Attorney General Pam Bondi has been relieved of her duties as United States Attorney General.
[SOURCE]
Readers of CTH will likely not see this as a surprise. {Go Deep}
Pam Bondi was the second sequential cabinet level removal prediction we made after she was announced. {GO DEEP} The first person we predicted to be removed was National Security Advisor Mike Waltz.
Susie Wiles should be embarrassed {GO DEEP}.
I will share more later….

Sundance, perhaps you should give the President the rundown on true Constitutional attorneys that are not afraid of a good fight to preserve the Republic with integrity. It might help a great deal.
It is too easy to get happy about a decision to remove someone we feel is not up to the job, but we are not on the inside to see their battles with an entrenched DS workforce working against them.
Bondi was perhaps not the right person for the job, especially considering her friendship with such people under strong suspicion of illegal acts and allowing her friendship with them to influence her actions. I am surprised to know that she had a close relationship with an avowed enemy of President Trump. Who in the world was vetting these people?
If the assertion that Bondi that leaked to Swalwell about the FBI Investigation is true, I have to wonder if her botched release of the Epstein files was to protect people we now know were involved with Epstein? How many of them were her friends? It cost President Trump a great deal of his positive reputation. I have to say innocent until proven guilty at this point.
And NO Mr. President, please do not fire Tulsi Gabbard.
No doubt she is young and wants a high level political career for many years to come. Probably too much playing the DC game for Trump’s taste.
Pam’s 60, but yeah, looks younger (and great)
Yes… only in the powder room of FOX….. TomArm………
If you think Pam looks ‘great’, perhaps you should visit an optometrist. She has a very weak-looking visage.
There are countless tales of “early bloomers” dying young on the vine.
Trump is closing on 80 years old. Too many of the freshmen on his Team were under 40.
They certainly think they are capable.
The Kruger-Dunning thing….
AG Jeanine Pirro yesterday please!!!
Oooh, YES; Judge Jeanine for AG!!! 🙂
She went full pit bull against Judge Boasberg on his grand jury ruling.
The Senate would never approve, sadly.
She is already a US Attorney.. She has already been approved once..
Does that mean she does not have to go through the process again?
Unfortunately, no. All cabinet level positions have to go through confirmation for that specific position.
Oh, just slide her in. Don’t announce it. Congress can’t think critically enough to know something got by them.
What they don’t know won’t hurt them.
How long can a temp keep getting appointed and let it keep being Judge Jeanine if Senate won’t approve long term .
General Flynn would be a good 🖕to the swamp.
BETTER On the OUTSIDE
Like Bannon, Kash ( was ), Bongino ( was ), …
ROCK THROWERS Like ROCK THROWING
What are her chances of being confirmed? Nearly EVERY problem that our country faces seems to be unable to be fixed due to an obviously outrageously corrupt Senate. Judges, voting, intelligence, etc. All still in place due to the corrupt and blackmailed Senate that is unable to stand up to the corrupt Intelligence Branch. We could argue what comes first, corrupt Senate or corrupt Intelligence Branch, but our legal mechanism to fix these issues lies with the Senate, which is too corrupt to do the job. If the DOJ were to actually try cleaning this up, then they run into corrupt judges. What a mess!!! I pray God shows us mercy since I truly believe he is, and always was, our only hope.
What about Matt Whitaker he is the NATO embassador so he was approved by the senate already
and he already was in the DOJ as interim during Session time..
He was weak the last time. Pass.
On the other hand, Andrew Bailey is right across town at FBI.
Hopefully, Andrew Bailey is busy handling the election fraud investigation. If not, that would be unfortunate and I then agree he would make a good replacement for Bondi.
I don’t think Whitaker was ever senate approved.
He was only ‘acting’ for a period.
He is currently senate approves as Ambassador to NATO
What wonderful news to be rid of the bimbo who thinks she has a brain but never shows it? What made her think she could take the job and refuse to do the President’s bidding? Her inflated opinion of her looks bites her again.
Lee Seldom is being considered. I could go with him.
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/pam-bondi-already-fired-attorney-general-cabinet-official-teed-up-replacement-sources
<What made her think she could take the job and refuse to do the President’s bidding?>
There once was an AG named Bondi…
Who was also known as Pam Blondie.
Try as she might…
She was not up for the fight…
It’s hard to remember her fondly.
2 THUMBS UP !
Maybe she can run off with the man from Nantucket …
Lee Zeldin.
I seem to forget to look at what the “spell checker” does….
<I seem to forget to look at what the “spell checker” does….>
Lee seldom looks 🙂
Oh Hell no.
I think Whitaker was Swamp as well.
This. may be a matter of moving on to a new commander for a new mission. Bondi did a good job of cleaning out DOJ, getting rid of 2/3rds of the potentially problematic holdovers. This has to be part of the reason that prosecutions have been sparse or fizzled out, because there is a lack of personnel. She may simply not be the best fit for what comes next.
She got rid of people??? Like Patel has got rid of people???
Sorry. My memory was a bit faulty, but here is what I was working from, from Shipwreckedcrew:
“When Pres. Trump was inaugurated, the same number of court cases where the United States was plaintiff or defendant existed as was true during the final moments of the Biden Administration. But mass resignations from various parts of the Department of Justice had been ongoing for weeks as Obama/Biden Administration veterans were not interested in remaining in a DOJ that was certain to shift its enforcement priorities. Nowhere was this dramatic churning of the work force more evident than in the Civil Rights Division. Harmeet Dhillon, the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, had publicly discussed that the combination of resignations and terminations at the start of Trump 2.0 reduced the manpower in her Division by approximately 2/3 — from more than 400 to less than 150. But she had the same number of cases and investigations as did her Biden DOJ predecessor, along with a slate of new priorities for her Division to pursue with new investigations and initiatives to be launched.
This pattern repeated itself across nearly every litigating component of DOJ. My best recollection is that at full staffing DOJ has in the neighborhood of 7000 attorneys who have job responsibilities that actually take them into courts —- 4000 in U.S. Attorney’s Offices, and other 3000 in Main Justice. There are a few hundred others who deal primarily with policy matters and intergovernmental relationships.
Not only did the Bondi DOJ face the task of continuing representation in the thousands of civil and criminal cases already pending on Day One of Trump 2.0, they did so with dramatically reduced work force where replacements take months to bring on board. But before that process could even begin, new mid-level Supervisors had to be identified and appointed — they were to be in charge of the hiring process. So hiring the people who were going to be responsible for the hiring was necessary before staffing levels could begin to be built back up.
The turnover was unprecedented.”
Thanks much for that explanation. Good info to use by thinking persons.
some of this could be Trump hedging his bets. The senate and house are both looking iffy in Nov (by-design) and getting another AG approved by the democrat controlled senate would be impossible.
Getting a new one approved by the GOP senate might also be impossible unless Trump nominates Bill Barr.
Tillis, Paul, Cassidy, Murkowski and maybe a few more will automatically vote against any Trump nominee unless you bribe them with something big.
Politics, the art of the possible. Good calls.
Cassidy is running for re-election claiming to be JDT’s BFF. I guess he thinks we forgot about his vote on impeachment. He’s shameless
We know a swamp rat when we smell one, BK. I’m with you 100%!
cassidy is one of those rinos that the President promised us he would get rid of… Wouldn’t surprise me if Trump endorses cassidy…
I bet a really competent investigator could find incriminating dirt in the Tillis, Paul, Cassidy and Murkowski laundry bags . This dirt could be used to make them do the right thing.
If DJT nominates Barr we will truly know he’s slipped into dementia.
You think that’s cute? Fail.
double fail.
Hate to say “I told ‘ya so … ” … well, no I don’t.
Called this one from the get-go. My ONLY “real question” is WHY, why, oh why did POTUS (a.k.a. The Donald) nominate her in the 1st place … ???
Re Bondi: all one had to do is check out Blondi-Bondi’s “resume” accumulated since the Trayvon Martin-George Zimmerman Florida shooting fiasco and her many non-MAGA missteps since to realize she never was, never could be, and certainly proved herself a “lightweight”. Add on top she’s possibly compromised, and absolutely UNQUALIFIED for the position of U.S. AG …
And we’ve rid ourselves of the other “Botox Barbie-Doll” as well … BYE-BYE Kristi Noem — along w/ her “husband” (?) and her tag-along scum-bag “friend” Corey Lewandowski …
In summation: GOOD RIDDANCE ON BOTH COUNTS !! Just one man’s opinion … mine.
Now perhaps it’s time for Ms. Susie Wiles to go as well … ??
And the same most certainly applies to the people who put them up for POTUS consideration in the 1st place … ??
I would say there is not one person who has not made mis-steps, Trump himself comes to mind, but people change, and giving them a chance is part of PDJT’s nature. Marco, RFKJ, Vance, Gabbard, and many others have been influenced?, mentored?, by our President, the master, and sometimes the grasshopper flourishes and sometimes they don’t.
Do we think the leftist media will now criticize Trump for having more patience than many of us?
Sorry … Bondi should never have been appointed in the 1st place … same goes for Noem … THAT is the point. Ergo, all the rest is moot …
Both ladies merely confirmed that judgement call over the past year + …
AG and/or Homeland Security of the USA is not a place to “hire grasshoppers” nor for “on the job training” …
Sorry I didn’t put “grasshopper” in context. The old TV show Kung Fu was about the grasshopper exceeding the master before they could go out in the world. This could be the masters skills or fault or that of the apprentice. (another show where some Trump picks did well but others flopped) Either way, it’s over.
Roger that, Brother … gotcha’ now … stay safe.
Being the token “conservative” on the View, is an “important new job in the private sector.”
AS I see it POTUS needs a tough street fighter type AT in place before the midterm elections. First to monitor/enforce election integrity and second to defend him if the Dems take Congress and initiate the inevitable impeachment process again. Many Republicans in this region seem complacent and not engaged. They will be sorry come November if this trend continues.
The B1 bridge in Karaj, which was still under construction, was set to form part of a major highway connecting the region with Tehran, the Iranian cap
GOOD RIDDANCE.
since the cynic in me does not believe much other justice will come of this, at least fix all the 2A fq ups that this DOJ has failed to address.
It is the election season, some things are require pro forma to keep 100% of the people, 100% happy 100% of the time.
This is tough job. Do what you need to do President Trump.
The Republic is well worth saving and I think everyone sane still knows that. We have your back, and Bondi you stepped in at the last minute and faced down one hell of a job in a very hostile camp. No one could get this 100% right, but you get a good B+.
It might be a little more of 100% of the people that committed treason, are still on the talk show and cocktail circuit.
Bravo to firing Blondie….BUT…….
Supposedly Tulsi Gabbard is next on the list. If Trump fires her he has destroyed any hope of reforming this despicable 4th branch of evil. This administration and our President is getting played, pushed into decisions by the cabals running the dark world.
Bondi was a horrible hire, should have been gone long ago. Gabbard is courageously fighting the full throated monsters lurking behind the walls of power. Fire her and Trump will never get a handle on this nation’s biggest enemy.
This administration and our President is getting played, pushed into decisions by the cabals running the dark world.
So, was getting rid of a non performer Trumps decision or did the cabal play him into doing it?
Your perspective frames the answer. If she was truly a tool, a feckless leader of a critical agency (IMO she was), he sure kept her a long time (despite such pathetic performance). I suspect the cabal was perfectly glad to have her stay on, keeping the DOJ weak and ineffective. So, who was supporting her to President Trump? Wiles of course, but who else?
Ultimately her doom was sealed by a single act that pissed Trump off. I’m sure he was getting some unfiltered guidance with Suzie being away, but it is these incidents that often cause Trump to act. Now he’s pissed at Tulsi for not kicking Joe in the bag? Come on Mr. President…don’t become the old man on the porch. Deep state has been gunning for Tulsi. Do NOT listen to their pleadings.
Oh, and tell Miss Lindsey to get lost.
it would be better send ms.Linda .on facts finding mission to Iran/Ukraine….
Totally agree. Tulsi should stay where right where she is. Not a chance anyone else will be able to do as well as she has been doing, and a sudden change would eat up too much precious time getting someone new up to where she is now, if that is even possible.
Reports are that PT is unhappy about Tulsi not doing something about Kent, but not sure how true those reports are. Other reports said he was about to be fired when he suddenly quit, so maybe she was doing something about him? The federal govt is full of duplicitous people like Kent and discovering and dealing with them is not easy. Whatever the truth is, Kent is gone and everyone should move past that issue. Tulsi needs to stay.
If Trump fires Tulsi he will deserve to lose the midterms and be impeached…
I wish Rick Grenell would get a top position.
Perhaps Rick HAS a “top position” behind the scenes.
The first needle in Bondi’s prickly haystack was her utter botching of the release of the Epstein files but the second, and biggest, needle, the one with the barb on the point is Trump’s belief that Pammy tipped off Eric Swalwell about the FBI’s plan to release documents related to his coochie-coo relationship with a Chinese spy. The most probably motive for Bondi doing this is her long-standing friendship with Swalwell.
But what could be more damning, in Trump’s eyes at least, than a Republican AG with a long-standing friendship with a prevaricating cretin like Swalwell!
I’d like to see a triangle shaped desk with a name placard that says “Temporary Attorney General of the United States”. Each side of the desk is occupied by a MAGA Bulldog and when one’s temporary term is over, the placard slides over to the next person and then just keep going around and around the desk until President Trump’s time in office ends. In essence, we would have three AGs’. I’m sure the people here could easily chose the three.
this x100.
it can be done without senate BS… “hey, the interim deputy owner or the next guy down the list, he is in charge until the senate confirms someone” – just make sure the next guy down is solid
I had hoped that Louie Gohmert was going to get her position. President Trump always said he had to hold Louie back, he was a bulldog.
Lee Zeldin
I agree, Tess. And it appears that Lee Zeldin has been keeping a fairly low profile lately, considering his position. Low profile means less flak coming your way, which is good if you are in line for a new, more important job.
Barack Obama wanted only Yes Men, like Erick Holder, his Wing Man.
I lived in Florida when she was Attorney General.
I was surprised and disappointed Trump picked her. Not surprised she’s gone.
Hopefully she will drop by Fox on her way out and take Headbanger Hannity with her. Country Music Kash and and Wiles to complete a grand slam indeed. No one on earth throws more strikes than Sundance!
The brightest shining lights of the Trump 47 administration have been Marco Rubio, Tulsi Gabbard, and to some extent, Scott Bessent.
If Tulsi Gabbard is fired or is forced to resign, the damage done to the America First agenda could prove fatal, simply because the MAGA voter base will believe — with good reason — it has been betrayed yet once again by the Republicans and will not show up to vote in November.
And Zeldin. He has killed the global warming crowd.
And Greer
He learned well from his sensei, Robert Lighthizer.
The Nice words from VSG Trump help the change feel calm, respectful, and orderly, like one good helper finishing her job and another one taking over
’bout time, Mr. President.
Keep up the offensive! MAGA forever!
only if well nourished Susie W allow it……
WHAT!!!???? You mean actively campaigning around the country for Mitt Romney while AG of Florida and being on Mitt Romney’s short list for VP wasn’t the proper curriculum vitae template for cleaning up the Deepstate? I’m shocked. SHOCKED, I tell you.
Loyal friend? Yeah. Effective patriot? Not so much.
Adam is going be schiffting his pants when he hears this news.
Did Blondi tip of FangFang’s BF?
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-15701769/Trump-told-Pam-Bondi-YOURE-FIRED-Epstein-cabinet-bloodbath-rumor-sends-shockwaves-Washington.html
The swamp runs deep….
Father God, YOU know people’s TRUE hearts and motives. Expose the rats and thwart their plans…turn their evil back on their heads. Strengthen and find YOUR warriors, give them YOUR wisdom and YOUR courage and help them succeed to turn this mess around like only YOU can. We need YOU and we love YOU. In your Son’s name, Jesus!
Amen
I believe getting rid of Pam Bondi is what President Trump’s MAGA base wanted and that he knew that.
So if he is in tune with his base, he will keep Tulsi. If Tulsi is removed he may believe many people will lose heart and confidence in him.
One thing is for sure, don’t do what President Trumps wants you to do and then you be gone!
America’s greats problem is DC. No matter who is running one of those agencies if they are not there the system continues and that is a real problem.
Great news. A loyal soldier is nothing if they’re incompetent.
I’d like to see Trump cut a deal to get Ken Paxton in as AG. He drops senate race in exchange for confirmation and save act.
No … The citizens of Texas need Ken Paxton as their Senator. The nation needs Ken Paxton in the Senate. If the traitor Republicans in the Senate refuse to confirm an aggressively anti Deep State AG nominee, then manage the DOJ from the White House using a suitably active virtual AG operating through an interim Acting AG at the department.
Paxton seems dodgy to me. Plus, nothing good has ever come out of Texas.
We heard it from you Jane..already…..
Audie Murphy was a Texan… as were:
James Arness – Before becoming famous as Marshal Matt Dillon on the TV show “Gunsmoke,” James Arness served in the U.S. Army’s 3rd Infantry Division during WWII
Chester W. Nimitz: Born in Fredericksburg, he served as Commander in Chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet.
Doris Miller: Born in Waco, he was a USS West Virginia crewman who manned anti-aircraft guns during the Pearl Harbor attack.
James Earl Rudder: Commanded the 2nd Ranger Battalion on D-Day.
Harlon Block: A Marine from Yorktown, Texas who was one of the flag-raisers in the Iwo Jima photograph.
Roy Benavidez: El Campo native who received the Medal of Honor for valor in Vietnam.
Juan Seguín: Commander of a Tejano Militia unit at the Battle of San Jacinto.
John Bell Hood: Renowned Confederate general.
Oveta Culp Hobby: First director of the Women’s Army Auxiliary Corps (WAAC).
President Dwight D. Eisenhower: Born in Denison, he was the Supreme Allied Commander in Europe during WWII.
Just a few of the Texans to whom you owe an apology…
Yeah, that idea might still be in play. Can only hope and pray we get a real uncompromised “we the people” representative this time.
F. Lee Bailey. Never mind, he’s dead.
He would do at least as good a job as Bondi did.
Famous as the author of “Sue The Bastards”.
I read his book, took his advice, sued EXXON,… and won my claim in 1974 after their company owned gas station ruined my wife’s Buick LeSabre’s engine in Nashville,… they forgot to tighten the claps on the bottom radiator hose after adding coolant,…. overheated on I-40 to NOLA and blew! Exxon was # 1 on the fortune 500 list that year. Thanks to F. Lee Bailey.
As one who has hoped that AG Bondi would surprise the country with big power moves to bring indictments, as always, I trust President Trump’s judgment in this. I look forward to an AG appointment of someone totally MAGA who is also a fearless and powerful prosecution-oriented AG and one that can get confirmed. 🇺🇸
I see it as being unlikely that the traitor Republicans in the Senate will confirm an aggressively anti Deep State AG nominee. Assuming this is how things shake out, then Trump should manage the DOJ from the White House using a suitably active virtual AG operating through an interim Acting AG at the department.
Bondi always was a politically oriented character.
President Trump and this nation need a superior legal mind and a doer, not someone who is centered in the political side of things.
That sounds like Lee Zeldin; he’s been great at the EPA.
I read in one of the articles that Bondi had her nose in the FBI investigation of Swalwell and even tipped off Swalwell.
That is pure politics and not smart at all.
Good riddance Blondi. You’ll have plenty of time for the Faux News appearances.
I do like Lee Zeldin. A good man.
Not mean enough for the job, though? Guessing here.
He’s been highly effective at the EPA. Maybe effective is better than mean?
Something is tickling my brain that Zeldin was targeted by the Biden regime.
Found it, he was one in the DOJ/Jack Smith targeting documents.
“Newly reported DOJ documents, first obtained Tuesday by Fox News, show the scope extended to former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, and Reps. Brian Babin, R-Texas, and Andy Biggs, R-Ariz.
Also included were now-EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin, who was then a GOP lawmaker, and former Reps. Mo Brooks, Matt Gaetz, Paul Gosar, Louie Gohmert and Jody Hice.”
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/unearthed-docs-reveal-more-names-targeted-biden-dojs-fishing-expedition
When Zeldin represented the 1st Congressional District in NY state (eastern Long Island).
He is mean. He destroyed the global warming crowd.
Lee needs to get the flouride out of the drining water damaing our children’s brains…still there.
Didn’t JFK Jr to that already?
Nope…not yet anyway. Must not be a priority.
Susie needs to go, not Tulsi. IMHO.
Perhaps they need a strong man who not only can take a punch but give back and even more powerful punch each time.
Ted Cruz talks a lot of bravado, can get approved, and wants the supreme court, but, maybe not. He took a lot of punches in 2016 primary, he does punch back, but….
Paxton is available but that’s a no for confirmation.
Cruz is actively working against Trump at this very moment.
Exactly. That’s why putting people in a position where they can further their goal should change their approach. If Cruz wants on the SC, he must perform as AG and not go against PDJT who does the appointing.
Word on the street is that she was suspected of having leaked the ongoing investigation on swalwell to him. Never should have been the AG in the first place. A complete failure.
I spoke with the wise old owl….said Trump fired Bondi..
he said who.
So I explained, he then said…that was wise….
I then said rumour has it Tulsi may be next,,,,,,,
he said that would be very un-wise move,
I agreed,was a good talk.
BLESSING to YOU FRIEND
NOW to The PRESIDENT’s EAR May the OWL’s WISE WORDS GO !
Sessions, Barr, and now Bondi, all duds. Trump’s track record for picking attorney generals is dismal. Will he finally get it right the fourth time?
Harriet Hageman
We could be so lucky.
Good choice, but we need her in the Senate more I think.
Maybe she will be put in charge of the Presidential Library 😄
What are we about to find out about Bondi’s husband? What’s he into?
Hopefully not the same things Kristi Noem’s husband was into, if you get my drift.
Well…buhbye
Blondi was never tough enough or man enough for the job…we need and expect a bull dog and so does Potut.
Susie Wiles is next…
Sessions, Barr, Bondi. Strike three. Swamp is running out the clock.
Good news, just about 1 year too late, but better later than never!
Funny how the staff picked picked for competence have turned out to be so much more loyal than the ones picked for loyalty.
Bravo!! People who are chosen because of a past history of “sucking up” are often the first ones to turn when things get uncomfortable, while the people who are actually principled are the best ones to have on your team, regardless of whether or not they “like” you (or vice versa)!
I think most of Trumps questionable choices (not his) for his cabinet are starting to rear their incompetent heads. Remember , the Globalists do not pick for talent and matched positions of strength. They pick for their needs. They honestly think ANYONE can fill ANY position. That’s why their candidates fail. Reaching for the next rung on the ladder to complete incompetence.
I saw a post mentioning Alina Habba. Idk if she qualifies etc.?
It is likely one of Trumps personal lawyers will be seen as just that. Probably a no for Collins, Murkowski, etc.
Unfortunately, President Trump is 0 for 3 on AG picks, counting both administrations. If only Matt Gaetz could have survived the nomination process, then maybe we could have gotten the “bulldog” needed to clean up the mess that is the DOJ.
He could be acting.
Todd Blanche is Deep State. Why doesn’t the President realize who this man is?
Fraid but from what I remember, you’re right.
Won’t be “his” selection, if he is picked.
which one…6’3″ orig…..or 5’10” ??????Lorraine …
