The Still Hour – Saturday’s Verses and Prayers
Thank you Harrison.
Blessed Saturday Sherry!

The Game Plan
Sundance @TheLastRefuge2
“Trump will not find perfect solutions. He will find OPTIMAL solutions. We cannot ask for more.
Trump has stood by and watched Perfect murder Good for 8 years – maybe longer. He’s not gonna do it. He’s going to deliver the best outcome possible, and he’s not waiting for us to feel relaxed about it.
Best presidency ever! Just hang on. More winning is coming, but a lot of people are going to scream that it’s all over at EVERY turn.
The best way through this is to define viewpoints, not people, because people will shift as they change position and velocity in Trump gravity.
Bash the neocon, warmonger, and dopey globalist positions – not the people who are going to hold them one moment and come loose from them later.
Trump is Jupiter moving through the asteroid belt. He is going to pull people into his orbit.
A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.
I am ON the Trump Train for good, even if I scream that I want off and can’t take it. In the end, I only want to scream “TOO MUCH WINNING!!!”
Unseen1 @unseen1_unseen
Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 82 of the 2nd year of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.
Amen
Amen. Go God beat the devil.
Zero is the real problem. Hillary was out of power when she was scheming. She was doing her dirty work through the Obama team. That team needs to be in orange jumpsuits with a Velcro back door for easy access.
Warning – harsh language.
A leftist Brit tries to tell Iranians about the current situation in the Middle East. They let her have it with both barrels.
I have never seen anyone more deserving of a hard left hook to the jaw than this arrogant, idiotic b–ch, and I was hoping he’d do it.
As momentarily satisfying as such an act might seem to be, it would still be the wrong thing for a man to do as a result of mere words and attitude Iaceoveo.
As faint as the possibility might be, ’tis also better that she remain conscious so that she could hear and remember the words on their own – that they might get her to actually engage her mind and ponder why Iranians would argue such things. Oft times it isn’t until later, sometimes much later, that the light bulb goes off for people.
Oft times it isn’t until later, sometimes much later, that the light bulb goes off for people.
So true, Harrison. From personal experience, there was a time when I defended Patriot Act…because “It will keep us safe” and “Why would our government lie to us?!”
If we’re honest with ourselves, we’ve all had such times in life. Maybe the most common relates to wisdom shared by our parents when we are young.
Ditto!
I think he gave her a much better blow to her ridiculous thinking……..it went straight to her brain I hope.
Taking the Israeli flag out of her hands was another blow.
Right wing Irani, he did good.
Wonder if he will go back to Iran once it’s given back to the people.?? I sure wouldn’t want her as a neighbor.
I know Europe is lost but I hoped Brexit would begin to help take their country back…It’s game over for Britain…This woman is living in another reality…Is that her Beta boyfriend??? smh
City of London and MI6 doubled down after that.
Brexit would have done it; but, mass immigration was in the making to lead the way to the NWO/communism.
Trumps second term would have cinched the deal and look what happened………chaos around the world.
A planned world movement; mass immigration, chaos, Wuhan……..turned the tables.
Trump is turning the table back; hell, he’s spinning it at breakneck speed; making all heads spin.
God Help US
Unless the Knights of the Round Table can be resurrected, Britain is lost…
They need God.
Trump killed the Diego Garcia deal. Apparently hidden from the U.S. was their veto power. Something Star er forgot to mention. Pretty sure Trump is going to make his life unbearable.
Wonder if that subservient little boy is her boyfriend? 😏
I was wondering about the dog?? I thought they ate dogs. He’s being protected from that ‘woman’…….and I really think she would have bitten them all if she could. She sounded rabid!
Persians are not historically Islamic…they were Zoroastrians and many still are. There are also some Iranian Christians and Jews. Like many nations in that area of the world, Islam was introduced through conquest. The Shah embraced the Zoroastrian religion himself.
https://www.britannica.com/story/how-have-zoroastrians-been-treated-in-muslim-iran
Short answer – they aren’t all rabid Islamists.
I said The girl was acting ‘rabid’……….
The muslims were acting Judeo-Christian. IMHO
I just didn’t know how the dog. fit in………
I understood that PAW. The comment was regarding the bit about “I thought they (h)ate dog.” 🙂
Short answer – The Islamists in Iran are mostly imported “refugees”.
Too a degree that is indeed true.
Saw a comment by an Iranian yesterday talking about the current “leadership” that is meeting for talks with the US. Most of them are said to be Kurds.
Have also seen quite a few comment about the importation of extremists, with videos from inside Iran. In one, much of the crowd in Tehran supporting the Islamic regime were not Persians.
However, after all these years since the fall of the Shah, there have also been many native Persians who have succumbed to the darkness…
My brothers!
And her wimpy boyfriend appropriately carrying a yellow backpack says nothing in her defense or support! Britain is lost!
Expel Eric Swalwell! His alleged crimes far worse than George Santos with alleged expenses problems and wire fraud.
Protect women!
I have to say, a women who gets in an unconsentingly drunk state (after having a mutual sexual relationship) really has no moral code. Are we, as a society, to the point where we need to follow women around and protect from themselves in this age of feminine equality? Why are men to practice strict moral supremacy while women abuse substances and allow themselves to get into these bad states?
Draft them all and let’s stop this pretending that women are somehow not responsible for themselves.
I abhor Swalwell, but he has done enough monetary crimes to be declared unelectable and let’s stop using this ridiculous “Me too!” when these women obviously are consenting and then change their mind the morning after.
And these are likely funded allegations at this point.
@Joan Carsey-“Draft them all”
If you are suggesting that women should be drafted into the military for combat because that’s what responsible people do is ridiculous. Being drafted into the military for combat doesn’t make you responsible. It makes the drafted person an unwilling participant in what would most likely be a fabricated violent action and an equally fabricated violent response requiring the draft. That’s not being responsible…..
Okay, I’m thinking Joan here is AI…
Yes, women have to take responsibility for their decisions. I haven’t followed much of the Epstein crap but long ago when I heard about him I did some research, not much but more than I would normally do, and found that all of the women who were involved with Epstein providing sex were doing so consensually.
Yes… a whore by any other name (victim) is still a whore…
Initially perhaps, but no, many claim otherwise, and so I do not agree with the assertion.
Draft the lefty beeches
Sorry, I say draft them all too. They can do whatever jobs their physical strength allows. Even unfit people can do work, they don’t all need to be on the battlefield.
Are you aware of roofies?
Was she drunk or drugged?
Where are Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie? Are they condemning their fellow Congressman? They appointed themselves the victims advocate, WTF are they?
A: On Mockingbird Murdoch’s Fox News, usually.
He lived the CA lifestyle; can ya be punished for being CA through and through…….the 60’s are alive and thriving in CA.
CA is outdated and doesn’t know it…..hip hip
The women accusing Swallow well, it’s their life style, to call it anything else is a flat out lie.
Yes…Swalwell should have been expelled for his affair with a Chinese Spy and prosecuted under the Espionage Act…hard to believe he didn’t give State Secrets in pillow talk with FF…
Regarding women…Swalwell’s actions are potentially Criminal but not unlike many Congressman over the years…ie the “slush fund” Congress has for payouts…
Also…there are many “groupie” women who will do anything to join the “Club”. From Sports…Baseball, Football, Basketball to professions…CEO’s, Attorney’s, Real Estate to even the NASA Space Program…(from a Friend) …or Politics…I’ve witnessed first hand that women will sleep with men to join the club. Might be vice versa as well…
Swalwell needs a “Bimbo Eruption Unit” lead by Bill Clinton’s little George Stuffitenoughous!
Nancy cannot tell him he cannot run for governor and let him keep his house seat. This is going to be interesting.
attention Mike a Johnson.

Should I stay or should I go now?
Technically it is illegal to distill water here without an expensive permit.
Just tell them you are making whiskey… You can make 200 gallons per year legally…
https://www.lawcommentary.com/articles/federal-judge-strikes-down-156-year-old-ban-on-at-home-distilling
Until people go blind then they will pick up this law again.
So according to you, the government should absolutely protect booze drinkers from their own behavior but should not protect inebriated women from date rape calling it “their own behavior”. Do you even listen to yourself?
If a law is unconstitutional, a new law cannot be enacted to replace the unconstitutional one that was struck down.

GREAT!!! https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/116384077225474834
OK, Mr. President that’s super, but please! give us Americans most favored nation pricing.
Please! don’t force us to compete with desperate foreigners for our own oil.
Petrodollars are based on worldwide pricing of oil.
It’d be the right thing to do!
Someone linked an article in comments a few days ago that asked “What if the US Navy is not opening the strait because they don’t want it open?”
Starting to think it’s intentional.
That be me
https://gcaptain.com/the-hormuz-hypothesis-what-if-the-u-s-navy-isnt-in-a-hurry-to-reopen-the-strait/
Thanks!
Yes, the U.S. Navy can open Hormuz whenever President Trump wants it opened…
Perhaps – there is much more to recent events than “Iran”…
it has to be intentional/ been wondering the same thing

Good news for one of America’s real allies and the people of Hungary if the polls are even close to correct.
A potential scenario for the election this weekend from a citizen of Georgia (country, not state) detailing how the EU globalists will attempt to discredit the election.
https://nitter.poast.org/futurehades/status/2042666297519931779#m
The EU like NATO and the UN will be dismantled; the NWO will be a thought that is past it’s due date……
NEVER another ‘world medical’ crisis (HIV, WUHAN) to be manufactured by ‘world health’ ………
Sanctity of Life to be the motto for all sovereign nations, no more human lives lost to ‘study’ medicine……..
God Help US
Repercussions for EU, NATO, UN unlawful undertakings…….by repercussions I meant legal punishment for;
Deadly manmade viruses; HIV and Wuhan. Heinous experimentations on human life/DNA.
Manmade wars, massive immigration, interference in other nation’s politics.
International drugs, arms, people trafficking dealt with at every nations borders.
Unfortunately this is probably fake news. Most polls show the opposite, with the EU-backed candidate winning big.
When the total poll results add up to 103%, you know it is fake.
Stupid voters in Hungary.
As with all things, in reality it depends on who is doing the polling and how they are doing it. I’m old enough to remember the 2016 election when the polls said there was no way that PDJT could win and it was blasted across the MSM…
A Hungarian news outlet shows Orban’s party with a decisive lead heading into the weekend.
https://www.hungarianconservative.com/articles/current/hungary-election-districts-2026-center/
Polling had Hillary with 97% to Donald Trump’s 3% to be exact. 😂
Amazed me how hard they worked to cover up the fact that everyone hates Hillary Clinton, even her friends.
I didn’t realize she had any friends……….. partners in crime, yes, but friends, not likely. She’s too damn mean and evil. I even feel kinda sorry for poor ole Slick Willie!
Too funny.
👍🙏
Yep.
PRESIDENT TRUMP:
“My Administration stands ready to use the full Economic Might of the United States to strengthen Hungary’s Economy, as we have done for our Great Allies in the past, if Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and the Hungarian People ever need it.
We are excited to invest in the future Prosperity that will be generated by Orbán’s continued Leadership!
President DONALD J. TRUMP”
https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/116382335330123013
…The country will be so successful they’ll have to change the name from “Hungary” to “Well Fed”. 😉
Or Maybe WellHungGary as the case may be. 😉
Oh my! 🤭🤩
Why is this good news for America??
I don’t need to know anything about elections in other nations, actually I don’t need to know about elections in other states other than PA. I don’t think ‘world’ when it comes to politics. So Orban will campaign for Trump; We really need him, really???
I want ONE legal vote for each candidate on the slate in PA elections. AND I want only one legal vote for every other legal Pennsylvanian.
I don’t want to donate one red cent to politics; if they want to run they can pay their own way, gain my one vote by their own word of mouth. Right here in PA. I don’t want to contribute to CA or any other state’s elections. AND I don’t want a PA candidate speaking in any other state/campaigning.
I want DC to be filled with real ‘statesmen’ representing each and every state’s people. Not the one who gets the most backing/money from big business and big government. AND never to join the Big Boys Club in DC. I want humble one state representation.
God Help US
We are United States…….not wedded states.
The EU has pushed Iran to the fore in the UN…to a position that is the equivalent of a pedo being nominated to run a daycare center…
The Islamic Republic of Iran has been nominated to the U.N. Committee for Program and Coordination, which shapes policy on women’s rights, human rights, disarmament, and terrorism prevention.
Can we please defund the UN and turn the NY headquarters into free shelter for veterans?
https://nitter.poast.org/DefiyantlyFree/status/2042791071181046154#m
Good analogy. Fox in the hen house.
Daycare, as in Minnesota day cares that only existed on paper to allow rampant pilfering of funds ? Who is making money off of this UN assignment?
The somalies, the “governor” of Minnesomalia, the “mayor” of Minneapolis, and the state A.G. have only “made” about 9 billion $$$ at this point in time…
Better yet, implode it. It’s probably full of asbestos, black mold and all kinds of vile infestations and demonic beings.
“A people that has forgotten its traditions, its ancestors, and the sacrifices that bought its freedom is a people already conquered. For the man without memory is easily ruled, and the man without roots is easily led.”
— Hilaire Belloc
Hence why the left has tried to erase and re-write history and dumb down the population.
Perfect.
I give you the European Union’s unspoken intent when its architects conspired to eradicate each member’s sovereignty in favour of a soulless, monolithic tyranny.
Indeed dear Betsy. Did you see the bit I posted yesterday from a UK news segment where they were teaching children in UK schools that Stonehedge was built by Africans and other insane nonsense?
BTW, I see you were up quite late – hope you were able to get some good rest my friend.
Good morning, blessed friend…
I was up late, as I always am for the CATURDAY posts I leave every weekend on the OT. Drifted over to see what was going on in this branch of our Tree, saw your posts on the astounding success of Artemis and all who made it happen almost without incident. At least those were not existential as with Challenger, images of which came unbidden to me as they blasted off. I hope we as a nation haven’t become inured to such accomplishments, but I fear we have.
I did see about Stonehenge…and much else besides which sickens me. Madness has infected the British Isles and Ireland. There are so many gods which have replaced our only God there has ever been or ever shall be. Not just particular to Blighty either; but because I lived there for so long in blissful existence, seeing it happen and so fast, I am still distressed with each new descent. I am out of words to describe how it affects my spirit…
So coffees up and ready for what comes. No better place to be than here.
Hope you and all our friends will be able to find a modicum.of peace this weekend, preferably more. A precious commodity much needed, dear friend. I’m sure I’ll catch you later…😘
The man armed by the 2nd Amendment isn’t “easily led”!
Australia:
BREAKING: The Australian government chose to arrest war hero ( Victoria Cross) Ben Roberts-Smith in Sydney rather than his home state of Queensland because the government prosecution wanted less white Australians on the jury – “a more diverse jury pool.”
So in practice the Australian government want Hamas and Hezbollah supporters from Lakemba and West Sydney to sit and judge Australia’s most decorated veteran from the Afghan War.
This explains why the Australian government rejected Ben Roberts-Smith’s repeated offers over multiple years to peacefully hand himself in.
Instead they chose to arrest him on a plane in Sydney in front of his children and the wider public – a calculated humiliation ritual.
Sydney Morning Herald: “One well-placed source suggested investigators might have waited to arrest Roberts-Smith in NSW because they wanted access to a wider and more diverse jury pool” than more conservative Queensland, where he lives.
https://nitter.poast.org/DrewPavlou/status/2042814750053273939#m
The Chief cop who organised the arrest is a DEI bitch
A jury of your peers is no longer fashionable.
In the UK, the Labour hierarchy is eliminating jury trials for a majority of cases.
And the population has been stripped defenseless. No ability to defend themselves against a tyrannical government.
Or criminals.
We still have the 2nd Amendment… Now, if we could just grow the balls to use it…
Yes, the “balls part” is critical.
An in-depth article about this abomination.
The same is happening in the UK which is bringing charges decades on to some in its military which were active and following the orders of their superiors during the Troubles in Northern Ireland.

Have they stopped to think what modern war requires? Weapons? Ships? Military and civilian industrial capabilities? Fuel? “Young men” are only a tiny part of it, and they can’t go anywhere if you can’t take them. Or do anything, if you can’t supply them.
Would be pretty embarrassing to go to war, then have to stop in two weeks because you are (literally …) out of gas. 🤡
“Ukraine” should have taught you by now that you don’t have the capacity to do it. And the Russians will teach you only by example.
“Real War,” which you haven’t seen in eighty years, is not “theoretical.” You DON’T remember, do you?
Ask the ghost of your King’s mother what “real war” looks and tastes like: SHE was there! Using a power tool in a factory. Her father was there, too. She never forgot what, quite clearly, you never knew.
Don’t threaten to send young men and women to a place you know nothing about.
Most wars are won or lost on logistics.

I’ve loathed Eric Swalwell ever since the early days of Russiagate because he just kept lying and lying, wrecking countless lives in the process. That said, what happened today is an object lesson in Democratic Party efficiency. The moment someone becomes a problem, they throw him under the bus in two milliseconds, then pull him back out just enough to keep a House vote. Absolutely clinical.
https://nitter.poast.org/HansMahncke/status/2042780801515852249#m
I’m fascinated by the brutal takedown of past and modern rapists.

But Clinton still gets to show his face. So to his enabler Shrillery.

Hi @RepSwalwell, I know you have me blocked after my video of you dropped, but you’ll see this anyway. I wonder what will happen if I soon publish a recording of you admitting to ILLEGALLY pushing to subpoena Ivanka Trump because she’s “hot as f*ck,” letting lobbyists get you drunk off your ass at a DC restaurant, and then you asking them to help you find a woman to cheat on your wife with because you “only f*ck tens” Will it help or hurt your numbers in California? Are the voters as deviant like you are? We may find out in a few days if you are still in the race and haven’t dropped out. Thanks! Sincerely, The guy whose table you drunkenly invaded while I was trying to have a peaceful dinner with my girlfriend in DC.

Here’s the thing about Reric:
He went to college in Maryland, where he interned for a Congresswoman. That’s where he was first recruited by Chy-na. He went home to California and later became a small-town councilman.
News Flash: China doesn’t hand out girlfriends to small-town councilmen on the off-chance that they’ll one day go to Congress.
He was already on China, Inc.’s payroll. And Pelosi and Feinstein were ordered to install him in Congress and put him on the Intel Committee, which they did.
In other words, they didn’t give him a honeypot handler because he was already in Congress. They gave him one because they knew they were going to put him in Congress.
Now that Newsom is Oldsom, China wants to make Reric their next Colonial Governor of California to replace their current Proconsul.
Don’t fret, Gabbin’; you’ll always have the Chinese Space Lasers that burned down LA.
Rest in the Vine: Reric Swalwell, Agent of C.H.Y.-N.A.

Trump cannot wage war for over 60 days without Congress. But if there is a ceasefire and fighting resumes, the clock resets. Meanwhile, the U.S. airlift to the Middle East is still going full speed, and many ground forces are already here. – @LionsOfZion_ORG

Trump says U.S. warships are being reloaded with “the best ammunition” in case peace talks in Pakistan fail.
A similar tactic to the flag pole issue at Mar Al Lago…
A ceasefire isn’t the same as a peace agreement. Technically everyone is still at war.
While Hormuz is stuck, the U.S. is cashing in. U.S. exports are hitting records, around 4.90M barrels/day in April, up 23% from March and 30% from February.

Asia still needs oil, the Middle East can’t deliver right now, and the U.S. is stepping in to fill that gap.

Iran-linked vessels now dominate traffic through the Strait of Hormuz following the US–Iran ceasefire, per Financial Times. At least 9 of 14 recent transits are tied to Iran, while overall shipping remains below pre-conflict levels and far from fully normalized.

They ain’t gonna “open the strait,” except as a toll road to raise money so they can buy a nuclear weapon from someone – Pakistan, perhaps?
And, they ain’t gonna “cease firing.” If the USA briefly stops and they clearly don’t, then it’s proof of where the problem lies.
Strategy: Give them rope, and let them hang themselves.

Two interviews from the Arab world have proven especially illuminating on Operation Epic Fury. One here features an Egyptian writer, the other a former Iraqi parliamentarian, both speaking on a Saudi-sponsored Arab channel with the kind of frankness that the Western media landscape rarely produces and rarely amplifies. Each, in his own way, says the same thing: Iran is the enemy. I hope that reading them gives serious observers of international affairs a flavor of what the real debate looks like inside the Arab world, conducted in Arabic, on Arab terms, and almost entirely out of Western view.

Certainly, a big part of the problem is within their Islam, pitting “Shi’ite” against “Sunni” in a battle for apocalypse. This is their strange culture, and so their problem to attend to.

The answer is simple: NO. This is not Britain. Not a Labour cabinet room. Not Pakistan.
This is not a place where the Muslim Brotherhood or Islamist jihadist terrorists are welcomed or tolerated. If you want to live with terrorists, take the Islamic regime in Iran as your neighbor swap them with France if you wish.

This person is writing solid material based in foundational American values……who should be able to vote?
Segments of an article by
Mollie Engelhart editorial opinion for the Epoch Times:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/opinion/what-if-voting-required-skin-in-the-game-6009083?ea_src=frontpage&ea_med=section-1
There is a growing divide in this country that we do not talk about honestly enough.
It is not just political. It is not just cultural. It is structural.
The majority of Americans now live in dense urban and suburban environments, where life is shaped by proximity, services, and systems that buffer the immediate consequences of policy. A much smaller portion of the population lives on land, runs businesses, or produces the things that sustain the rest of us. These are people whose lives are directly shaped by regulation, taxation, and the physical realities of production.
(( Inserted comment —-think back to COVID when the production and supply chain was paramount ))
The first group outnumbers the second, by design.
And in a democracy based on simple majority, that means one way of life increasingly determines the rules for another.
On the surface, this seems fair. One person, one vote. Equal voice.
But in practice, the consequences of those votes are not equally felt.
Which leads to an uncomfortable question.
What if voting were not entirely detached from stake?
What if the right to shape the system were tied, at least in part, to having something tangible within it to maintain, protect, and carry forward?
At its core, this is not about taking something away from people.
It is about asking whether a system where decisions can be made without bearing their consequences is sustainable over the long term.
The Founders believed that stake mattered.
We may not agree with their solution.
But it is worth asking whether they were right about the problem.
Precisely why The Gounders rejected democracy. They knew what happened to Athens, Greece under pure democracy.
The representative republic was designed to prevent mob majority rule.
@Monti-Every American has an equal stake in this country without possessions. We are “endowed” with rights, “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” In other words the right to self determination.
Ask yourself, does the statutory and regulatory environment we Americans live in support self determination?
An argument can be made that it is a privilege to vote instead of a right. Convicted felons are unable to vote in most states. For example a drivers license is granting a person the privilege to drive on public highways….a privilege that can be revoked.
Not saying that I am making that argument Phil
………….but the author has a point in that a vote should be tied to consequences of that vote. An urban dweller voting for a progressive who supports wind/solar farms (talk about a propaganda term – using “farms” when its destroys farms) has no immediate stake nor consequences in the land and community impact do they?
And to answer your question, NO! the current trend is for more laws, more regulations and bureaucracies at the state and local level who justify their very existence by constricting a citizen’s freedoms to be a productive and responsible member of a community.
The founders created the electoral college to defend against the larger, more populous states from ruling over the less populous states. I wish they had also did it within the states as well. Since they didn’t, it is now up to red states to secure the diversity of their state by putting within their state constitution an electoral college, one where each county has an equal voice of one electoral vote. This should be a national grass roots movement.
What you would be talking about would only be applicable to governors.
States already have senates and houses, same as the federal model.
It would also apply to any state wide ballot measures and state wide elections for judges. In oregon there is a push to put on the ballot a measure to ban hunting, fishing, many farming and ranching practices. This is being put on the ballot by the libtards of the blue cities.
Neil Boortz used to say the same thing about states having their own electoral college.
We agree there is a significant problem in urban areas driving policy for an entire state.
To paraphrase it has become, “He who controls the cities controls the state.”
I was “dreaming” more along the lines of population density and production of an actual product being a method to factor weighting of votes. If you has an equation that worked that out fairly….. One thing I think we should all agree upon is that any citizen receiving state and local assistance to be housed and fed should not have a vote…..these people’s only concern is to vote themselves money.
Vast urban resources are spent on producing services (mostly by the city govt) but not an actual product were as business’, ( or industry), farms, mines, oil wells and the like produce actual hard wealth.

OPINION:
Tucker Carlson is getting rich off your misery. But I know what he’s REALLY doing – and it should terrify you: JEREMY BOREING, conservative media titan
The most radical thing an American can do right now is feel good about their country.
In a month of historic firsts, US special ops soldiers carried out the most daring rescue operations in a generation and an American-led crew aboard NASA‘s Artemis traveled further from Earth than any other human beings in history.
The nation shrugged.
A news cycle passed. The internet moved on. There was no sustained national moment of pride, just the low, constant hum of a country that has forgotten how to celebrate its wins.
I’ve been sitting with this, trying to understand it. What I keep coming back to is not as simple as a failure of patriotism or a collapse of national character. It is something more specific and more insidious: we have been conditioned to be joyless.
I can speak to this with some candor. Having spent a decade building The Daily Wire, one of the most successful conservative media companies in the country, I know what the business model looks like.
There are two ways to build an audience: give people something worth believing in, or give them something worth being angry about.
The latter is faster, cheaper and far more addictive.
The modern media industry has turned misery into a product
I call it the Grift Industrial Complex and Tucker Carlson is one of its most eloquent practitioners. His method is worth noting: he curates guests who voice the dark conclusions he wants you to reach, then sits back as a kind of sophisticated amplifier.
In one of his recent episodes, Carlson had comedian Dave Smith compare America to the Roadrunner cartoon: ‘You run off the side of the cliff, but you’re still in air for a moment and then you look down.’
https://archive.is/20260410200106/https://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-15718909/conservative-media-tucker-carlson-jeremy-boreing.html#selection-489.0-489.151
Self-loathing used to be a distinctive characteristic of far left politics – but no more. The reactionary right has gotten into the act, as well. And this is where the damage becomes irreversible and the risk existential.

A man who believes his country is finished doesn’t fight for it. He doesn’t build anything. He believes he has no agency and comes to blame others for every failure. This man gives his allegiance to whoever promises a new order, or even just revenge against the old one.
A subset of professional blackpillers understand this – despair makes you easier to control.
Happiness is, as conservative commentator Dennis Prager often says, a moral obligation. The pursuit of happiness is one of the great motivators of human innovation and growth. And joy is a bulwark against tyranny, making it the first thing that a demagogue must destroy.
A man who believes his country is finished doesn’t fight for it. He doesn’t build anything. He believes he has no agency and comes to blame others for every failure. This man gives his allegiance to whoever promises a new order, or even just revenge against the old one.
The knight in shining armor syndrome – one I rail against regularly…
The two options don’t mix well.
What happens to the audience when a cheerleader criticizes or the habitually angry stop and rejoice?
Indeed. If you are monetizing anger, you can’t even afford to give the cheerleaders space to rejoice. Your absence diminishes you. You must keep yourself front and center. Those tired of your anger might not come back.
But that is not all of it. Many of these are deceptive. They build their base by attracting MAGA supporters. Then they work to corrode their base’s support for MAGA.
And they carefully manage their ‘betrayal’. If they are seen as going too far, they quickly do something to build MAGA support. They also judiciously pick sideshows to separate themselves. And they make these splits into permanent wedges.
Support of Israel, Attacks on TPUSA. Sideshows. Wedge issues.
But it is all a game to see how much poison you will tolerate.
Can you imagine sticking with Jones? Lapping up his attacks on President Trump. Then supporting the bum as he proclaims his attacks were only for Trump’s benefit while Jones acts offended and threatens war because Trump attacked back?
It is all acting. It always was. And it was always for their benefit, not yours, not MAGA, and not Trump.
Keeping us angry is just a part of manipulating us. Playing us for fools.
Tucker strategically attacked Christians for support of Israel. But then he pushed it too far. Smearing people doing good for the world. Lies. Defamation.

E.M. Burlingame being interviewed by “CryptoRich”
Recommended
Burlingame argues in s scatterbrained method. It is a disease of those who try to look at everything st once.
The interviewer tries hard to focus the argument.
Burlingame is very reductionist. He tries to reduce everything to a simple picture.
Everything is oriented to rip off the people.
I suspect ripping off the people is more of an overlay. Not a be all and end all. Controlling the systems give other benefits. Reaping those benefits and making money off of it.
I am not so sure about his analysis of the interface of Trump and these abusive systems. Some of his words make it sound like Trump is exacerbating the abuses and other words sound like Trump is interfering by unplanned disruptions uncontrolled by the systems.
As an aside, the Larouche people could benefit from his analysis of the systems the French and British set up.
And he is describing things that can be used by conspiricists, but he doesn’t employ their standard terminologies.
I’ll leave it to others to access his accuracy. Accuracy of his information. Accuracy of his analysis.
