One of the main assignments of a chief of staff is to get the Presidents agenda through congress. Wiles hasn’t done anything significant since big beautiful bill. Trump needs someone who can break the Senate log jam. He needs real reform of the Secret Service.

Yes the SES level of management was heavily corrupted and is protected by Federal Employee Acts …. the real damage is the 1,000’s of EMPLOYEES those SES level Executives HIRE into those Executive Branch Agencies. They hire the levels of management below them … all the way down to the floor sweepers.
The most powerful entity in any US Government Agency is the Personnel Management Office, that does the hiring, firing, promoting, assigning, training, assessing, etc.
To add some context … the US Government’s Executive Branch has 1.5-2 Million or more NON-Military Employees (that we officially know about).
Counting US Military … that number is over 4 MILLION. I would include Military Officers (especially Grade O-6 and above) as Potentially Corrupt SES type employees.
SES is designed, way back in the Carter days, so that Presidents can’t control the executives below the appointees.
There are strict limits to the numbers that a President can appoint. And all others, hiring goes through OPM as guided by the relevant agency. Fauci was SES.
This puts control of government in the hands of the equivalent of a hidden Tammany Hall.
The law also makes it hard to remove them. Such a mass firing if done by Trump would create a ruckus and an impeachment for violating the law.
Trump has issued EO’s to reclassify many as being political and thus to be fireable and appointable. I am not sure where that stands now. I Think he reinstated it after Biden stripped it. Schedule F classification.

DOJ Charges Former Fauci Adviser David Morens in COVID Origins Probe
From the Press release below: “According to the indictment, Morens, Co-Conspirator 1, Co-Conspirator 2, and others conspired during the COVID-19 pandemic to defraud and commit several offenses against the United States after NIH terminated Co-Conspirator 1’s grant. NIH terminated the grant, Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence (bat coronavirus grant), based on allegations that COVID-19 emerged from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in Wuhan, China. NIAID awarded the grant to Company #1 and Co-Conspirator 1, who made a subaward to the WIV.
Following the termination, Morens and Co-Conspirator 2 pledged to help Co-Conspirator 1 restore the termination of the bat coronavirus grant and counter the narrative that COVID-19 leaked from a lab. In anticipation that their communications would be requested through a FOIA Request, Morens, Co-Conspirator 1, and Co-Conspirator 2 agreed in writing to intentionally hide from public view their communications by corresponding using Morens’s personal Gmail account, rather than his official NIH email account.

It’s rather funny to me to think of someone trying to “conceal” something by using (presumably, un-encrypted …) “GMail.” There is nothing secure about “ordinary (SMTP/POP) email.” You can be sure that Google keeps a copy of everything that you “deleted,” just to cover its own corporate a&s. Also, the messages pass through one or more “post offices” (MTAs = Mail Transfer Agents) on their way to the destination, and today you can assume that every MTA keeps a copy of everything … again for “CYA” reasons.
If you want email to be secure – against disclosure, or against forgery – then you must encrypt it and/or digitally sign it, using cryptographically strong certificates. (Not “passwords.”) There are two or three industry-standard (and, secure …) methods to do this, and “plug-ins” for email handling applications. (Oddly enough, “GMail” at one time provided these things in its web interface, but then removed them.) With these tools, the process is completely transparent to you, as it should be. (As transparent as the “https” that is securing your exchange with this web site right now.)

Now, the original plan I called for, dropping the Army Rangers into the Tehran Airport, followed by supply aircraft, bringing in the Marines, extending the perimeter and chasing the IRGC into the mountains, can no longer be accomplished, as the planes flying in to bring food and medicine to the people could be easily shot down. We no longer can truly own the sky, as we had, or please correct me. You will prove my point.
Now we are left enforcing a blockade. Oil is fungible, and the oil will get out, unless the other Gulf Kingdoms are blockaded as well. Smuggling is their area of expertise. You dismantle a defence from the periphery inwards, you don’t storm the citadel straightaway. Trump is engaged in a battlefield shaping operation, easier abroad than domestically, because the defences there can be kinetically resolved (something the US still excels at.). Domestically he’s going for low hanging fruit (loony Democrats and their echelons in local government, LawFare etc) but he’s also targeting the DS’ financial supply lines and their manipulation of the voting system (both linked issues).
I’d expect that once those operations are either underway, or successfully concluded then plans for storming the DS ‘keep’ will be put into action. Otherwise, any premature assault and the chances of failing rise dramatically, as stay-behinds and untouched elements will offer mutual support. Trump’s engaged in political house-to-house fighting, it’s sometimes frustratingly slow, and to the uninitiated spectator, even low level participant, seems to avoid obvious tactics and approaches that offer rapid gains. The DS took 50+ years to build the current system, expecting its demolition in just over a year is a tad optimistic.

Any small/mid-size business has treasury controls that require any disbursement to be matched to a specific invoice and to verify the validity of the invoice and the recipient of the funds. This is business 101.
Secretary Bessent has indicated that he is implementing such controls which should help reduce this sort of fraud. The fact it was allowed to happen is a feature, and not a flaw, of the Uniparty MO.

Major Virginia Redistricting Case update:
The Virginia Supreme Court (#SCOVA) has DENIED the emergency request to stay the injunction of certification of last week’s Gerrymandering referendum!
In the ‘tea leaves’ category, this is as positive a ‘tea leaf’ as one might imagine!
If #SCOVA thought they would let the referendum stand, then logically they would have lifted the injunction on counting & certifying the votes.
Caveat: this is still just tea leaves, but it’s a good sign.

Basically, Jones asked SCOVA to allow the election process to go forward while we litigate. He asked to lift the 4/22 Tazewell injunction, attached.
This is the crushing Order that barred certification of the election, and declared it unconstitutional from the start, even found ballot language shameful.
Today though, SCOVA simply denied the Jones’ motion, and the underlying 4/22 Tazewell injunction barring the certification of the election stands and remains in full effect.
Now Dems are left with their appeal to SCOVA, and a special election that’s stopped dead in its tracks.

🚨 BREAKING: The Supreme Court of Virginia has denied the Attorney General’s Motion for Emergency Stay in RNC v. Koski – the one where he didn’t quote the ballot language.
One sentence. No dissent. No partial relief.
“Upon consideration whereof, the Court denies the motion.”
What this means in plain terms:
Jay Jones’ outside counsel from California asked the Court to allow the election process to proceed pending the rulings on the merits of the gerrymandering cases.
The Court said “no.” This stops the election from being certified for now.
The same Supreme Court that allowed the referendum to go forward in March, so voters could be heard, has now declined to override a final judgment finding the constitutional amendment process defective. Strong signal that process matters in Virginia.
The Attorney General asked the Court of Virginia to set aside a final order that exposed a ballot question he would not quote, an Article XII timeline he had to redefine, and a 1912 case that did not say what he needed it to say.
The Supreme Court said “no.”
The merits appeal continues. I will keep you posted as this develops.
