From 2022 to 2024, JoeBama’s Auto-Pen was used to send augmenting Forces to NATO, which brought the numbers up to the starting point … for President Trump’s current round of withdrawals.
Those additional forces including additional Army Brigade Combat Teams, Combat Support assets for those Brigades as well as Service Support assets. There was also additional US Army Aviation assets deployed. These are the assets that rotate with a comparable unit in the US. (Rotating Brigades and Units is one of the most expensive methods for augmenting a forward deployment.)
Then there are additional Navy Combat Ships and associated underway support assets as well as the “rent” charged by EU Naval Bases to support those assets.
Add to that augmenting USAF Air Wings … and you have an greatly expanded US Military Foot Print while the EU NEVER MOBILIZED a single NEW Unit of any type to counter their Russian Boogieman. In fact EU Military end strength DECREASED … while they gave their excess equipment to the Ukraine and “NATO” volunteers. The only forces deployed forward by the EU into Romania, the Baltic States and Hungary were Units they formed by cannibalizing their existing Forces, into forward deployed detachments.

I spent two tours in Germany, once in the ‘70s and again in the ‘80s.
Each time I could feel the resentment, especially from the younger ones.
The older folks were friendlier but spoke less English.
I can only imagine what living over there must he like, nowadays.
I would be overjoyed if the President pulled our people out of Germany.
My tour is South Korea was similar. The young folk wanted us gone. Given it was a hardship tour in a third world country, I completely agreed with them that our troops should have been stateside.

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.

The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He continues to make massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common. He does not show humility before men, but his actions show humility before God.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore. He is not afraid to call out our enemies.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum. Lord please bring your power and might in the daily working of this sacred Nation you gave us.

It’s just not possible because we need some of the moderate blues to come to our team and get rid of the increasingly far left democrats who have the power to cheat elections and are overwhelmingly able to block any opposition because there aren’t enough opposition voters to overwhelm the cheat and th party bosses in charge. So we have two choices here really. Continue to work against the blue wave with little chance of success(which I and others continue to do) but at least bringing the bad policies to the light or leave the state.
Voting is still barely the only recourse we the people have besides full out political revolution and consumer power revolt and there are not enough patriots for that yet to change anything here. If the blue voters continue to place these criminal liars in office, yes, they get what they voted for.
I’ve been a registered independent for years and I vote conservative, MAGA red every chance I get and have even before we were known as MAGA. I pay attention and help election monitoring for the republicans when I am able to. I cannot leave this blue political pit anytime soon unfortunately. Therefore, I am at the mercy of those who vote blue and they bring down whatever the democrats want upon all of our heads here. Hence, you get what you voted for in their case and they outnumber red voters in my state.

McDonald’s doesn’t even want you inside anymore, they want you to use the drive through and this is part of it. Around my area they tore out all the child play areas, put in kiosks to order, and have no one cleaning the dining area. That is hardly an invite to dine there.
Same at Popeye’s Fried Chicken, Steak ‘n Shake, and McDonald’s here in central Florida… No one to take your order, No one to clean up the place, prices higher than ever, yet they complain about lack of business…
Burger King and Taco Bell too. Here in Florida, anyway.
Think about those owners and managers dealing with the HS kids that are as unreliable as imaginable and minimum wage (what you really have to pay) that prices the potential employees way beyond their usefulness.
Lifestyle restaurants are living the same nightmare.
Our Burger King closed up because no one consistently kept showing up for work. Hard to run a business that way. I asked the one reliable employee they had and she said her and the manager where the only two that always showed up to work their scheduled shift.
The high prices and crappy food did it for me.
Here in SW Utah we have a fast food chain called “Culver’s”. Great service with a smile, food quite good, very clean, and prices reasonable. They have us spoiled so I very rarely go elsewhere if I need a quick bite in town.
And you can get broccoli. Our fats food is Culver’s, Chipotle or something of that ilk. The traditional joints are garbage to me.

Culver’s based in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin is good but not really fast food. Everything is made to order and you wait. Not real long but also not throwing half cold food under a warming light in a bag and you go.
I haven’t wanted me inside McDonalds either… in well over 45 almost 50 years –
I was cured of all fast food patronage permanently in the 1970s because it was just so awful/offal;
now, I know far too much about the food supply to even inhale as I drive past them in my car because the smell – even the thought of the smell – is literally repulsive & turns my stomach.
My first real job was in 1971 at a mom-&-pop burger drive-in (within sight & walking distance from home) that was only call-in, drive-up & walk-up ordering… it was excellent training and we did have real & fresh food, except the hot dogs were questionable imo… as hot dogs usually are & have always been… never a sure thing.
Tom, the owner, was a good boss and suffered no fools – gladly or otherwise – about the cleanliness & customer service standards at his very humble establishment; he did the worst jobs for us – never asked us to do something he wouldn’t do himself.
(an aside: he was very fond of saying “Just ’cause it’s wrote down in a book don’t make it so!” which has turned out to be an excellent nugget of wisdom in all circumstances throughout life)
Anyway, after a handful of years in that rigorous food service training experience I simply have always noticed the details of restaurants and can’t abide the ones I can afford!
The only reality TV shows I ever enjoyed or even watched more than a snippet of are three of Chef Ramsey’s – I loved Kitchen Nightmares and especially his Gordon Behind Bars Bad Boys Bakery – teaching incarcerated men to establish & run a profitable commercial bakery; oddly, IMDB doesn’t list it among his many years of projects.
(His own brother was a drug addict & spent time in prison. Gordon knows he’s addicted to perfection – his addiction is richly rewarded, his brother’s is vilified; both addictions come from the same parenting trauma; early traumatic experiences.)

Good Food Really Matters a Lot.
It reminds me of ‘Irradiated meat’ which was suppose to make meat last longer but not change the taste or texture. No one would buy it. I did once because they put it on sale just to get it sold and I thought what the heck try it.. I was weird and I never bought it again. So much for it didn’t change the taste or texture.
If there are rules made then rules should be followed. A loyal employee doing his job to help the company out. Actually, maybe immigration should hire this guy to enforce the laws as written and on the books regarding illegals.
I hadn’t been to McDonalds in years. But the other day I stopeed in and was shocked by the “new” McDonalds. No windows open, only 1 person at counter who relies on little pictures of food and does not know how to make change. These days you have to go to kiosk and input your order and pay with credit card or use Paypal on your phone. You stand around until someone plops a bag on the counter to pick up. No more little packs of ketchup or napkins or straws. You get one pack if you ask for it. The store was very dirty and the floor had not been mopped in days. Needless to say, no more McDonalds in my future. 🙄

Judge apologizes to Trump WHCD alleged shooter after he complained about mediocre jail conditions
A liberal federal judge in DC has sparked outrage after apologizing to Donald Trump‘s alleged would-be assassin for restrictions placed on him behind bars.
Cole Tomas Allen, 31, has been held in a 24-hour lockup ever since he was placed in federal custody, after prosecutors say he attempted to gain access to the WH Correspondents’ Association dinner to kill the President.
Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui slammed attorneys during a Monday afternoon court hearing over the conditions of Allen’s imprisonment. Allen was placed on suicide watch when he was first jailed.
‘At a minimum, I should be apologizing to him. We are obligated to make sure he’s taken care of. Mr. Allen, I’m sorry that things have not been the way they are supposed to,’ the judge said.
Faruqui went on to compare Allen’s imprisonment to those arrested for rioting at the Capitol on Jan 62021.

I suggest that we are seeing the Iran conflict play out in real time. Centcom says it sunk six mosquito boats that were firing on ships in the Hormuz Straights. Iran claims it’s missles hit a US warship. The effective opening of the straights is the determination of who wins. If ships can transit securely Iran is finished. If not, the US would have to take other measures such as taking out infrastructure or actual convoy of ships which significantly raises risk factors. I think we shall soon see.
Yes, very true. Trump had a 3-hour phone call with Putin last week, where Putin warned of the concsequences for all parties if this war escaltes. The conversation offered hope as Turmp and Putin found points they could agree on. So we may see things play out as a battle for the Hormuz Straights.
On even public satellite photos, we easily see large bays where these boats are being moored. The first thing I would do is to drop some aerial fragmentation weapons just above them. The shrapnel would sink lots of motorboats at once – and, too bad for anyone who was aboard. Also, the munitions must be stored nearby.

My understanding is that the precedent is that, just as the President may only make treaties when the Senate “concurs,” but he also must obtain consent to withdraw from them. Treaties are made by the combined authority of the President and Congress.
Actually, this question has never been completely resolved. The last time the SCOTUS addressed this was in 1979, after Jimmy Carter terminated the Mutual Defense treaty we had with Taiwan. Barry Goldwater and others in Congress sued Carter, under the theory that he could not terminate a treaty without Senate approval.
When it reached SCOTUS, they ruled 6-3 to dismiss Goldwater’s case, with five justices, led by William Rehnquist, finding that the question was a nonjusticiable political question, over which the Court had no jurisdiction. Justice Powell concurred in the result but found that the case was not yet ripe for judicial review. Three justices dissented and were willing to hear the case.
So the fact is, there is no precedent, and this remains an open question.
