Why did he file his suit in the DC district court? Why not somewhere else? Sure, The Atlantic is based in DC, but it is marketed and sold nationwide. Seems he could have filed it in any federal court in the U.S. So why file it in the very court headed by Boasberg, of all people? His case is probably dead on arrival, so unless he is prepared to spend years and a fortune appealling the case further up the chain, this seems a futile effort.
I cannot wait to hear about the discovery. I’d love to know who is advising him.

I always believed that there was an officer assigned to accompany the president wherever he went.
