What happens if in one moment of time the world all at once fully understands the Bible?
Immediately, people would divide completely. Those who seek God those who deny truth, possibly not God. Atheists would see and maybe embrace. But those who have read and built walls to insulate from it would find nowhere to hide.
I would say something like what happened when the angels were cast out, would take place here. I know most religions would be exposed and people would find no use for them.
We ask to be enlightened but that is our only hope of salvation, ignorance of knowledge. Once all is revealed there is nothing left but a decision, and where you have loved that will be your eternal destiny.

My Phone and iPad continually “upgrade” the programs, like Walmart. Now, I have trouble maneuvering through them. I don’t want that change and I find it opposite of intended. We bought a tv “I hate tv’s” so my wife can watch thunder and weather, it’s not used anymore. I can’t even program it, too many “upgrades” and I really don’t like the things anymore. I hear they see me on or off? It’s in a cabinet so they must hear us and try to piece together what’s what. My point is I don’t trust the powers at be to be humane, honest, trustworthy, truthful, moral, and they steer us so casually. I fought so hard to keep my flip phone because all that extra was a drain on my time, now I’ve accommodated “it”. Mind you it’s extremely useful to fix things. The tutorials, the parts ordering, the flashlight, camera. But, the “upgrades” like a boss who wants to randomly make rules that are pointless except to justify his position, but not.
My point in this is, people who have power over us seem to take advantage of it more and more and we are lulled into a stupor of acceptance, “it’s an upgrade”. King Solomon “nothing new under the sun.”
There is a reason history repeats, and is erased by its makers. Like a kid hiding his accidents people in power, even just a little power, justify their mistakes instead of taking responsibility and everyone learning from it. The more power the bigger the ego.
When you credit God for success your ego is left out, and when you claim your mistakes you can examine and learn. Not continue on. But, at any point you believe your “good” you missed it. “Jesus said “there is only one who is good.” It’s not our fault unless we ignore that.
