statutes that directly apply to Dr. Death’s conduct and actions, and assuming there are no state Statute of Limitations issues, then there is nothing to stop his prosecution in any such a state, since his phony autopen “pardon” means absolutely nothing with respect to a state criminal indictment or charge. Just need to find the right state and a Governor / Attorney General who has the cojones to do the right thing. (Texas or Florida?)

Connecting a few more dots maybe…what did Paul say in Ephesians 6 and 2 Cor 10? Our battle is not (merely) with humans, but with principalities in high places. Maybe there are an elite group of people that have listened to those principalities and powers dating back to humanities beginning. Maybe they are carrying out his desires to create suffering and snuff out humanities ability to know God either in killing them or by rendering them incapable of hearing his still small voice or hiding truths about how to carry out spiritual battle.
