Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.

The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He continues to make massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common. He does not show humility before men, but his actions show humility before God.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore. He is not afraid to call out our enemies.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum. Lord please bring your power and might in the daily working of this sacred Nation you gave us.

I think about this often, probably way too much.
The latest information that Tulsi released is about COVID, but she has released other damning information about our government that gains no traction.
The Russia Collusion information that directly tied Obama to the planning as well as others gets no coverage in the media.
There are other things that have been released about corruption in our voting, J6, corruption with snap, Medicare, Social Security, etc. that is costing us hundreds of billions of dollars and lost services. It’s mind boggling how little exposure this gets in the media.
It reminds me of a book written by Chomsky, and others, “Manufacturing Consent”. Of course Chomsky, a leftist, complained in the book about corporate media controlling the message.

Usually bosses expect long hours of salaried workers. Making them record hours often backfires, helping them justify only putting in 40 hrs a week.
But in this case, a 2000 hr work year would be an improvement.
Allow them to be in Washington one month per quarter. Maybe they could focus on getting something done while they are there.
The remainder of the time they should be required to live in the district they represent. Easier to “get in their face” that way.

A three-judge panel on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a formal preliminary injunction blocking key provisions of California’s AB 1955 — Governor Gavin Newsom’s SAFETY Act, which prohibited teachers and school staff from informing parents when a student changed their gender identity or expression at school.
The ruling, handed down June 18, 2026, halts enforcement of Sections 5 and 6 of the law while the case — Mirabelli v. Bonta — continues through the courts.
The 9th Circuit didn’t act in isolation. The U.S. Supreme Court had already issued an emergency stay blocking AB 1955 on March 2, 2026, with a 6-3 vote.
In that unsigned order, the Court found challengers were likely to succeed on the merits of their free exercise clause claim. The 9th Circuit’s June 18 preliminary injunction follows that signal and formally confirms it at the appellate level:
California’s attempt to 𝐜𝐮𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭 of their own children’s lives at school does not survive constitutional review. AB 1955 was the centerpiece of Newsom’s vision for what public schools should be for gender-questioning students.
Its premise: that children have a privacy right against their own parents regarding what they are being told at school, what identity they are being encouraged to adopt, and what name and pronouns staff are using for them.
Teachers were instructed to keep those facts secret from families.
A violation of that secrecy was treated as a policy offense.
California schools were designed, by statute, to be 𝐚 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫.
The parents who sued in Mirabelli v. Bonta had a simple complaint: their children came home having socially transitioned at school — different name, different pronouns, different identity in the classroom — and the parents had never been told.
AB 1955 wasn’t a side effect of a broader law.
It was a deliberate design: keep parents out, let the school manage the transition, and treat parental knowledge as a threat to the student.

Consider that the many persons and parties yelling that “Iran won the war” have exceedingly cynical interests in painting President Donald Trump as a loser. His American enemies, lodged mainly in the party of “Our Democracy,” are not just striving to get back into power, but to stay out of prison, and perhaps off the gibbet, if treason ends up on the docket.
The president’s globalist foes, lodged in the EU and London, resent his unwillingness to join their scheme for a big war against Russia — and are aggrieved about much else in matters of trade, international banking, and energy resources. The ink was hardly dry on the US / Iran Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) when NATO arrantly assisted its proxy, Ukraine, in an audacious drone attack on Moscow. Brussels also stealthily opened “accession talks” for Ukraine and Moldova to enter the EU. More bear-poking. . .
Just what is the MOU? It’s not a peace settlement. It’s a sixty-day window to negotiate a settlement within clearly laid-out, agreed-upon parameters. You might suppose there’s a fair chance Iran is just jerking the US around. But then, Mr. Trump noted, “. . . if they don’t behave, we’ll go right back to dropping bombs right smack in the middle of their head, okay? ‘Cause they’ve misbehaved for 47 years.”

It seems to me that there’s been an intense push from conservative outlets to paint the current Iran status as a “complete disaster” and to imply that there’s some kind of major MAGA “split” over it (again!).
It all feels very deja vu…a lot like the attempted engineering of the split-that-really-wasn’t regarding Israel. It’s always a bunch of clickbaity paid influencers trying to elevate what are normal differences of opinion into catastrophic doom scenarios.
Meanwhile, the actual MAGA base, the millions of people who voted for Trump and tend go about their lives ignoring the largesse of influencers telling them what they should think and feel, shrug and say “Iran’s a tricky thing, and Trump’s pretty good at handling tricky things, so let’s see how it all shakes out.”
I think I’m finally starting to see some of the ways that conservative media outlets work, if not outright, at least sideways against Trump. For example: I find the Babylon Bee to be funny and frequently spot-on. They make me laugh, including when they’re taking digs at Trump. But recently, they’ve put out multiple meme-articles (sorry, that’s my name for them) implying that Trump’s MOU involves us paying billions to Iran. My eyebrows went up at this, mostly because it was more than one article. I thought, “the people at the Babylon Bee are clearly smarter than this, which means they’re deliberately muddying the waters.” It was really disappointing for me to realize that they’re feeding into the pre-midterm narrative push to diminish Trump’s influence.
Another disappointment for me has been Hot Air. Similar doom narratives re Iran, but posing as “we’re just being objective and realistic” then taking every hiccup in the peace process as proof that they were right all along and that Trump has either bungled the deal or has somehow been naively taken advantage of.
It wasn’t until I had spent a few months reading this site that the words “Salem Media” passed my eyeballs in any significant way. But their coverage of Iran and incessant dooming of the midterms have brought me to a lightbulb moment: “So this is what Sundance and commenters have been talking about.”
I think conservative media have given their game away with this massive, over-saturation of the “Iran Deal is a Disaster” narrative. The deliberate, misinformational doom-gaming about Iran has started to make me distrust conservative media in a way I used to only view the liberal press.
I think CTH commentary must have been in the back of my mind this whole time, so thanks for flipping on the light switch for me. I’ll be turning a more skeptical eye toward all of my regular sites from now on. Sadly, I suspect there’s more disappointment in my future. I was already side-eyeing the Gateway Pundit, Bizpac and others for various reasons, so it looks like my regular reading load is about to get a lot lighter.

For close to a decade under the Obama and Biden administrations, Microsoft used engineers with ties to the Chinese Communist Party to service sensitive Department of Defense cloud systems.
The program had a name: “𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬.” The arrangement: CCP-associated Chinese coders, nominally supervised by U.S. contractors, performed hands-on work on Pentagon cloud environments classified at Impact Level 4 and 5 — the tiers that handle sensitive data directly supporting active military operations.
The program was created to satisfy U.S. contracting requirements. It ran for nearly ten years.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth terminated it last August.
His assessment of what the Obama era had built into Pentagon contracting:
“𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘦𝘴, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘶𝘯𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘱𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘬.”
What he called unacceptable was the basic arrangement itself — 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐂𝐏 𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 touching the code and infrastructure of the American military’s digital backbone, year after year, because the Obama administration built it into standard contracting policy.
Hegseth’s public statement left no ambiguity: “𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘋𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘋𝘦𝘧𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘥 𝘦𝘯𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳.”
The DoD simultaneously issued a formal letter of concern to Microsoft, documenting what it called a “𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵,” and ordered 𝐚 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝-𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 of Microsoft’s Digital Escorts program — including every line of code and every submission made by Chinese nationals over the program’s lifetime.
Congress separately passed legislation requiring a full briefing by June 1, 2026, on all changes made to the program. That briefing has been delivered.
Whether the audit finds evidence of data exfiltration or code compromise is not yet public.
What is confirmed: CCP-associated engineers had access to the Pentagon’s cloud infrastructure for roughly a decade — not through a breach, not through espionage, but through a 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐛𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝.
The lesson isn’t really about Microsoft. It’s about what happens when an administration normalizes CCP-adjacent access to national security infrastructure under the language of “contracting compliance.”

I got to see a company I worked for go public.
The money that the company raises comes from a small bunch of preselected bankers and wealthy investors. These are the people selling you stocks when it goes public.
Usually the stock price quickly rises. Then as the hype fades, it goes down. Maybe staying above the initial price. Maybe falling below the initial price. Either way, that small group made a killing because the price goes up while they are selling. An effort is made to try to get the initial price right.
Me, not so much. I had joined the company after prior options were made available. So I had nothing.. Afterwards, they did provide an employee stock purchase program to buy at 85% of the market value. So I made a little money from the company being bought 2 years later.
But the original founders got most of the money. I think they also kept control of voting, but that was split amongst 5 people.
As they should for being the ones taking the financial risk
I once got options but never bothered to exercise them. Their software technology didn’t work, but they didn’t tell the market that.
The worthless “dot bomb” was de-listed less than 120 days after its IPO. But the small group at the top had made their killing.
A lot simply has to do with SpaceX being “a well-known brand,” and Musk a flamboyant individual. Very likely, most retail investors had no idea what they were buying, except that it was a “sure thing.” And, it was. Emotion has a lot to do with it. Always does. They will never cast a vote, and don’t intend to.
