Lord of mercy guide those who tend their afflictions. We accept Your works through those You guide and love powerfully, completely and unconditionally. Our first, last and final healing is always found in You. We come to You today with our prayers for Joe and Jim, and we know You hear our prayers just as You understand our faith. We ask for Your embrace of Joe and Jim Hoft and those they love.
God that holds the stars, we ask for Your healing and grace to cover them; every affliction; every wound; every trepidation and consequence. Very, VERY sorry to hear of this — the Hoft boys are both good men and serve an incredibly valuable purpose and assist in getting through the day to many of their fellow Americans — my Wife and I and many of our two families are included in this observation.

I mean no disrespect to anyone , but am having a difficult and some hard cold anger believing this is coincidence. Or maybe I am reliving, once again the shock of my Mother’s brain stem stroke. She lived 10 years after that at home with no small effort from those who cared for her.
That three of the best fighter’s for FACT over FICTION all face this at the same time – certainly raises my spidey hairs though. Yep. But then I have to remind myself a stroke is not the end of life for anyone. The same for someone critically ill.
My heart is full of prayer for these mighty men that they become whole again.
