Today is an opinion day at SCOTUS. Opinions start at 10 EDT. Live-blogging at http://www.scotusblog.com (not affiliated with the Court).
Here is a link to the important cases that are still awaiting opinions:

Three fairly simple decisions released – sounds like they are waiting until the last day to announce the “big ones”.

The Game Plan
Sundance @TheLastRefuge2
“Trump will not find perfect solutions. He will find OPTIMAL solutions. We cannot ask for more.
Trump has stood by and watched Perfect murder Good for 8 years – maybe longer. He’s not gonna do it. He’s going to deliver the best outcome possible, and he’s not waiting for us to feel relaxed about it.
Best presidency ever! Just hang on. More winning is coming, but a lot of people are going to scream that it’s all over at EVERY turn.
The best way through this is to define viewpoints, not people, because people will shift as they change position and velocity in Trump gravity.
Bash the neocon, warmonger, and dopey globalist positions – not the people who are going to hold them one moment and come loose from them later.
Trump is Jupiter moving through the asteroid belt. He is going to pull people into his orbit.
A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.
I am ON the Trump Train for good, even if I scream that I want off and can’t take it. In the end, I only want to scream “TOO MUCH WINNING!!!”
Unseen1 @unseen1_unseen
Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.

Day 150 of the 2nd year of the 2nd term of this very stable genius. History is being made in the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2026.
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He continues to make massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common. He does not show humility before men, but his actions show humility before God.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore. He is not afraid to call out our enemies.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum. Lord please bring your power and might in the daily working of this sacred Nation you gave us.
And you have wasted $500.
You also created a sense of entitlement. Those 5 wastrels will demand you keep stealing money from the productive to support their wasteful behavior.
And call you a racist if you decide to scale back the freebies.
And the five recipients each have five children who grow up to demand their entitlement.
That’s the Democrat way. Steal and lie about whatever you can to get votes, then throw away those who voted for you after you get elected.
They don’t vote. They only register. The party apparatchiks vote on their behalf.
These (landmark) rulings are expected to be announced on one of last three SCOTUS opinion days in October Term 2025:
A. Executive Actions by President Trump
EO 14,160 from 1/20/25 (No. 25-365: Trump v. Barbara argued on 4/1/26): At issue is the reinterpretation of the constitutional provision “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” (14th Amendment) in denying birthright citizenship to children born in the U.S. to mothers who are either on temporary visas or unlawfully present.
Stripping 350K Haitians and 6K Syrians from TPS Program (No. 25-1083/84: Mullin v. Doe/Trump v Miot argued on 4/29/26): At issue: Whether federal courts have any power to review TPS termination decisions at all, a position that, if adopted, would effectively bar judicial oversight of future decisions affecting more than 1.3M immigrants currently living under this program.
For Venezuelans, SCOTUS paused lower court rulings that barred the administration from ending it, twice (24A1059 on 5/19/25 and 25A326 on 10/3/25)
“Metering” of asylum seekers (No. 25-5: Mullin v. Al Otro Lado argued on 3/24/26): The question is whether asylum seekers who have reached a port of entry but have not yet physically crossed onto U.S. soil have “arrived in the United States” within the meaning of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 – and therefore cannot be turned away without processing. The ruling could shape the legal architecture of border enforcement for years to come.
Removing FED members for cause (No. 25-5326: Trump v. Cook argued on 1/21/26): Lisa Cook was nominated by Biden, Senate confirmed on 1/14/22 (Harris tie breaker) and removed by Trump on 8/25/25 because of mortgage fraud in claiming two different homes as her primary residence to get favorable loan terms (disputed by her). In PDJT v. Wilcox (No. 24A966 on 5/22/25), SCOTUS majority reasoned that the FED is “a uniquely structured, quasi-private entity that follows in the distinct historical tradition of the First and Second Banks of the United States” and differs from other post-New Deal independent commissions and agencies like FCC, FTC, NLRB and FDIC. Question is: What does “causes” mean?
Removing FTC commissioners (No. 25-332: Trump v. Slaughter argued on 12/8/25): After SCOTUS ruled in Seila Law v. CFPB (No. 19-7 on 6/29/20) and confirmed in Collins v. Yellen (No. 19-422 on 6/23/21) that independent agencies with a single director structure are unconstitutional, it lifted Humphrey’s Executor v. U.S.(No. 667 on 5/27/35) blocks that POTUS remove heads purely for political reasons, such as policy disagreements. As a consequence, PDJT appointees Kathy Kraninger (CFPB) and Marc Calabria (FHFA) resigned/were fired during Biden administration without causing a media outcry.
A ruling in favor of the administration is expected. If applicable, this will strengthen presidential control over agencies that regulate everything from communications, consumer safety, labor policy and financial markets.
B. Election Related Disputes
Campaign Finance Limitations (No. 24-621: NRSC v. FEC argued on 12/9/25) focused on First Amendment and the constitutionality of federal limits on how much political parties can spend in coordination with their candidates (52 U.S.C. § 30,116).
Ballot counting after Election Day (No. 24-1260: Watson v. RNC argued on 3/23/26) whether the federal election-day statutes preempt a state law that allows ballots that are cast by federal election day to be received by election officials after that day.
C. Gun Rights (2nd Amendment)
Guns on Private Properties (No. 24-1046: Wolford v. Lopez argued on 1/20/26) focused on the constitutionality of state gun regulations.
Firearms by drug addicts (No. 24-1234: U.S. v. Hermani argued on 3/2/26): Does any federal statute prohibits any “unlawful user” of drugs from possessing firearms even when not presently intoxicated?
D. Transgender Athletes on women and girls sport teams (No. 24-38: Little v. Hecox alongside No. 24-43: WV v. B.P.J argued on 1/13/26): These consolidated cases are significant as it tests Bostock v Clayton County (No. 17-1618 decided on 6/15/20) ruling that Civil Rights Act’s of 1964 prohibition on sex discrimination includes gender identity.
In Washington state a gun owner loses his freedom to own a weapon after a second DUI.
It not just drugs.
The referenced case is focused on the constitutionality of 18 U.S.C. 922 (g) (3): Is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance regulated by the Control Substances Act of 1970 protected to bear arms (2nd Amandament)?
Drugs are controlled substance under the CSA, alcohol is not.
Note to judges: If “subject to the jurisdication thereof” does not matter, then nothing does.
Great summary! Thank you.
Anytime!

Pepe’ Le Pew?
oh no not him!
Wtf
Indeed. An astonishing and nonsensical turnaround.
The MoU with Iran may be the strongest test of non-pretending we have experienced.
I wish PDJT’s advisors could have told him that the Iranian leadership does not aspire in any way to have peace and prosperity for its people.
He does not understand his enemies. They do not respect him, despite his repeated assertions.
…..astonishing and nonsencical …for the people who do not know and reject reality on the ground in the last war….if you did listen Colonels Wilkerson or Macgregor you would not be surprise at all .. be ready for future “disclosure ” of the war…some heads will be spinning…VSGPDJT .. is absolutely right what he doing why waste lives of soldiers a ammunition ??(almost run out) and for WHOM never ever underestimate enemies..Iranians are not Syrians/Iraqis/Lebanese/Libyans…
It is plainly seen now that our former Lion President has changed. Even to the “trust the plan & 4D chess” types, it should now be obvious. The President has turned into Mr. Rodgers. He has gone soft. This so called “deal”, from the parts I’ve seen, is horrific to say the least. It reminds me of a deal Jimmah Caharta would sign. It rewards Iran with zero pain. Zero! I fact, they get paid billions, get their 4th world country repaired free, and get off the hook with sanctions merely to agree to talk for two months while they can string Trump out even longer. As I posted before, ANY deal with terrorists is a bad deal. And lastly, Trump’s comments to Israel are just nuts. “You can’t kill everyone.” YES YOU CAN! IF, they are terrorists! In fact, that is the ONLY way to deal with them. Trump must understand that in war, innocents will get hurt or killed. That “collateral damage” is unavoidable. Don’t go to war if you aren’t willing to accept that. Trump isn’t. Why you ask? Because when the enemy realizes that you won’t attack their weapons if they are surrounded by innocents, all their weapons will be surrounded by innocents, and you lose the war right there. That’s where Trump is. The Iranians played him like a cheap violin, and he bought in hook, line and sinker. Also, HOW are the Iranians blocking the oil tankers? What are they using, row boats and rubber band wind up drones? I thought we destroyed all their capabilities to wage war, sunk their navy, and destroyed their air force! And how is it that the mighty US can’t blow all they have left into vapor in ten minutes? When Hillary likes a deal, you know it is very wrong! My honest take until I have more info, is that the Butler PA pew pew is what changed Trump. He morphed into Mr. Rodgers after his inspiring “Fight, fight, fight” and before the convention. The results of all this is, America will not be saved. The swamp will never be drained. No one will go to jail. In three years, we will be right back where we were three years ago, and this time it will be permanent. I weep for my country.
I hate the Iranian regime, but think his comment is true.
..Calm down and take walk on the wild side ( in the forestry)….
Johnny… get used to…..and they are good at rocket technics….never ever underestimate your enemies/competitors…..lots of ….neocons/warmongers did in the both wars…
The missiles have different ranges. Short range means the Gulf States need to reign in their neighbor, and gives them incentive to do so.
Intermediate could hit Paris or London. Importing Sunni’s will not protect them.
Iran will get black market supplies and funds until other governments are incentivized to stop it.
This is what I like best about President Trump and that’s he’s fair. Looks at both sides of the coin. If you want to take and keep weapons from those who used them wrongly then there goes ours, Israel, Pakistan, Russia, China, Ukraine, etc. You can’t leave a nation unable to protect itself.
JMO.
President Trump, …….. Senator Mike Lee gives two solutions to quickly passing the Save America Act in the Senate. They are listed below.
Either solution would work …… but the (Second one) has several advantages over the (First one):
Those advantages are:
Thune’s approval is not needed.
Another advantage in addition to passing the Save America Act, JD Vance could also replace the democrat chosen parliamentarian with a MAGA / America First parliamentarian and ….. also eliminate the filibuster rule in the Senate through 1/19/29.
(First one)
Senator Mike Lee Urges John Thune to Force Immediate Vote on Save America Act.
Here is the video where he explains how to do it.
(Second one)
𝐌𝐈𝐊𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐄: 𝐉𝐃 𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄, AS VICE PRESIDENT 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐈𝐑 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐎𝐍 𝐕𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐈𝐃.
“The House already passed it, 218 to 213. Then it reached the Senate, where it has been slow-walked toward the same graveyard that swallows every conservative priority.”
So Lee was asked a blunt question: is there any procedure that lets the White House break the logjam?
His answer named a power most people forgot the vice president has.
“Vice President 𝘑𝘋 𝘝𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘦𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘶𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘪𝘳.”
That chair is not ceremonial.
As President of the Senate, Vance could preside and make the procedural rulings himself to bring the Save America Act to a vote only requiring 50 votes. His procedural rulings are 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘯.
MAGA / America First isn’t just our motto, it is our duty!
Vance taking over the Senate is deep in the weeds.
Basically early VPs were much more involved in the Senate.
But the job was considered worthless from long ago too. Running the Senate is not worthless.
If something isn’t laid out with specificity in the Constitution about either House of Congress, it then falls on that House to clarify that as it sets its own rules.
And in that too, the VP only gets a vote in ties.
I am pretty sure that the current rules allow the Senate to function without the VP controlling anything.
Do they specify the VP can do a hostile takeover. Doubtful.
Is such a takeover even considered in the rules? Probably not.
This would leave it as a possibility that Lee could imagine. But it would need a vote.
I think such a vote would be as unanimous against Trump as all the proforma session votes are.
I wonder if Lee would even stand up for his idea.
And besides. Maybe that is what Lee wants. A massive embarrassing overreach of power that goes down in flames. To be used to besmirch Trump.
Lee was firmly anti-Trump trying to steal the nomination for Cruz in 2016. Is his more recent pro Trump behavior a conversion or just a convenience?
Jim in TN,
Thanks for your comment.
Well, stay tuned.
President Trump, like most Americans, believes the time has come to take action to save our Constitutional Republic from the traitors who have created state and local voting systems that can be rigged to steal elections.
He will cross every T and dot every i, Constitutionally, but he will Save America by making the voting rules that prevent rigging the elections standard across the country, the globalists in the senate be damned.
MAGA / America First isn’t just our motto, it is our duty!
At this point in time, Crossing every T and dot will not secure our “elections”, as evidenced by the recent “elections” held in Kalifornika…
Not just Kalifornika but EVERY dim/communist-controlled state will cheat like hell, and will be allowed to steal upcoming “elections”, just like Kalifornika was allowed to steal recent “elections”.
It is now or never, the Democrats have told us what they plan to do when they get back in power, we need to believe them. It is time to break the glass .
Matthew 5
Yes, Lord!
Thune Delivers First Remarks as Senate Majority Leader – Sen. John Thune Official Press Release | LegiStorm
Sen. John ThuneSchumer (one thing, one word) implied that the Filibuster was the Framers’ idea, which is a Big Lie, repeated.
In fact, in his maiden speech as an alleged “Leader”, he names keeping the illegitimate anti-Constitutional Filibuster AS HIS VERY FIRST LEGISLATIVE PRIORITY!
The Founders thought Legislative Super-Majority requirements were so important, they listed them specifically in the Constitution and then RATIFIED them properly.
That was their “vision of the Senate”. And it did not include a Filibuster, and certainly not one installed by Senate rules instead of Ratification by the People and the States.
These Grifters know that their corrupt Filibuster would not bear up under such scrutiny.
In fact, the Founder’s vision was expressed in this clause:
They presumed a simple majority vote, not a 60-Vote Pre-Vote before getting to a simple majority vote.
Yes–“Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings”–but those rules may not contradict or subvert the Constitution or be an end run around the Constitution’s Amendment and Ratification Clause.
Here is a list of the US Constitution’s Super-Majority requirements:
There’s something missing: any notion of a 3/5ths Filibuster. Yet Thune claims it was in the “Founders’ vision”.
Again, as Leader-ish Thune said in his maiden speech, preserving the Filibuster is his absolute highest priority. The Framers would have wanted it that way, he asserts, even though they were too stupid and short-sighted to include it in the Constitution, a deficiency which he and the UNIPARTY have remedied by amending the Constitution by Senate rule.
Let’s be generous and say there are a dozen Republican senators who, in their heart of hearts, actually approve of Americans ruling themselves through Honest Elections.
But with the Thune/Schumer Brand(tm) Filibuster, all 53 can safely vote for the SAVE America Act, safe in the knowledge that Thune and Schumer have already agreed to thwart Honest Elections in America with their ill-gotten 60-vote Senate Rule.
They use Rigged Elections to keep the Senate margins close for this purpose. Which means, in the case of the SAVE Act, they are using Stolen Elections to steal even more elections–but not too many!
You know, The Way the Founders Would Have Wanted It(tm).
And, beautifully, voters can never know which twelve senators actually believe in America and which are imposters, to hold them accountable. Even House members may vote duplicitously, knowing the Thune/Schumer Brand(tm) Filibuster is there to backstop their pretend patriotism, too.
Oh, it’s a beautiful thing.
Psalm 5
Your favor is our shield, Lord, so we sing Your praise!
Rest in the Vine: Blamer of the Framers: Crooked John ThuneSchumer Tries to Pin His Dirty UNIPARTY Filibuster on the Founding Fathers, but We Say “NO!” in Jesus’ Mighty Name!
Rest in the Vine: Senatraitor Mitch McThune Betrays America Again with the Thune/Schumer Brand(tm) Filibuster, for All Your Election-Rigging Needs!
Well said, but this is exactly what I mean by leaving things up to the each House.
The Constitution did not mandate that any vote which was not specified to require a super majority had to be a simple majority.
But you are absolutely correct that there is no filibuster in the Constitution either.
If remember correctly it was created out of a hole left in the Senate rules. A hole left by incompetence and then found and exploited later.
I got this from the History;
”
The loophole that permits a senator’s right to speak endlessly on the senate floor dates to Vice President Aaron Burr, who declared in 1805 that the Senate need not be burdened by too many procedural rules. Back then a process to end debate on legislation, known as the “previous question” motion, was rarely used, so upon Burr’s recommendation, the senate dropped it in 1806.
Minority party senators soon figured out that droning on on the Senate floor could prolong debate indefinitely and gum up progress on a bill or nomination. The first successful filibuster was recorded in 1837, when a group of Whig senators who opposed President Andrew Jackson filibustered to prevent Jackson’s allies from expunging a resolution of censure against him.
”
https://www.history.com/articles/history-of-the-filibuster
So not possible before 1805. Solely based on Senate rules, not the Constitution. And first succeeded in 1837.
And they keep changing those rules. Now it is sort of a non-filibuster equivalent. Because they find it too bothersome and blocks too much legislation, rather than getting rid of it, they automated it.
If they can require 60, they could require 100.
Or honor the Framers’ vision instead:
In any event, the problem isn’t laws per se, but the urge to larceny and tyranny in every heart, and the US Senate is a Criminal Cartel which has codified that urge.
More insight, if you place any credence with the Daily Caller…Rino’s in the UniParty hate President Trump. Just shocking. No surprise here. John McThune needs to go…
https://x.com/DailyCaller/status/2067337319343112206
Can we rely on VP Vance to take action?
Nope…
Urging is an euphemism for Republican fecklessness!
“Urging” is an excuse for the republicans doing nothing…
HAPPY Thursday everyone!
I am thinking out loud that the truth in advertising moment of Senate Majority Leader Thune’s inability to LEAD will GALVANIZE the 80% of LEGAL American voters who see the SAVE Act as a national imperative for the survival of our Constitutional Republic.
Harry Reid is rolling in his grave in embarrassment and Nancy P just blew out her dentures at the effeminate LGBTQRNC impotence of this Mitch McConnell-monkeyboy-gimp.
And don’t deny it, John. You KNOW EXACTLY of what I speak…….
Nonetheless, Sen Thune has done all Americans a solid and single-handedly declared OPEN SEASON ON ALL RINOS.
This is not a “MAGA” issue. This is as simple as recognizing that proper public hygiene includes giving the toilet a thorough cleaning now and again when repeated flushes don’t quite get it.
ELIMINATING RINOs at the ballot box is about to become the latest and greatest American pastime in celebration of 250 years of the World’s Singularly Most Awesome Constitutional Republic!
Enjoy the ride, John. You and your “Patriotically-Impaired” advisors and lackeys earned it, buddy:)
I love your post and earnestly pray you’re correct about “OPEN SEASON ON ALL RINOS” coming to fruition.
Keep it up 👍
👊✝️👊🫵
Speaking of RINOS:
Louisiana Sen. Kennedy … please tell us who called President Trump and suggested “J6” for the planned Pelosi/FBI “spontaneous” insurrection … I mean … for President Trump’s January 6th 2020 DC Rally Day ??!
Kennedy is great for a quip, terrible for a vote.
A mere b.s. 🐂 💩 artist masquerading as someone elected to represent We the People.
Indeed.
He must’ve gotten his “How to be a pathetic and useless Republican Politician” certificate from the same program where Jordan, Gowdy, Chaffetz, Issa, and many others got theirs.
Tired of his aw shucks, I’m a conservative, Fox news star…
His voting record speaks otherwise…
Even his quips have gotten predictable and boring…
Kennedy attended Oxford, auto warning flag for me.
He’s the Jim Jordan of the senate.
Have never even thought his quips funny. He comes across as an unserious jerk.
Primary season is the season to hunt RINOs.
Hunting RINOs in general elections replaces them with Democrats.
And it does make a difference who controls what bills are considered.
RINOs have to hide from their voters.
Democrats have to boldly stand in front of their voters.
Oh, and time kills these passions to hunt RINOs. Senators know they get 6 yrs between RINO hunts.
TRUE! Only matters in primary season so it’s difficult to alert people.
I am thinking 2028 Republican primaries to consolidate the gains we have made this year….. 🙂
Pace yourself, FF…. The next hunting season opens in 2028 with the primaries. Elephants have looooooong memories! 🙂
rinos??? Nope, let’s start calling them by their real name: “The Republicans”…
Zach Lahn is the Republican candidate for Governor in Iowa.
He won the primary over Randy Feenstra who was endorsed by President Trump.
http://www.zachlahn.com
I don’t put a lot of faith in endorsements. The President can’t know all the candidates he gets recommendations from his staff. You are putting that up against in state people that much better know the candidates. I never in my life have voted for someone because someone else’s endorsed them.
Trump’s endorsements in general have meant more than any other person endorsing candidates I can ever remember. Thinking President Trump would be 100 % on GOP endorsements is naive. What Trump mostly wants is people he can work with and trust.
Agree. I never made a decision based on endorsements although I look at them in totality.
All things considered, their major sources of funding weigh far more heavily.
Conversely… I have ‘not’ voted for someone due to the endorsement they received…
I believe in President Trump more than any president in my lifetime (71 yrs.), but Feenstra never earned my vote for Iowa Governor in the primary. Iowa’s GOP representation in DC is not meritorious just because they are part of the majority at present. Rep. Feenstra indeed has name recognition, and I don’t fault Trump for the endorsement. But the MAGA patriots did not find a kindred spirit in him. Lahn was not on my personal radar and I did not vote for him. He will get a Trump endorsement for the general election, and he will be the next Iowa Governor. No one wants what the Democrats offer as an alternative.
Lahn was backed by TPUSA. They ran a ground game for him.

‘Uk-rain and see eye aha are bombing Russia’ there it’s fixed .
Should not the first line read:
Meanwhile, NATO-in-Europe is bombing Moscow oil refineries again tonight….?
I stand with President Trump on the Iran peace plan. He went into great detail yesterday at the G7 how the deal achieves America’s objectives for the war, specifically, denying Iran either the development or purchase of a nuclear weapon. He further rejects the neocon (MAGAcon) notion that Iranian society has to be destroyed to save it. That’s Israeli propaganda that does not serve the best interests of the American people. Godspeed, Mr. President. We have your back against those who support you in war but would oppose you in peace.
I agree. If we achieved our objectives, stop. Peace is the prize.
Do I trust Iran? …of course not. Lying is part of the Islamo-Goon creed, President Trump is aware of this. If the Persian’s want to get rid of the weird beards and go post Ayatollah’s, now is the time.
Remember, “The beatings will continue until morale improves” We can always start up the bombing again and I don’t want to see, large American troop landings., but I’d bet Special Forces are active just in case.
“If not President Trump then who?”
MAGA! …with God the only way.
Ground operations there would be expensive and difficult. There are better ways to do it. Iran has an army, but doesn’t use it to project power.
There is a distinction between Iran/Persia and the Mullahs who hijacked power there 47 years ago.
I worked for a Jewish art broker who traveled the world, his wife was a Pan-Am stewardess made his travels easy. They would vacation in Iran, whole family, before the Ayatollahs. He said the people, beaches and history were wonderful.
Perhaps that will come back?
We’ll see.
Persia
🙂
I lived there during that time (elementary and high school). I agree. BTW, Pan Am was a beautiful way to fly!
Thank you.
I don’t think this is a peace plan. I thought the MOU is an agreement about what both sides will discuss, sort of an outline of subjects, it is not the final deal. These discussions will lead towards an eventual, final peace plan.
The 60 days will also be a good indication if Iran has the will power to stick to an agreement. So far, they aren’t very good at keeping agreements.
I think President Trump bought a 60 day trial and he has his reasons.
I will wait and see what happens.
President Trump laid it out. Oil and nat-gas are flowing, no world wide depression.
Dust is burried, no dirty bomb.
Will work the rest out later, got other pressing matters to deal with.
Bingo
Totally agree, mid-terms and internal ‘affordability’ coming into focus.
I think that Trump gave the Mullahs an opportunity, knowing they won’t take it. He is also carefully looping in Iran’s ancient neighbors. Who can’t help but notice that the USA and Israel were fighting FOR them. While Iran continued (and, continues) to throw missiles indiscriminately in every direction. A cornered rat is dangerous.
The Mullahs had 47 years in power. They won’t get 48.
I hope and pray you’re right but I don’t see any evidence of that yet! The entire country is suffering from the Stockholm Syndrome! JMO

Read the article from David of Israel over at the Treehouse open thread. It’s interesting.
It’s Israel’s perspective. President Trump represents the American perspective. That’s what I voted for. Make America Great Again. If it makes other countries great again at the same time, fine. If it doesn’t, that’s fine, too.
It is hard to imagine how this could have ended up any worse.

Media always creating angst to fill their blank pages. Too much media everywhere.
Exactly. The media plays their game of sending the message they want to send, tainted, manipulated, info missing, taken out of context etc.
We all hear what they are saying, left and right and as much as we may not think we do or don’t want to, on some level we believe them for awhile on certain issues like the MOU with Iran. They were giving negative vibes on it long before the actual paper came out. Look at all the angst on the treehouse pages over that MOU and even now, when we see it we hear the media echoing around us with negatives and some are buying the media story instead of waiting a bit to see what the real story might be.
So yes C T, the “media is always creating angst” and they always will. It’s how we handle that planed turmoil that tells the tale in the end.

The democrats and the RINOs have publicly blasted out their shared concerns about the 6/18/26 status of the USA’s IRAN military excursion’s status.
They are “shared” of course because the RINOs are democrats, hence their name.
They just reference themselves as republicans to fool their low-information constituents.
The well informed MAGA / America Firsters treat the RINOs as hardcore democrats.
The 6/18/26 status of the MOA has, by plan, areas that await details to be filled in, aka “unknowns.”
Unknowns create stress ….. on both sides of the deal.
The difference is that our side has a leader who is a straight MAGA / America First shooter and the other side has leaders who are crooked to the core and can’t be trusted, at least most of them, even by their own countrymen.
What is very interesting is the one topic that hasn’t been brought up in the media.
That topic is all of the “previous” Iranian oil customers who, because of the dangers involved in the going to-and-fro Iran, have, over the past 45 days, been writing their oil purchase orders, not to Iran, but to the USA or to the 3 middle eastern oil producers who do not ship out of the Strait of Hormuz.
UC, most of the media conversations have been about that “funny money” mentioned in the MOA that may or may not end up in the Iranian’s possession, any time soon, if ever.
The re-start of the oil revenue, the Iranians really planned on, once the Strait of Hormuz is open for trade, may not materialize.
That’s right, while those really “smart” Iranians were keeping their eyes on the Strait of Hormuz, President Trump and his “war fighters” were signing up new oil customers for the Gulf of America’s ports and Alaska’s ports with some other orders going to the 3 middle eastern oil producers who do not ship out of the Strait of Hormuz.
So, the world’s oil markets never did take the big hit that the democrats, RINOs and the media have been raising fears about since the start of the Iranian military excursion.
That is why the price of gas at America’s gas pumps is going to drop like a rock ….. yup, there goes the democrats / RINOs mid-term strategy to retake the house and senate.
Don’t be surprised to see some subpar $1.00 / gallon prices in some red states this fall, thanks to good old fashion “local gas wars.”
Chalk-up another win for President Trump and his MAGA / America First movement.
MAGA / America First isn’t just our motto, it is our duty!
I doubt gas will be that low. US oil production can’t operate with very low oil prices.
But obviously gas under $3 is doable since we’ve seen it that low recently.
Almost below $3.00 here in SW Missouri now
Sie hassen dich,
Thanks for the comment.
I mentioned the spot subpar $1.00 / gallon as a result of “local gas wars”, like in the past. Normally they are promotion type prices, not long term prices.
However, I suspect that the US production methods will improve, allowing for a lower, profitable base price in the future.
Yesterday, President Trump stated that we had only four weeks of oil reserves left. To sell oil to the “new customers,” we were drawing down our reserves. Other countries had to draw down their reserves as well. The idea we could increase our production to replace all or most of the oil removed from the global market by the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz is untrue.
On April 13, when the blockade started, I said it wouldn’t work. It did not work, as evidenced by the fact we have abandoned it. The comments saying the blockade was genius, and “we have all the cards” were wrong. What objectives were achieved? Indeed, we could not play all the cards we had. For example, we could have sent the Marines to open the Strait of Hormuz at any time, but we ruled that out. Why? So now, the IRGC remains in control of Iran, they continue to hunt and hang their own citizens, and they have oil revenue once again to continue exporting terrorism.
An object in motion is easier to redirect than something sedentary. Our Iran policy has been sedentary for my adult life.
Did you read Sundance’s article about the Russians being allowed to sell oil /LNG to PacRim countries?
In order to ease the burden?
Biden’s handlers drew down the SPR, btw.
Sanctions on Russian oil sales were pointless, before President Trump suspended the sanctions to let them sell the oil. Yes, Biden drew down the SPR, and we drew down what was left to the point of being four weeks from all hell breaking loose. I am looking for President Trump to fire the architects of the blockade, who have given him a big birthday present of capitulation in the form of the MOU.
Biden and company drew down the strategic reserves.
They can’t have a nuclear bomb and the top levels of the IRGC were wiped out, along with many strategic military functions. And they are broke. All in all their ability to pursue war in the M.E. and against us is gone.
The process built a coalition of gulf states.
We nixed OPEC and are now the biggest seller of oil (lots of tankers coming here).
I am sad the Iranian people are not free. But President Trump has said he expects the “government” to start doing things for people. We’ll see what happens. Also the people now have more of a chance to implement change themselves.
As we go forward, President Trump is guiding Iran to become a country that produces instead of being a terrorist leader. It seems he is waving the carrot in front of them to become a rich country like the other gulf states. Previously they spent their money on promoting terror. The President is inviting them to see a better way.
Yes the IRGC and mullah leaders have religious beliefs of destroying us. We’ll see what happens now . He is talking to all areas of the society and seems to think the leaders remaining are not crazy.
President Trump thinks this is the best way to deal with a bad situation. Give it a chance. More bombs are waiting to be used if needed.
I am not about rationalizing every concession we have made. This is now a policy of appeasement of a terrorist regime. We are attempting to pay them to behave. Of course President Trump is going to put it the MOU in a good light, he has to. But this is an end product of the State Department running the war since April 7, and President Trump appears to have personally intervened to bail them out of their debacle. Heads should roll. Wait and see is not a valid approach; you must know the outcome before you make the move. That is winning.
And what have democrats and the RINOs done when it come to Iran? Nothing. What is their plan to deal with Iran? They don’t have one. It easy to criticizes, it’s much harder to develop an alternative plan to deal with Iran.
Correct. Flapping lips with NOTHING of consequence. President Trump ACTS to protect US! He is brilliant commander.
Turn talking points into actions: Are preemptive presidential pardons unconstitutional or “disgraceful”?
I. Prelude
Ever since voters tasked President Trump with executive power, groups with differing political views have been trying to undermine that power through TROs/preliminary injunctions/ issued by (District Judges of) the judiciary. One recent example:
On 3/25/25, President Trump signed EO 14,253 “Restoring Truth and Sanity to American history” [1], reversing Biden’s “corrosive ideology” portraying U.S. as “inherently racist, sexist, oppressive, or otherwise irredeemably flawed”. Groups representing park conservationists, historians, and scientists that share Biden’s views sued the DOI for erasing history and undermining science. Biden appointed U.S. Judge Angel Kelly (D.Mass.) issued a preliminary injunction [2] because it “do not align with its preferred narrative” of the prior administration and it undermines “the integrity of the National Parks; it sets a dangerous precedent of censorship and sanitization.”
When Democrats turn opinions into law, this is generally welcomed. Here’s another example:
Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) has been accusing former public health official Anthony Fauci of perjury before Senate’s HELP Committee on 5/11/21 and referred him to DOJ. Accordingly, the statute of limitations expired on 5/11/26. Nevertheless, he continues to seek to hold Fauci criminally accountable and is now focusing on Biden’s unconstitutional preemptive pardon from 1/20/25.
II. Act of forgiveness of a federal crime
The power traces directly to England’s “royal prerogative of mercy,” establishing the precedent that clemency authority belonged to the executive rather than legislative bodies. Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution, provides the president authority “to grant Pardons for Offenses against the United States”. While the pardon power is robust, convicted individuals must have commited federal offences [4].
III. Why won’t the government let SCOTUS decide whether preemptive pardons are unconstitutional?
The answer to that question lies in the eye of the beholder!
[1] Restoring Truth and Sanity to American History – The White House
[2] parks.pdf
[3] ‘Challenge in court’: Sen. Rand Paul says constitutionality of Fauci pardon should be reexamined | Just The News
[4] Burdick v. U.S. on 1/25/1915: “imputation of guilt and acceptance of a confession of it”
The people behind Ford pardoning Nixon made a big deal about Burdick.
But that would mean an innocent person can never accept a pardon. Only those admitting guilt can accept pardons.
Are all the J6 people guilty as charged. NO!
Are the J6 pardons invalid if the pardoned maintain their innocence? NO!
But I do agree that all pardons without specified crimes need challenging. Like those of the J6 Committee.
But first you have to clean their fellow criminals out of the DOJ. And second you need somebody willing to press the issue. Most won’t bother. And they have to be good enough that the criminals can’t portray it as revenge. Also, it can’t go before a judge that is also a fellow criminal.
It would be far easier to get Trump to offer up a similar pardon and get the criminals to rise up and defeat that pardon. And then use that against Fauci or Mary McCord, etc.
J6’ers got the Pardons.
But the Dirty Cops, Crooked Prosecutors, Cartel Judges and Child-Trafficking Politicians are the Guilty Ones.
Then President Ford’s Pardon to former President Nixon [1] on 9/8/74 was his political judgement. Ford was the first sitting president who testified before to the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Criminal Justice on 10/17/74 [2]
I refuse to compare this exceptional situation to cases like Cheney, Fauci, and Milley.
Or: Why should the presidential pardon protect Biden’s family members from politically motivated investigations?
[1] Proclamation 4311—Granting Pardon to Richard Nixon | The American Presidency Project
[2] Nixon Pardon Hungate Subcommittee – Ford Testimony, 1976/10/17 (3)
I don’t trust someone who has done something the people don’t like trying to justify it. Nixon was guilty. The people wanted his hide. Ford saved Nixon’s hide. The people were angry with Ford. Claiming accepting a pardon admits guilt was a blatant attempt to justify themselves. And I have watched them continue that justification for many decades afterward. At least they are consistent.
But the real reason Ford needed to pardon Nixon was to shut down the circus that was preventing the government from working. And he said that too. It is right there in the proclamation you post.
And it was said in the next election. Many thought Ford lost because of the pardon. I don’t personally remember him making the Burdick claim.
But time and again I have seen Ford’s hatchet men make the Burdick claim. Even saying they told Nixon that acceptance was an admission of guilt. I am sure it is stored in cspan’s archives.
Being ostracized because they had a role in Nixon’s pardon must have been hard. I can understand their desperation in claiming they got Nixon to admit guilt.
PS, thanks. I am finding it hard to navigate that 77 page document. Even just hard to scroll. No clue if it is my tablet’s fault, or the document’s.

Mapping Qatar’s $400 Billion Footprint in the United States
https://www.fdd.org/analysis/2026/06/03/mapping-qatars-400-billion-footprint-in-the-united-states/
QATAR BOUGHT AMERICA WHILE YOU WERE SCROLLING — $400 BILLION, 330K CITIZENS, AND EVERY RECEIPT IS PUBLIC
THE GREAT QATARI BUYOUT:
How a Country Half the Size of New Jersey Bought America’s Soul for $400 Billion A micronation of 330,000 citizens just surpassed China as the #1 foreign funder of your kids’ classrooms, your alma mater, and your evening news.
And Washington handed them the keys to the front door. This isn’t a conspiracy. It’s a spreadsheet.
The Foundation for Defense of Democracies just dropped a year-long forensic accounting of Qatari money in America — and the number isn’t billions with a B. It’s four hundred of them. With a B.
Since 2000.
Let that sink in: a country half the size of New Jersey, with fewer citizens than live in Arlington, Texas, has pumped over $400 billion into the United States.
That’s roughly $1.2 million for every man, woman, and child carrying a Qatari passport.
And according to FDD’s Natalie Ecanow — who spent over a year digging through regulatory filings, FARA disclosures, business databases, and lobbying records — that figure is a lowball.
If you take Qatari government claims or White House projections at face value, the real number might exceed $1.2 trillion.
But let’s stick with the hard receipts.
$8.8 Billion to Own the American Mind
The U.S. Department of Education’s new foreign funding dashboard — launched January 2026 — revealed Qatar has dumped $8.8 billion into American higher education since 2001. That officially makes Doha the single largest foreign funder of U.S. colleges and universities, surpassing China by roughly $2 billion.
Let that sit next to the demographic math: China has 1.4 billion people. Qatar has 330,000 citizens. Qatar is outspending a global superpower 4,200 times its population on capturing the minds of American students.
The six American universities with satellite campuses in Doha — Cornell, Carnegie Mellon, Georgetown, Northwestern, Texas A&M, and Virginia Commonwealth — are the biggest recipients.
But the rot goes deeper. The House Education and Workforce Committee found that Northwestern annually transfers part of its management fee from Qatar back to its Evanston campus.
Georgetown and Northwestern are contractually bound to follow Qatari law on their Doha campuses — the same legal system that allowed “antisemitism without apparent consequence” and left schools “struggling to uphold free speech principles,” per the committee’s March report.
And then there’s the Sheikha Moza problem. The mother of Qatar’s emir — and chair of the Qatar Foundation — publicly eulogized Yahya Sinwar, the October 7 mastermind and Hamas chief.
Months later, Georgetown University awarded her its highest honor.
When Georgetown’s president was grilled about this in congressional testimony, he brushed it aside: the award was for her “education work,” not the Hamas eulogy. That’s what a billion dollars buys you — institutional amnesia.
Your Local Elementary School Isn’t Safe Either
Qatar isn’t just buying Ivy League presidents.
Since 2009, Doha has been funneling money into American K-12 public schools — funding “study abroad” trips to Doha and providing suggestions for Middle East curricula.
Teaching materials distributed to Texas elementary schools included maps that labeled Israel as “Palestine.”
A similar map surfaced in a Brooklyn classroom in 2024. The dollar amounts here are harder to trace — at least $8 million documented, with FDD researchers still digging — but the principle is the point.
A foreign government that shelters Hamas leadership and bankrolls the Muslim Brotherhood is writing curriculum suggestions for American third-graders.
And school boards are nodding along.
Defense, Energy, and the Illusion of Alliance
Qatar has poured an estimated $8 billion into building and maintaining Al Udeid Air Base — the largest U.S. military installation in the Middle East — with plans to sink another $10 billion into expansion.
Meanwhile, Doha is America’s second-largest arms sales partner, with $56 billion in deals since 2011. The arrangement is elegant: Qatar funds the base that projects American power, buys American jets to stock it, and simultaneously hosts Hamas political leadership in Doha.
The Trump administration’s own 2026 Counterterrorism Strategy labeled the Muslim Brotherhood — of which Qatar is the world’s leading patron — as “the root of all modern Islamist terrorism.” You’re funding both sides of the war.
Media, Lobbying, and the Influence Machine
Over 70 lobbying and PR firms have raked in approximately $240 million from Qatar.
Another $22.6 million has flowed to Washington think tanks.
FARA disclosures show Doha escalated its influence-buying in 2017 — right after Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, and Egypt blockaded Qatar for its “continued support, funding and hosting of terror groups” and efforts “to promote the ideologies of Daesh and Al Qaeda.”
When four of your neighbors try to quarantine you for terror sponsorship, and your response is to hire 70 K Street firms to clean up your image in Washington — that’s not diplomacy. That’s a PR campaign for a protection racket.
What Qatar Doesn’t Want You to See
Qatar sued in Texas in 2018 to block a legal watchdog from investigating its funding to Texas A&M. In 2023, a judge forced those documents public — revealing nearly half a billion dollars in undisclosed funds
That’s the money they fought to hide.
How much more is buried in Delaware LLCs, venture capital blind pools, and unreported gifts that disclosure gaps let slip through?
The FDD report repeatedly emphasizes: $400 billion is the conservative number — the one with receipts.
The full footprint is almost certainly much larger.
The Question Nobody in Washington Wants to Answer
The United States should welcome benign foreign investment. But America is not a charity, and it is emphatically not for sale.
When a country that:
•Shelters Al-Qaeda and Taliban figures
•Remains the primary patron of Hamas
•Bankrolls the Muslim Brotherhood — designated by the U.S. as the ideological root of modern Islamist terror
•Eulogizes October 7 architects while collecting honorary degrees …is also the largest foreign funder of your universities, the second-largest arms customer, the top donor to your think tanks, and the curriculum consultant for your public schools — at what point does “investment” become “capture”?
The FDD just mapped it. Now the question is whether anyone in power will act on it — or whether they’ll just keep cashing the checks.

Navy finds massive cache of deadly radiological material including uranium hidden in California
https://nypost.com/2026/06/17/us-news/navy-finds-cache-of-deadly-radiological-material-hidden-in-california/
This is a wild story, and it’s got layers worth pulling apart.
What Was Actually Found
The cache at Building 400A in Hunters Point contained roughly 200 radiological items, including: – Uranium and thorium samples — not trivial materials.
These are regulated under the Atomic Energy Act. – Liquid scintillators — lab instruments used for detecting and measuring radiation. This isn’t random junk; it’s specialized equipment. – Check sources — radioactive isotopes used to calibrate Geiger counters and other detection equipment.
So this isn’t some absent-minded professor leaving a few rocks in a drawer.
Two hundred items, including analytical instruments, locked in a cabinet inside a secured complex. That’s organized.
The “Rogue Employee” Narrative
Jeff Bale from RSI Entech is calling it a “rogue situation by a rogue employee.” The employee allegedly brought this stuff in between 2019–2022 while working for Envirachem, which RSI acquired in 2023.
RSI claims they didn’t even know about the 400A stash when they bought the company. A few things don’t sit right here:
1. How does a single “rogue” employee move 200 radiological items into a Navy facility without anyone noticing?
These aren’t paperclips.
Transporting and storing uranium requires documentation, chain-of-custody, and security protocols.
2. The liquid scintillators matter. These aren’t just samples — they’re analytical instruments. Someone wasn’t just hoarding; they were doing or preparing to do analysis.
3. The timeline gap. Materials brought in between 2019 and 2022, discovered in April 2026. That’s potentially seven years of nuclear material sitting unaccounted for in a building near residential San Francisco neighborhoods.
Hunters Point’s History Makes This Worse
Hunters Point Naval Shipyard has a notorious history with radiological contamination. It was a Superfund site. The Navy ran the Naval Radiological Defense Laboratory there during the Cold War, decontaminating ships from nuclear tests.
The area has been tied up in a massive, decades-long cleanup scandal involving falsified soil testing data by the contractor Tetra Tech — a fraud case that resulted in criminal convictions.
So when the Navy says “no health or environmental concern identified,” residents who’ve been lied to before aren’t buying it.
That Malik Seneferu quote — “trying to get information out of the Navy is like trying to get water out of a stone” — that’s not paranoia.
That’s earned distrust from people who’ve lived through the Hunters Point cleanup fraud firsthand.
The Transparency Problem
The Navy is running the investigation alongside EPA’s criminal division and NCIS, but:
– The “rogue employee” hasn’t been named
– No information about why this person was stockpiling uranium and thorium
– No explanation of how this went undetected for years
– The public-facing message is “nothing to see here, we’re handling it”
“Rogue employee” is the institutional equivalent of “lone wolf” — it closes the book before anyone asks about systemic failures, oversight gaps, or whether this was known about earlier and ignored.
Bottom Line
Whether this was some technician’s unauthorized personal project, industrial espionage, or something worse, the fact that uranium and thorium samples plus analytical instruments sat in a locked cabinet for years inside a Navy remediation site is a catastrophic security and oversight failure.
The Navy’s reflexive “no concerns identified” messaging, given Hunters Point’s history, is going to convince exactly no one.

Send them back, indeed!
The only thing more dangerous than a radical ideology is a political class too cowardly to name it.
Rubio named it. Now watch them try to destroy him for it.
Rubio Said the Quiet Part Out Loud — And the World Just Had a Seizure They want you to apologize for noticing.
Marco Rubio — Secretary of State, standing at the podium of American power — spoke a sequence of words so plainly true that the entire global opinion-manufacturing complex immediately went into anaphylactic shock.
Here’s what he actually said:
Radical Islam doesn’t want a small caliphate in Iraq or Syria. They see the United States as the greatest evil on Earth. They seek to dominate the entire West. It’s revolutionary. It wants endless expansion, terrorism, assassinations, and total control.
And then — this is the part that broke them — he connected the dots to American soil. Orlando. Pensacola. The domestic attacks that the legacy press memory-holed within 72 hours because the perpetrators’ ideological motives were inconvenient to the narrative.
The reaction from certain quarters was instantaneous and predictable: outrage, demands for retraction, the usual theater of performative offense.
But here’s the question nobody in the professional pundit class wants to answer: Which word, exactly, was wrong?
Was it “radical”? Because the guys waving black flags and throwing gay people off buildings seem pretty comfortable with the label.
Was it “Islam”? Because they sure as hell invoke it. Loudly. Repeatedly. In 4K video.
Was it “revolutionary”?
Read Hasan al-Banna. Read Sayyid Qutb’s Milestones.
This isn’t a fringe interpretation — it’s the founding political theology of the Muslim Brotherhood, the ideological grandfather of Hamas, al-Qaeda, ISIS, and every jihadist franchise that’s metastasized across six continents since 1979.
The playbook is explicit:
1Dawa — proselytization and demographic expansion
2Hijra — migration into target societies
3Jihad — when conditions are ripe, kinetic action
This isn’t a conspiracy. It’s published. It’s taught. It’s celebrated on Telegram channels with six-figure subscriber counts.
And the West’s response for forty years has been to pretend not to see it while funding the very regimes that export it.
Rubio committed the unforgivable sin of naming the enemy. In an era where the foreign policy establishment prefers euphemisms like “violent extremism” and “overseas contingency operations,” he used words that actually mean something. The fury isn’t about inaccuracy. The fury is about accuracy without permission.
Why This Matters More Than Any Previous Speech Because this isn’t 2002.
We’ve now lived through:
•The ISIS caliphate (which wasn’t supposed to exist — until it did)
•The Taliban retaking Afghanistan in 10 days flat
•Hamas’s October 7th massacre, livestreamed by the perpetrators
•The Houthis shutting down global shipping lanes from a sandpit
•The resurgence of al-Shabaab across the Horn of Africa
•Iran’s network of proxies stretching from Beirut to Baghdad to Sana’a — now actively at war with American forces
And domestically? The FBI’s own numbers show a consistent, non-random pattern of jihadist-inspired attacks on U.S. soil that the media covers with the enthusiasm of someone burying a body.
Rubio didn’t say anything new. He said something old — something that’s been true for decades — but he said it from the podium of the State Department instead of from a think tank panel nobody watches.
That’s the difference. That’s why they’re panicking.
The Real Divide The split isn’t between “Islamophobes” and “tolerant people.”
The split is between:
•People who believe ideas have consequences — and that a totalitarian political ideology dressed in theological language is still a totalitarian political ideology.
•People who believe words are magic — and that if we just stop talking about the problem, the problem will politely cease to exist.
Category Two has been running American foreign policy for a generation.
The results speak for themselves.
Category One just got a microphone.
What Comes Next
The establishment will try to memory-hole this speech within a news cycle. They’ll trot out the usual spokespeople.
The usual think tanks will issue the usual condemnations.
The State Department press corps will spend the next three briefings trying to get someone — anyone — to walk it back.
Don’t let them. Share this. Quote-tweet the exact words. Force every pundit who demands a retraction to specify which sentence was false.
They can’t. Because Rubio told the truth.
And in this town, that’s the most radical thing of all.

Replying to @MrAndyNgo @JohnCleese
I have yet to meet, or even read about, a “moderate muslim”. In my experience, all muslims fall into one of these categories:
1. Terrorists.
2. Aiders and abettors of terrorists.
3. Terrorist adjacent.
4. Terrorist sympathizers.
5. Terrorist celebrators.
6. Terrorist silent.

I guess you have met many Muslims.
So have I.
I have to say that Rubio has done far more than the VP. VP just gives speeches and talks.
Is he going end war in the Ukraine ??… it is his job… he had 17 months to start normalize relationship wit VVP…..

This AI just exposed the BIGGEST legal insider trading operation in America.
A platform called GovGreed built a seven-layer machine learning system that cross-references every stock trade disclosed by every sitting politician against the bills their committees control, the campaign donations they receive, and the companies their votes directly impact.
It scored all 540 politicians currently in Congress.
And the numbers are crazy: 56% of every stock purchase made by Congress in the last 16 months was on a stock directly affected by a bill the buyer later voted on.
That is 6,170 out of 11,016 total purchases.
More than HALF of all congressional stock buys are on companies whose fate that same politician is about to decide.
343 of 540 Congress members actively trade stocks while holding access to nonpublic legislative information.
That is 63.8% of the entire legislature making market bets with an informational edge that would put any hedge fund manager in prison.
The AI identified 752 active “Triple Signals” in the current Congress. A Triple Signal fires when three conditions line up at once: The politician sits on the committee controlling a bill, they traded stock in a company affected by that bill, AND they received campaign contributions from that same industry.
Bills carrying these insider indicators pass at 5.4 TIMES the normal rate.
Now look at the individual leaderboard:
– Nancy Pelosi’s estimated portfolio sits at $194 million with a Greediness score of 98.1 out of 100
– Ro Khanna made 13,231 trades across 800+ different tickers
– Michael McCaul made 32,302 trades and filed 6,670 of them late
– Thomas Suozzi filed 86.4% of his trades late with an average delay of 396 days, meaning his disclosures landed over a YEAR after he made the trade
And then there is Lisa McClain, the fourth-ranking Republican in the House. She has made 1,443 trades in three years, more than 98% of all politicians tracked.
She violated the STOCK Act twice in a single year, disclosing up to $900,000 in trades months after the legal deadline. Her husband bought up to $250,000 in Elon Musk’s xAI, which quietly converted into SpaceX equity before last Friday’s $2 trillion IPO.
The penalty for all of this? A $200 fine.
The number of Congress members ever prosecuted under the STOCK Act since it passed in 2012? Zero.
And the cruelest part is this: A bill to ban congressional stock trading was introduced in January 2026. It has bipartisan support.
Over 80% of American voters want it passed. But Congress is sitting on it, because the people who would have to vote yes are the same people making millions from the system staying exactly the way it is.
They write the insider trading laws, they exempt themselves from enforcement, they trade on the information those laws generate, and when they get caught, they pay a fine that is basically nothing.
The AI didn’t discover anything Congress was hiding.
It just organized what was already public into a pattern so obvious that nobody can pretend it isn’t there anymore.

I hope Sundance can conduct a deep dive when he’s available as soon as much of what you have written is incredibly useful.
Too bad the VP’s fraud unit won’t touch election crime but it would be terrific if they included Congress and their financial schemes.
That’s why you want to go to congress and spend a fortune getting there. Once you are in, you start getting rich!
Alleged ‘ringleader’ behind drone attack plot for White House UFC event ID’d as illegal immigrant
The alleged “ringleader” of the drone plot to attack the WH at the UFC event is an illegal immigrant from Mexico, the Department of Homeland Security said Thursday.
Abraham Alvarez, 31, came to the US as a child and failed to leave the country when his B2 visa expired in 2001, but was granted deportation relief under the Obama administration through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
https://nypost.com/2026/06/18/us-news/alleged-ringleader-behind-drone-attack-plot-for-white-house-ufc-event-idd-as-illegal-immigrant/
““This illegal alien from Mexico should never have been allowed in our country,” DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said in a statement to Fox News Digital. “He was the ringleader of a failed terror attack targeting UFC Freedom 250 at the White House.” “He will face justice and swiftly be removed from our country,” she added of Alvarez.”
Let us pray the Democrats never get in control of Congress and White House again or such illegals will be given priority over America citizens once again like obama and biden did!!!
The UFC plot stinks to high heaven.
Reformed FBI agent Kyle Seraphin has pointed out that the group of 23 supposedly plotting the attack conveniently tick off the required boxes for anti-status-quo enemies of the state: “anti-Semites” (those who think Israel has undue influence in the US government), right wing Christians (Kyle is the one who blew the whistle on the targeting of Catholics as potential terrorists), and “Luddites” (those against AI data centers). I’m looking forward to some foreign connection which will only be revealed if its politically advantageous to do so.
I will add that they were somehow too stupid to realize that if there was one place on Earth which would have extensive drone detection and jamming capabilities, it would be the White House grounds where, conveniently, the closest to a Roman bread and circuses “gladiator” event was held. While the jammable RF controlled drone technology is readily available off-the-shelf, fiber optic drone components most certainly are not and would take very sophisticated custom hardware and programming.
The claim that in our surveillance state 23 people were somehow able to meet online and be involved in this kind of plot without some government agent not being involved is beyond belief. To make sure that the plot was heroically stopped just in the nick of time, they included the guy pictured below who lived at home and whose mom turned him in on the 10th. That was then the excuse to “discover” a plot to attack the UFC event which “just happened” to be scheduled immediately after FISA 702 expired after midnight on the 13th.
Patel showed up at the UFC event even though only five of the 23 plotters had been apprehended. True, in the amazing amount of details they were able to glean in very short order from some encrypted Signal emails from the plotters, the attack had been called off, but how did they know that one of the plotters wouldn’t go “lone wolf.” Probably because they already had all of them under surveillance anyway or they knew the plot was a clown show or, as Kyle Seraphin said, a LARPy (“a prevalent online insult used to call out fake or performative behavior”; had to look that one up) one.
And as long as drones are part of the topic, besides all of the other incredibly suspicious components of the Butler, PA event including the hogging of police and USSS assets by the concurrent Jill Biden and Kamala Harris short indoor events taking place in the area, the motorcycle cops who aided the wounded in the stands who were later punished because they were supposed to be covering the Jill Biden event, and the inconceivably incompetent lack of protection at the Butler site on the last outdoor event before Trump was nominated and would therefore receive additional security, we have the Crooks drone issue.
The anti-drone system which at the very least was meant to detect drones and very possibly also jam them didn’t work from the moment it was turned on in the AM of that day, long before Crooks showed up. The operator of the system later claimed he thought it was a “signal issue” and moved the system from the stage area if I recall correctly to see if that reduced the interference. This could have been jamming of the system by those who knew Crooks planned to fly a drone and jammed the anti-drone system to protect him from detection. It was later officially claimed that had he been detected by that system it would have been more likely he would have been caught. Magically, the system began working 42 minutes AFTER Crooks had flown his drone. To my knowledge no official details have ever been revealed about that anti-drone system issue other than that the operator had used it only a few times earlier, but that wouldn’t explain the sudden functioning of the system only after Crooks flew his drone.
The UFC plotter whose mom turned him in:

Double-edged sword, in one direction good and one direction potentially bad.
Have never bought into the madness. Waiters/waitress get tips. Not cashiers.
It has gotten out of hand and especially with restaurants and other places that add a service charge to the bill and still expect a tip.
I agree with most of this, but when I get my omelet at the counter at the Waffle House, I will tip the waitress. 😉
If businesses must pay a living wage instead of expecting tips to make up the difference, they will simply pass on additional expenses to their customers through higher pricing, no?
As my dad used to say, it’s six of one, half dozen of the other.
Whether you choose to sit at the counter or a table, they are still providing you service in that case and agree with your tip policy.
Quite different from the places that you walk in, place your order, pick up your order, and leave – yet they want a tip (imagine for example the cashiers at a fast food restaurant).
Quite tired of too many servers expecting extra for what they did not do
Probably the only one who has done this. If i get really horrid service I leave a penny, not no tip. No tip is often seen as the patron forgot, a penny is seen much differently.
Mind you I was a waitress for around 5 years so i tend to tip better then most for just decent service.
Just saw a video with Sen. Thune being interviewed by Fox’s Brett Bair. I noted how he kept his head cocked, his eyes lowered along with the voice straining when offering up answers. Reminded me of Admiral Mullen, years ago, presenting this shy like demeanor. Why?
Thune comes across to me as a deceptive snake who will bite you in the ankle faster than a Kardashian will take off her clothes! Note his thin lipped smile!
I watched it too and took away that Thune is not that smart. He is a preener.

BREAKING: DHS confirms that an alleged ringleader of the UFC/White House terror plot is a Mexican illegal alien who was granted DACA by the Obama administration. DHS says Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez overstayed a B-2 visitor visa and received DACA in 2014. The FBI assessed that Alvarez was responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the planned attack. Alvarez detailed the plot in an encrypted group chat, including the planned use of “counter sniper(s) and drones,” with the explicit intention of being “as deadly as we can get.”

Welcome to the day/weekend that all of President Trump’s enemies trash the MOU. They were never going to praise him. He could get the Iranians to pave the streets of DC with gold and they’d complain about it being just 14K.
As for me, I’m thankful for a new reset with Iran, one in which they know we can destroy them and will do so. But most of all, I’m glad it happened without another GWOT quagmire and major loss of life from our military. Selfishly, bring on the lower gas prices!
My favorite complaint from people is ‘they’ll just rearm’. Oh wow! We’d never do that now would we and while we’re not doing that we could not be improving or making better stuff to wipe them out if they start again at a faster pace. Look at both sides of the coin why don’t ya.
Has anyone noticed the recent increase in plane crashes? And all the associated fatalities?
The one in Missouri…one in Texas, see link…the big one at Edwards AFB?
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2026/06/millionaire-tech-firm-ceo-killed-after-private-jet/
And a Russian SU right after the B52
Am I the only one that views the recently signed MOU with Iran as a nothing burger??? The only thing I saw clearly defined was the giveaways to Iran. I’m 100% a Trump guy but dang… from where I’m settin’ (SE Texas) it doesn’t look good.
OK… let the floggin’ begin… Geeshhh…
Stop watching MSM.
Don’t judge too soon. There’s always more to the story with Pres. Trump. He knows what the Iranians are up to and he’s no fool. His public statements don’t always reflect what’s happening behind the scenes especially right away. He got plenty of media coverage over this MOU at the G7 and elsewhere which is something he has a great deal of experience maneuvering to his needs. When they criticize him the most he gets the media paying attention and he unleashes some amazing stuff while all eyes are on him.
Let’s wait a bit and see what really comes out with this agreement.
Who wrote this???
3 — The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran commit to negotiating and achieving the final deal in maximum 60 days, extendable with mutual consent.
So how dark do the rose colored glasses need to be to see this in a favorable light???
5 — Upon the signing of this MOU, the Islamic Republic of Iran will make arrangements using its best efforts for the safe passage of commercial vessels with no charge, for 60 days only, from the Persian Gulf to the Sea of Oman and vice versa. The traffic of commercial vessels will immediately start, and considering the need for removing the technical and military obstacles, and demining by the Islamic Republic of Iran will be instated within 30 days. The Islamic Republic of Iran will conduct dialog with the Sultanate of Oman to define the future administration and maritime services in the Strait of Hormuz in discussion with other Persian Gulf littoral states in line with the applicable international law and the sovereign rights of coastal states of the Strait of Hormuz.
6 — The United States of America undertakes with regional partners to develop a definitive, mutually agreed plan with at least USD 300 billion for the reconstruction and economic development of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The mechanism for the implementation of this plan will be finalized as part of a final deal within 60 days. All required licenses, waivers and permissions needed for the relevant financial transactions will be granted by the United States of America.
I can go line item by line item with the same question how does this benefit the U.S. or the world. Even the mission critical nuclear issue is so poorly defined as to be rendered moot.
But… what has been the point of the war up to this point? Thus far the U.S. has gained zip.
OK… maybe this MOU is simply a glorified cease fire of sorts. It means nothing as precious little is actually defined.
If only you were president…. Too bad you never got yourself on the ticket and worked to get elected. Oh, that’s right. You would have had to work to do that, not just criticize the plan to make the best of a bad situation.
I’m stunned and speechless – almost. I posted a number of critical questions that I had related to the MOU. You managed to spew mindless criticism while evading every question I posed. Excellent – I suppose.
4 – It’s an MOU – not a treaty. It sets forth conditions and actions that result from said conditions, with SOME of the details to be worked out. No surprise.
5 – Pay particular attention to the second half of your highlighted section – “in line with international law and sovereign rights.” Both countries have coastal waters. In the middle of those waters is an international waterway (which means it’s free right of passage). It amounts to “we need to determine the boundaries”. Again – to be expected.
6 – No a penny of that money is US taxpayer money. The gulf states in the region are the ones dealing with the funding and conditions at THEIR request. Don’t let the “USD” in front of the amount throw you off. It’s simply the unit of measure and does NOT mean it comes from us.
As far as your “not gained zip” – that’s a false statement.
Yes. 😉
This is not a perfect “deal”, but once again POTUS is looking at the big picture, and practical solutions.
> Opens the strait of Hormuz. (Yes, initially for 60 days)
> Sets the framework for the nuclear dust.
> The “give-away” is primarily for Iran’s frozen assets, along with possible investment from other Gulf states”
Subject to verified good behavior.
> The military will be available to bomb the $#!t out of them if the deal goes South.
The other thing to consider is the mid-terms.
The Marxist propaganda nozzle media has been so strong, that even some MAGA people are buying the nonsense.
As oil and gas prices go down, and the region calms down, this takes away a major DEM talking point.
The DUMOCRAT base will pull the D lever regardless, but if these improving conditions hold, we will have better engagement from the MAGA base, Independents, and even GOPe in November.
It is crucial that we hold the House and the Senate, because without that, the lawfare and the impeachment machine will be back in full force, and likely the Republic will be lost.
The plan is not perfect, but it’s a huge first step in improving conditions, and winning the midterms.
Keep the faith.

The lab origin of the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus was OBVIOUS to me way back in the summer of 2021 after watching Dr. Steven Quay’s technical testimony before the House Republicans Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis linked below on C-Span.
In later testimonies he calculated based upon the virus’ unusual characteristics that the odds of it being of natural origin were 1.2 BILLION to one against.
Of course, because the US had involvement in the creation of the virus, the Chinese knew there would be a massive effort in the West after it was “accidentally” released so well timed to nip in the bud both the worst revolt against the CCP since Tienanmen Square occurring in Hong Kong and the reelection of Trump to claim that it was not from the Wuhan lab, but had evolved naturally.

In The Code as Witness, which was published on June 9, Dr. Steven Quay shows how the genetic material of SARS-CoV-2 points directly to human engineering. He warns that irresponsible and unregulated gain-of-function research is accelerating, and that future pandemics may be far deadlier than COVID-19. The book also lays out policy recommendations that could prevent such outbreaks while still allowing important research to continue.
Join Hudson as David Asher sits down with Dr. Quay for a fireside chat. Asher will bring his national security, intelligence, and investigative experience to one of the most consequential questions of our time: how the pandemic began, what the genetic evidence shows, and how the United States can prevent the next biological catastrophe.
Now, back to important things. ALGAE in Reflecting Pool. Yet Another…”Orange Man Baaaad” for our MSM.
Every Summer when it gets hot, Algae forms in shallow, standing water. Who Knew?
So, why wasn’t algae in the pool when the movie Forest Gump was filmed? Because it was Spring.
need to add some frogs and fish. Wouldn’t a wonderful night of frog singing make the pool so much more enjoyable.
From what I have read….this was expected as part of the normal compketion and clean up of the renovated process.
Fresh water was put in, but then the lines were cleaned and flushed of algae. A separate company was hired to come in for final cleaning process. The new nanobubbler system was installed, the water treated to kill algae from the flushed lines, and sweep process is being done to vacuum out the dead algae. The planned clean up is supposed to be completed by July 4th.

Excerpt:
An Interior Department spokesperson said that the current algae is “residual” from supply lines that sat dormant for eight weeks during construction. The residue is part of the normal startup process, the spokesperson said.
As part of the project, NPS also invested in a new nanobubbler filtration system, while a dedicated crew will also maintain the grounds from wildlife.

I read somewhere that a guy was caught on camera dumping buckets of toxic algae into the pool at 3 am.
They already have a solve for the algae issue. Aeration with micro bubbles. No chemicals, and it’s fairly cheap.
And how do you keep algae out of your swimming pool? Yeah, same idea. You treat the water with chemicals like colloidal silver. (Much more effective than chlorine, and it doesn’t smell.)
After years of losing 45,000 gallons of water every day, it’s going to take time to stabilize. It’s a very big pool. But we have proven technology.
Did you miss the part where they arrested someone who drove a truck from Georgia loaded with algae and dumped it into the pool system?
Well I just saw the details of the Iran deal and I’m not impressed. More negotiations means more time for them to recover and resupply their weapons. And we are allowing them money to do it. The war is far from over.
No money released except with verified good behavior. Mostly Iranian seized funds.
Military is on standby if needed.
Think “midterms” Oil and gas prices, etc.
Plenty of time to pound them if the deal goes south.
