A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 91 of the 2nd year of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.

I get the sense that there is a civil war happening within the Iranian government, and I don’t think one side or the other has the upper hand right now. It’s obvious that the civilian side has little control over the IRGC, although there may be elements within IRGC who favor rapprochement with us. But the lunatics are obviously still in control. It’s the lunatics that need to be liquidated. If Iran remains under the control of Muslim lunatics, then this whole effort was pointless.

the first case is Sripetch vs Securities and Exchange Commission. In previous court rulings, regarding equitable disgorgement in civil-enforcement actions, if an award doesn’t exceed a wrongdoer’s net profits and is awarded for victims. In this case investors who were not actual victims are suing to be included as victims so they can get some money back, or something like that.
Here is the actual question to the court: “Whether the SEC may seek equitable disgorgement under 15 U.S.C. 78u(d)(5) and (d)(7) without showing investors suffered pecuniary harm.”
the second case is T.M. vs University of Maryland Medical System Corporation. The question before the court is “Whether the Rooker-Feldman doctrine can be triggered by a state-court decision that remains subject to further review in state court.
Background as best I can figure out is that this case has something to do about a petitioner (T.M.) filing in State court, and then moving it to federal court and so has something to do about which jurisdiction deals with the situation.

And if a company loses a case and has to pay victims, don’t the investors always suffer pecuniary harm? Frankly isn’t that the objective? Making sure investors aren’t profiting from victimizing customers.
Yes, they did just have a case on state vs fed jurisdiction and that may be why there was no background provided in the little “?” section that site provides, only the question before the court – it gave me the impression the case may not even come up today. But, just a layperson here curious to what these courts do.
On the first one it literally ticked me off. We had two federal cases, out of the SDNY, where the judge not only ruled that victims were to get restitution but in one case the Judge stated it was the cruelest case he’d ever heard. And then when I contacted the dept with the ‘victim’ case numbers we, and our associates were each assigned, asking for the process we should follow should the perpetrators begin paying restitution after their release from jail, was informed that the agency decided, on their own, that it will keep all restitution it receives so it will have funds to go after future bad guys. I hated the casual way we were informed that as it fell on me to inform the others who were hurt way beyond ourselves, that they need to simply move on, nothing to see here, even decades later I get calls from some who were never able to find themselves out of the hole that arbitrary decision left them in.
That was the one good thing Jeff Sessions did, he stopped that taking of victims restitution funds by the DOJ, even though it was a short lived reprieve since one of the other things Garland did when becoming AG is he undid what Sessions did in ending that practice of rerouting restitution to the DOJ bank accounts.
That said/shared, am curious to see how the investors present their case as being equal to victims, which they may very well be. It’s a touchy subject to me.

The First Amendment does not come with a filter. When we recognize the clickbait, it loses its power. Reliable sites and insightful opinions are rare. No place for government to filter, that is my job.
We made it through the influencer wars, from Nick Fuentes (who?) to Tucker and Alex Jones, who we listen to is measured against what they say. At no point can I conceive a need for censorship. People are free to weigh and measure these opinions.
Free speech includes speech I don’t agree with and that is fine. If everyone is thinking the same, everyone is not thinking. Diversity of opinion is where it is at.
I stumbled upon the Treehouse and its commentariat reading about the Gold King Mine blowout and have lurked ever since. The commentary and community here are second to none.
Meanwhile, X is NOT a problem, it is a platform, not perfect, but significantly better than its predecessor. The First Amendment does not come with a filter.

Actually, you can yell fire in a movie theater.

Basically all people who were brought to the shores without paying were sold as indentured servants for years of harsh service. Mostly whites, but including slaves. The purchaser received 50 acres for each servant bought.
A couple of these slaves sold as indentured servants made history.
In the 1640’s one black escaped with two white escapees. Caught, he was punished by the court, to be a slave for life. The first documented slave in the colony.
The next was one of the many blacks who after fulfilling their service, participated in the same system. Freed. Bought his own servants. Got his own land.
Well this guy abused his servants who were also from Africa like him. In 1654, after serving this dude for 14 years, 7 was normal, a neighbor promised if they served him for 7 more years he would set them free. This went to court and the result was that the court legalized these servants as slaves.
So, aside from slavery as a court punishment, the first official slave owner was a black man.
It took a while for this slavery to be worked into the laws.
I personally am very curious about what happened to that handful of slaves that were sold in 1619. The year after they decided on the headright system but the year before they got approval.
There is a clear difference in how blacks and whites were treated. That court case is proof there was unofficial slavery which the court recognized.
What happened in and after 1619? And why don’t we know?
BTW, these indentured servants were treated as brutally as any slaves, except there was an end to their mistreatment. There are court cases where the master could use any punishment except death. And they could father children. Get extra time added to the mother’s service for the pregnancy and the time caring for the child, and guarantee service from the child until the age of 21.
It wasn’t until the end of the 17th century that they started easing up on the servants. Something about avoiding rebelions.

Most people had heard little from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention until six years ago, when it suddenly emerged as the leading voice to facilitate the near-destruction of the country.
Does it matter who heads it now? Certainly it does, even if only symbolically. It matters for the future of freedom itself.
The Trump administration has had real frustrations finding a director. There was a good choice early on, Dr. Dave Weldon, but he could not make it through a pharma-captured Senate for confirmation so he wasn’t even put to a vote. Next up was an internal promotion who was confirmed and then promptly fired for insubordination. Now there is a temporary head with a second job as head of NIH.
Now we have a new candidate in the person of Dr. Erica Schwartz, who has a long and well-documented record of not only carrying out Covid orders as part of the military but even pushing jab mandates where they do not make sense. She is also a well-practiced user of the revolving door between agencies and private providers who depend on pharmaceutical profits.
She might be the nicest person ever, and a better choice than most, but it seems inconceivable that a medical freedom movement would ever rise to her defense. It seems too much like a changing of the guard, same uniform, same mission.
At some point, there needs to be a principled stand against what was done to the nation, some actual truth telling that results in genuine change. That doesn’t seem to be happening yet.
That said, the public demand for health and medical rights against the government-industrial hegemon has never been higher. The Brownstone/HFDC poll – with actual fair questions – documents supermajorities in full revolt, a fact which has been since confirmed by polls structured to show the opposite.
The establishment is hanging on for dear life but the public is not having it. Something is going to give at some point in this tug-of-war. We’ll know more next month as several crucial primaries pit pharma tools against genuine dissidents. It’s not looking good for hangers-on. It will be fascinating to watch unfold.

After seeing numerous headlines of pending conflict between Turkey and Israel … first impression was that it was just a click bait headline being splashed across the Domestic and Foreign MSM sites. There is a very good alternative. It’s called Japanification. After the surrender in 1945, General Douglas MacArthur administered Japan during the occupation 1945-1952, wrote its constitution, and supervised the formation of its Diet and democratic institutions.
Can Japanification work for Iran? Yes. It is a far better option than bombing the country into the stone age. The Iranian people are waiting to be delivered from the tyranny of the IRGC, and they would support it. And they could have their King too. Let him have an office down the hall from the Supreme Commander, and let him sign all the paperwork.

Iran is a country not making good decisions. We can understand this, because most families have someone who does not make good decisions, and we have experience stepping in and making decisions for them. Sometimes an unfortunate family member, who is not making good decisions, has to go to jail, and then the state will make decisions for them. From experience, we know that bargaining with them to change their behavior often enables them to continue their bad behavior. Negotiating with Iran will enable them to continue in the same path. We can take power to make decisions for them, and they can thrive, as Japan did.
I think we’re attempting to do this economically through the use of a blockade -in the hopes that the IRGC relinquishes power, or the people rise up and take it from them.
