Bari Weiss assigned the “60 Minutes” interview of Netanyahu to Major Garrett, even though Leslie Stahl had been trying to get it for months, and had seniority over Garrett.

The VA Dems didn’t proofread again. In their application to the VA Supreme Court, they misspelled “Virginia.” (yes, really).
Now they have appealed to SCOTUS, but used the same document template as with the VASC, with some changes, but not enough. They forgot to change the court.
It says “On Emergency Application to the Supreme Court of Virginia.”

As a 40-year litigator, I learned that nothing beats an old-fashioned, line-by-line proofread of a paper print-out. Can’t remember how many times I saw “trail” instead of “trial.”
They are counting on the clerks to be as stupid or more so than they are. They are probably right.
