congress has ‘inherent jurisdiction’ for criminal prosecution. with incarceration in a congressional jail, which no longer exists (but could be rented)
also, a pardon acheived by fraud should not be valid.
Biden’s handlers ran the autopen day and night, “signing” documents to let them all walk away scot-free. Those documents are not valid.
And pardons before a charge is nonsense.
