No, it is not a silly argument. It’s conclusion is not the amount of information available, that is only a premise.
This is the argument:
A) Trump has much more information than us.
B) I trust Trump to MAGA
Therefore Trump’s decisions will more likely lead to accomplishing our goal, and we must support him in any way possible.
A similar argument could made for Obama:
A) Obama has much more information than us.
B) I trust Obama to do everything he can to bring America down.
Therefore, we must resist Obama in every effective way possible.
Trump in private life was the CEO of a real estate enterprise. He knows how to make staffing decisions. And he was noticeably better at it this time around.
It takes a TEAM to do real estate acquisitions and management. You prosper or perish by your hiring choices. It also takes a TEAM to be President.

To sane people there is no alternate.
Venezuela, Iran , and Alberta. All three of these locations are oil suppliers the Chinese relied on heavily and were using their muscle and financial influence to get discount prices for oil.
Trump takes out Maduro and Venezuelan oil will be in our control. Iran’s fall is inevitable and removes another source of cheap oil for China. Recently, China has been pouring money and energy advisers into Alberta to gain a larger foothold and greater control of the oil there, but Alberta is voting on a referendum this October which may lead to their eventual separation from Canada.
There are a good many of you here at the Treehouse who are far more knowledeable and learned than me on the geopolitical issues, but it looks to me as if Trump is doing two things here. First, he is positioning America to be the main conduit that will control the flow of worldwide oil supplies. Second, he is cutting China at the knees economically, taking away their easy and cheap access to oil and putting them at the mercy of the world oil markets they will no longer have any control or sway over.
This is what the leader of a superpower nation does. Thinks two or three steps ahead of his domestic and international opponents. This is exactly what MAGA is all about.

Canada has no way to get oil from Alberta to the Port of Vancouver because the environmentalists in Canada blocked the oil pipeline. Unless China can order Carney to overrule the Canadian Courts they have no way of getting the oil.

Or maybe consider the alternative; that he has made more progress against an enemy that has accumulated an unimaginable amount of power over centuries, than anyone else, since the founding fathers; that he knows all of this, that there are very few people in positions of government, banking, and the corporate world who are truly MAGA, and that the most effective and primary tactic at his disposal in this strategic environment is to use the users?

We are way past the step of identifying problems, it’s time for solutions. Wouldn’t a better response focus on ways to overcome this huge hurdle of RINO’s, Dems, and fraud? Attempt to boost morale and warfighting capabilities, rather than working to break it down with the negativity, doom, and gloom that implies we have already lost, so much better to whine and lament our ‘woe is me’ situation; to surrender than fight until the end?

my intent is not ever to be negative, but be realistic on where things sit (as you point out). I’m ok with folks not wanting to hear it, that doesn’t stifle my opinion. I also respect the fact that some see things better positioned than I do.
The GOP has shown me enough since 2016 to know how truly evil and horrid they are. Others might not be there yet or may never be there. That’s ok. This site is less of an echo-chamber than most sites on the right.
We agree on the reality, my only point is that the time for fixing elections is short, that we are the underdogs, that in any battle morale is usually the largest factor in determining outcome, so wouldn’t it be more effectual to highlight solutions and positive events at this time.
There have recently been several victories in the battle to mitigate Team Slavery’s control of the electoral system. You build morale and forward momentum by a simple formula, regardless of whether its a football team or an army:
Identify the problems and the strategic battlespace.
Look for solutions and tactics to improve your relative position within the battlespace.
Realistically evaluate your progress.
Highlight the positive while continuing to looking for solutions to the negative.
While it is good to highlight the primary problem of electoral corruption, why not add that while we still have a long way to go, genuine progress has been made in fighting this scourge, like the win today in Louisiana v. Callais.

To deny that we have any agency–no matter how small its effect–in the outcome of our current situation is a self defeating proposition and not true; it only shows the effectiveness of the enemies propaganda narrative and lends further proof to my point of demoralization. In other words, your comment proves my point, you have already given up.
If not, then please explain to me how being the guy sitting on the sidelines, harping on how it will never work so give up now, has ever helped overcome a difficult problem; rather than the guy who has already recognized the causes and chooses to focus on finding ways to solve the problem is the only one who has any chance to help reach the goal.

A national debt said to be quickly headed for $40 TRILLION, when you see how much has been squandered on these pet projects of the perverts across the world it’s maddening.
I see on social media complaints about this debt, of course blaming it on President Trump, as if the interest on this debt is not already itself increasing it. And they didn’t seem to mind during the President-in-Stolen-Office regime.
I look for three possible directions:
*America files national bankruptcy
*President Trump finds some way to drastically reduce the debt (to certain countries for certain things, etc.) or the interest – and I tend to believe he has a plan, especially as to the interest.
*We discover that a large portion of this “debt” is to groups which don’t really hold the debt, such as these NGOs, and it’s just cut

There probably was fraud, but since the VA Supreme Court heard oral argument on Monday on whether the Dems followed the procedure laid out in the state constitution, a prompt ruling from the court voiding the new map would be a quick way to avoid the Dem gerrymandering for the fall election.

…the only treatments known for the patients who were presenting in this type of life threatening respiratory distress…was intubation and certain ventilator settings meant to alleviate the respiratory symptoms (and improve oxygenation) of ARDS which is what the very sick were presenting with. People do survive ARDS…but its tough. ARDS is also a related result of “sepsis” or severe infection.
Those patients did not respond as they should have. Let me repeat…the patients did not respond as they should have.

Of all the patients I cared for, as I recall…one…just one…a skinny little black fellow, 76 years old, pulled thru…
Side note on PEA type of cardiac arrest…often, it is related to a blood clot in the lungs. And is very hard to ‘get the patient back’…even at the university hospitals, the death toll was high…where they had access to other types of treatments…
Nothing triggers me more than this episode in America…it haunts me.
My husband retired as a firefighter/emt just 2 months before C0v1d arrived…. he said from the very beginning that the high pressure vents were the worst thing for patients in respiratory distress because the problem was that their lungs couldn’t adequately process the high O2. He said it was more like carbon monoxide poisoning and what they probably needed was hyperbaric treatment. Later, he was proven to be absolutely correct! Showing yet again, every day First Responders often know more than many doctors who never deal with emergency situations on the ground but instead routinely follow the protocols handed down to them from on high without question!

I believe you are referring to Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, who had investigated and championed hydroxychloriquine and later ivermectin. Dr. Zelenko and Dr. Paul Marik both had effective preventive and curative protocols at the outset off the pandemic.
Pfizer, other Pharma, Fauci, and the MSM deserve immediate introduction to hell.
Dr. Zelenko was on Steve Bannon’s WarRoom regularly the first few months of 2020 describing his 100% effective treatment of Covid, even in otherwise vulnerable populations, with pre-existing medications and Vitamins D, C, and Zinc. He was a strong proponent of Hydrochloroquine and Ivermectin; I listened regularly and was therefore unsurprised when President Trump mentioned the very same.
I was however surprised that immediately following the president’s recommendations the names of these drugs were edited from every media outlet, interview, article, and doctors medical authority to prescribe them became limited.
Dr. Zelenko eventually lost his battle with cancer, but not with Covid. Before he died he saved many.
Dr. Zelenko was suffering from cancer before the Covid hysteria began, and he treated cancer patients, but the powers that be did not want the medical community to replicate his success.

Another of the many pieces of evidence to look at is the fact that the first good data set on Covid–developed from the Princess cruise lines and released in mid March 2020–unequivocally showed that the proper response would have been to isolate the elderly, and do everything possible to let the bug run through the rest of the population as quickly as possible to build herd immunity.
The way I see it, if a nobody individual like me could ascertain this fact on the day of its release, then surely anyone in authority and/or their advisors would be all over it, but what actually happened?
At least five Democratic governors allowed or forced covid positive patients into nursing homes, thereby increasing the death toll significantly. While I am always open to an argument of incompetence, the only conclusion that I could come to due to the timing, is that it was purposefully done in order to drive the fear that would allow the implementation of mail-in ballots and drop off boxes that would in turn allow the successful theft of the election and removal of the duly elected President.

Surprising but good outcome from the Democrat controlled Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Voting machine output (tabulators) voting records can now be made public. It was a unanimous decision. I don’t think the Democrats on the court realize how corrupt their party has become. This is a huge win for transparency. Now we can see which tabulators did what and when to isolate “spikes” in vote counts, and ultimately this can lead to ballot inspections when tabulators produce wildly inconsistent output. In other words, we can see where the fake mail in ballots are used to throw an election and this is the first step in making that happen in Pennsylvania.

There is an aspect in the Callais decision that will make it almost impossible for a state to have a racially gerrymandered district. It required a “strict scrutiny” analysis of any such state action.
The importance of the strict scrutiny standard, which is applied to claims of racial or religious discrimination, is that it shifts the burden of proof.
Burdens of proof determine what presumptions are made, such as the presumption of innocence in a criminal case. The presumption puts the burden of proof on the prosecutor. A smart defense lawyer can sometimes win a case just by attacking the prosecution evidence, while introducing none of his own.
In other kinds of discrimination lawsuits besides race or religion, the plaintiff has the burden of proof showing that the law is discriminatory. If a 19-year-old wanted to challenge a drinking age, he would be faced with a legal presumption that the distinction between ages groups was proper. If a non-resident wanted resident tuition at a state university, she’d have to show that such a distinction was improper.
But when you get to strict scrutiny, the presumption switches, and the law is presumed to be discriminatory, and the state has to prove otherwise This is a very high, almost impossible standard to meet. The state just show that there is a “compelling state interest” (very serious government goal)in sorting out people by race or religion.
That’s why Kagan complained that while the majority hadn’t struck down the provision of the VRA in question, but the majority had made it so difficult to prove at case that the racially-defined district was valid that the majority might as well have .
A very clever move by Alito. .He may have taken this narrowing approach to get to six votes. Just striking down this section might have lost him Roberts…or more.

‘Quality Learing Center,’ 20 other Minnesota daycares raided by FBI as part of massive fraud investigation
MINNEAPOLIS — The FBI raided the infamous ‘Quality Learing Center’ and more than 20 other businesses across Minnesota on Tuesday as part of a massive investigation into multi-billion dollar social services fraud.
The raids were focused on prominent businesses tied to the Somali-American community, sources told The Post.
Agents used a battering ram to enter at least one of the alleged day cares, Metro Learning Center, according to KTSP.
The targets included the Quality Learning Center — a Minneapolis day care that misspelled the word “Learning” in its signage and collected a staggering 95 violations from the state human services agency between 2019 and 2023, according to St. Paul’s ABC affiliate.
Minnesota Rep. Kristin Robbins, chair of the House Fraud Committee, called the raids “fantastic,” and said she hoped they would lead to accountability the state has been lacking “for years.”
She said she is confident that the 22 businesses being raided represent only the tip of the iceberg.
