I love Scott Jennings. He’s the only source that provided info re the timing of the the latest NASA mission.

Flashback post for those that missed it – I think Charlie asked for a Doge type audit because he did find issues. But the issues I think he found were in Blexit. I’ve posted this before but here it is again for those that missed it. Charlie incorporated Blexit into TPUsa in 2023. And I think he found out why Candace was running it into the ground. She was funneling money out of it. When Blexit was taken over and TPusa accountants found out what was going on….Houston there was a problem.

Jimmy Kimmel’s show is SO stupid and so is he!
Our lovely First Lady spoke up, that she thought his show ought to be terminated in light of his most recent asinine display of what is supposed to be “humor”.
Of course, Jimmy Kimmel has First Amendment Rights as all American citizens do –
and ABC has the right to continue to air his program –
and Disney Corporation has the right to let ABC choose to not terminate Jimmy Kimmel’s program.
Of course, the American people who think that Jimmy Kimmel is a total scumbum have a right to not watch his program or any program on ABC or any Disney program on their tv’s – and they have the right to not set foot in any Disney park or buy any Disney product!
Of course, Jimmy Kimmel, ABC and Disney are betting that not that many people really care enough to lay off anything Disney to make a dent and no one else will notice the odor.
I wonder if these mega leftist media companies are getting funded by Soros and the like?
Their ratings stink and the majority of us quit watching years ago so???

One case is before the court today. Cisco Systems, Inc. vs Doe I. This is about the Alient Tort Statute that was enacted in 1789 that grants a district court jurisdiction over any civil action by an alien for a tort only, committed in violaton of the law of nations or a treaty of the United States.
this case stems from the lawsuit filed by 12 Chinese nationals and 1 US citizen who were said to be members, or practitioners of the Falun Gong and they had been tortured, imprisoned, some their life ended and these people and/or familiy members filed a class action lawsuit that named the big corproration CISCO as a defendant claiming two of their top executives actually aided and abetted the Chinese govt in facilitating the arrest of these people.
There are three questions before the court:
“Whether the Alien Tort Statute (“ATS”), 28 U.S.C. section 1350, allows a judicially-implied private right of action for aiding and abetting” and
“Whether, if ATS aiding-and-abetting claims are cognizable, mere knowledge rather than purpose suffices to show the requisite mens rea” and
“Whether the Torture Victim Protection Act, 29 U.S.C., section 1350 note, allows a judicially implied private right of action for aiding and abetting.”
