Hoping our dear Stillwater is doing all right – very chagrined to see that his prayers for Friday were not up when I went to post my rosary prayer for Saturday – while Stillwater contributes many prayers as well as wonderful Scripture, and more recently a devotional, I thought perhaps the moderators – perhaps Ad rem or Menagerie – were the ones who set up the new prayer page threads – hopefully all is well with Stillwater!

I am just putting this here in the meanwhile – for Sunday’s prayers (May 31st) – kind of long, I hope you will not get annoyed and will just “scroll on by” – hopefully back to normal soon! – suejeanne

Thank you, Stillwater, for the Scripture that you include with the prayers for each day, especially for Scripture and prayers for President Trump, Melania and Barron and all of the Trump Family and the people around them . . . Grandma Covfefe, Hallelujah . . . praying and praising! “Godspeed, Mr. President” (quoting Judge Merchan on January 10, 2025) and “Godspeed to our First Lady as well, Mrs. Trump . . . the lovely Melania!”

Getting ready to pray the Complete Rosary (all 20 mysteries/decades) this morning for the following:

Praying for all the people involved in resolving the issue of the chemical tank at GKN Aerospace in Garden Grove. Please lead and guide the firefighters, engineers, chemists and technicians involved in neutralizing the potential danger. Please watch over all the dear people who had to be evacuated. Please bring in people to help the firefighters resolve this. Certainly this plant provides jobs to people in the area but if it is being run in a dangerous or less than careful manner, please deliver the people of Garden Grove and everywhere that may be affected and have this shut down permanently. The chemical tank has sufficiently now cooled down and determined to not be an imminent danger to the surrounding community so the evacuation orders have been pulled back so that people may return to their homes; still praying for a true resolution so that this does not pose a danger again. Who did this work for Boeing before GKN Aerospace and will there be a proper investigation of the maintenance of the chemical tank; it didn’t just spontaneously of its own “have a problem” – was there a change in the monitoring and maintenance? I worry about this endangering people in Garden Grove and as a potentially wider hazard to more people in my beautiful California! Saying Hallelujah in advance!

Praying for the members of the Nassau County law enforcement community, please keep them and their families safe and well as they endeavor to protect the people in their county. The County Executive of Nassau County, Bruce Blakeman, spoke at the press conference held regarding two murders that are being investigated; a suspect has been arrested. Mr. Blakeman was so well-spoken, we thought he should run for governor but also thought he was so forthright, he needed lots of prayer! We looked for more news and found that Mr. Blakeman is actually running for Governor of New York State, with Todd Hood as Lt. Governor. Please watch over them, dear God, and surround them and their loved ones and the people that work with them and for them.

Praying for the people of Ireland and Hungary . . . of course, praying for so many people everywhere but Ireland and Hungary are especially on my heart tonight, if I alone as one person, could commend all the dear people into Your hands dear Lord, to fill their towns and cities with the Holy Spirit, to guide and help all the people.

Please dear Heavenly Father, put a hedge of Your angels around Nathan Hochman, the District Attorney for Los Angeles, who was elected in 2024. Please sustain him and all of his associates working with him, watch over all of them and their families, keep them safe and well and strong to do the massive job they have undertaken to do. Please dear God help to keep DA Nathan Hochman and his team strong and supported openly and loudly by the people of Los Angeles who voted for Mr. Hochman. Help them mightily!

Saying Hallelujah in advance for all blessings for them in their work and for watching over them and their families, pour blessings upon them. Dear Heavenly Father, I claim the Scripture from Isaiah Chapter 58, verses 6-11 for DA Nathan Hochman, his family and his team and all of their families, working to make Los Angeles a safe place, through the law. Please help them to receive all the strength they need and that the people of Los Angeles will show their support.

On Saturday morning (December 21, 2024) we learned the news of residential buildings being hit in the city of Kazan in Russia by drones “from Ukraine” timed to coincide with the times that the attacks were made in the United States on September 11, 2001. Please, Blessed Mother, Padre Pio and St. Michael: surround and protect the people targeted by those conducting those attacks.

Please watch over Glenn Greenwald, keep him and his loved ones safe and well as he courageously pursues the truth of matters.

Please watch over and keep safe Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. in the course of surgery on his rotator cuff, if I understood that correctly that he is having that done and watch over his wife, children and other loved ones. Help him to have a good, strong recovery, like new! Hopefully he will give himself time to recuperate properly and will not put undue stress on the affected areas!

Please watch over Marine Le Pen who has been judged a felon, an embezzler, by the court in France. Please give her strength and calm and serenity and even more courage than she already has, to walk through this. Adding to the list, Rudy Giuliani, who I should have put on this list a long time ago but am always including him mentally in prayers! He needs so much help, right now, Blessed Mother . . . please help him to take a breath and sit back before he gets really sick, please help him to get through this time and come out better and stronger and actually feeling quite good. Please surround him with Your Guardian Angels, dear Heavenly Father, make a hedge around him, please defeat every snare.

Bevelyn Beatty Williams who has been sentenced to prison for 41 months for praying in front of an abortion clinic. Please continue to bless and surround Mrs. Williams with Your Guardian Angels, and all of her family, her husband and little daughter and all of her loved ones. Please lift her up and restore her, thank You for not letting her be crushed and destroyed, surely she is after your own heart, Mary . . . please help all of the people around her to be saved. Giving thanks that Mrs. Williams has now been released from prison; she was among 23 pro-life Americans pardoned by President Trump yesterday. Hallelujah!

Robert Roberson who is currently in Huntsville prison in Texas, please move the hearts of people to stop the planned execution of Mr. Roberson for a crime he did not commit. Please surround him with Your Guardian Angels, dear Heavenly Father. Praying for the Governor of Texas to do what is right and stop this travesty. I have included a link from the Innocence Project which goes into detail about Mr. Roberson’s case. Again, an innocent person being put in prison and in this case, set to be executed.

Whatever is the hold-up, please reveal that and bring it out into the open. Please light the path for President Trump to issue a federal pardon due to involvement in her prosecution by the federal government under Biden. Please also watch over Ed Martin and bring sunlight to everything happening in the Justice Department. Asking for a miracle! Asking Padre Pio to help Tina in every way possible. Please surround her and protect her, make a heavenly hedge around her and all the good people holding her up in prayer. I have seen now on Truth Social that Colorado Governor Jared Polis has now commuted the sentence of Tina Peters; she will be released on June 1 . . . please continue to watch over her, dear Guardian Angels and keep her strong to endure. Praying especially that Colorado Governor Jared Polis will endeavor to restore Tina Peters to a normal life after an inordinately severe plan to punish her; I believe Governor Polis has displayed some unusual courage in the first place in commuting her sentence and is righteously disgusted with politicians who are angry at him for commuting her sentence.

Please dear Heavenly Father, help Ed Martin, in his path, protect him and guide him with his Guardian Angel to make a hedge around him, whatever it is that is happening.

Mr. Weisselberg was released from Riker’s Island on July 19, 2024, after serving 100 days (he was sentenced to five months which would have meant until September 10, 2024). News that I read yesterday said that Father Custodio and two other people in the case were acquitted. Please continue to surround and protect Father Custodio.

Learned about this through sync and cheeringforamerica on the Presidential Thread; plus hopefully more can become aware through Stillwater’s prayer threads: Isael Rivera, 31, and Ruth Encarnacion, 30, were accused of abducting their five children, all of whom were being homeschooled. The father refused a Vitamin K shot for his son at birth. Doctor reported the family to DCF. Parents fled from Massachusetts to Texas with their children. Parents held on 2.5 million dollars for bail in Texas and extradited to Massachusetts. Massachusetts seized all 5 children from the family. Please, dear Blessed Mother, St. Michael and Padre Pio and Guardian Angels, protect these two precious parents and watch over their five little ones! Deliver them all into safety and together as a family!

Praying for Jair Bolsonaro, the former President of Brazil, keep him and all his loved ones and supporters safe and well. Please bless them abundantly and the nation of Brazil, too, to give the people strength and profound faith in this dark time for them. Amazing that the people of Brazil have been participating in a “Jubilee of Hope” and a gigantic statue of Mary – Our Lady of Fatima – has been created and is now on display in Rio De Janeiro. They say it is about as tall as an 18-story building taller than Brazil’s Christ the Redeemer statue. Thank you for helping the people of Brazil.

Praying for people discovering, re-discovering Our Lady of Guadalupe, who is the Patroness of the United States, Mexico, all the Americas and the unborn.

Please watch over Peter Antico who was on Adam Carolla’s podcast (with fellow guest, actor Kent McCord, most well known for his role on “Adam-12”). Mr. Antico’s part of the discussion was mainly about SAG and AFTRA union health care plans and pension fund – please help Mr. Antico in his part to bring about a cogent and honest resolution of the issues involved. I saw what looked to me like a rosary necklace which he was wearing and so am asking You Blessed Mother to help him in all of his prayers.

Praying for all of these precious people, dear Heavenly Father, that You will pour out blessings upon them, that they will see that their hope is affirmed. Please lift them up and restore them, do not let them be crushed and destroyed but help them to prevail and prosper. Surround them with Your beautiful Guardian Angels, to defeat every snare placed against them and their loved ones. Thank You, Jesus.

One of the promises for praying the rosary is that Mary will crush the head of the serpent. That gentle lady will crush the head of the serpent.

Day 132 of the 2nd year of the 2nd term of this very stable genius.  History is being made in the kingdoms of this world  in the year of our Lord 2026.

The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent:  He is for the benefit  first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world.   It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.

The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.

President Trump is transparent in his words and actions.  He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others.  His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He continues to make  massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass.  This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness.  No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump

He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.  He does not show humility before men, but his actions show humility before God.  

He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.

He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.

He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country.  He’s not going to allow that anymore.  He is not afraid to call out our enemies.

He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse,  and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.

He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power.   He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.

He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours.  He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.

He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.

The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation. 

Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles.  They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people.  President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.

These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum.  Lord please bring your power and might in the daily working of this sacred Nation you gave us.

I wholeheartedly agree. Be glad and thankful for every positive step we make towards saving this country no matter how small it seems. The fight will never be over but it can be eased a bit if we keep up and pay attention.

You might need quite a few possums depending on where you live. A day of hunting in the fall I usually pick 50-75 ticks off my dog. I have missed some twice and my dog got Lymes, Anaplasmosis, and ehrlichiosis twice.. I have him on flea and tick medicine. The Vet said in can overcome one bite, but not a lot of bites. It is treated easily with doxycycline in the early stages. The diagnosis and treatment is going to cost you well over a hundred bucks. Our area is definitely in the high area.

We see possums every night, and they cause no harm at all. They can pretty-please eat all the ticks they want!

Whatever…great until the possum starts burrowing a hole into your house and living rent free tearing up the downstairs…

I have a friend who’s dad was a machinist for the aerospace industry back in the 60’s, 70’s and early 80’s. I can’t remember the exact number but many of the parts they machined did not meet the strict tolerances. Maybe one out of seven or ten met tolerances. I remember I was shocked by the number because my dad was a machinist in the paper mill industry and almost all parts were within tolerances.

I get it, Harry, but I’m not buying it! I’ve heard the “this is precision work” argument from my sub-contractors many times over many years, usually when they weren’t delivering what they’d promised on time.

Trump was facing the whole bureaucratic process in New York when he repaired and opened the Central Park ice skating rink in months…something the politicians had spent years and buckets of money NOT doing!

That’s one of the reasons I love the guy…he sets an example for people to stop explaining why things can’t be done and actually getting them done!
