Anybody see this? Iranian-Americans march in downtown D.C. in support of the U.S. military operation in the gulf.
Cant say I’m surprised that nobody in legacy media is covering it.
Allot support among the various Iranian Emigre communities in the US and abroad … waiting to see if this translates to anything inside Iran.
Then again … I still believe the Mullahs caught in the picture at the Toronto International Airport 3-weeks ago were actually members of the current regime sent to Canada to set up a shadow Government as a back-up to the current Regime members remaining in Iran.
The interesting thing is the Pro-Regime protests in the UK and US … these are being conducted and funded for the larger part by NON-Iranians.
I’ve known I few Persians over the years. Everyone was very secular and absolutely hated the Iranian regime. This does not surprise me at all.
Hope the name changes back to Persia. Can’t sing a Beach Boys song to that.
“As of April 20, 2026, the U.S. Army has officially raised its maximum enlistment age from 35 to 42 for the Regular Army, Army Reserve, and Army National Guard. This change is part of an updated regulation (Army Regulation 601–210) intended to expand the recruiting pool and align Army standards with the Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard, which all have a maximum age of 42.”
I see a heckuva lot of perfectly eligible men and women in that large crowd… they should make plans now to avoid the rush!
I’m not surprised, we’re living longer and living healthier than earlier generations.
Well-l-l-l-l-lll … by now, when “[X] supporters ‘flood’ [Y], just in time for the cameras and in a matter of days,” I do not anymore think: “Organic!”
Really doesn’t matter what “cause” it is, anymore.
The minute Trump starts destroying civilian infrastructure in Iran those demonstrations will turn into protests. They will view those attacks as attacks against the innocent Iranian people. DO you really think the regime cares about the Iranian people? This would be a bad move on part of the USA.

🚨 HOLY CRAP! The Trump DOJ has now referred tens of THOUSANDS of potential non-citizens on state voter rolls for investigation
AAG HARMEET DHILLON: “There are quite a few people on the rolls illegally AND WHO VOTED! Democrats tell us it never happens, it absolutely happens!”
Cont…
And a lot more who were “voted” by corrupt Soros Election Officials!
Hey, Jena!
Oh and let us not forget the voting machines…..ya know they are not connected to the internet. Wink, wink!
Election officials could call Dominion to have them fix issues remotely, i.e., via the Internet.
“fix issues”? Like the outcome is not what the officials want?
Yes that issue too can be fixed remotely.
😂😂😂
They play games with the word “Internet” to exclude things like an internal state “Intranet” or a Verizon hot spot, VPN, etc. These machines are definitely connected to a network and remotely accessible, despite the hand waiving around the word “Internet.”
Algorithmic voting is the machine rule and absolutely criminal.
Germany planning mass deportation?
They think they are going to give up free income, free food, free medical, free education, free housing and go back to a war torn hell hole? Good luck with that.
Didn’t it take 700 years the last time?
Yes, and we no longer have the Kights of the Round Table to chase out the moors…
The free shiz train is exactly why we have so many willing to come and even risk imprisonment. NGOs drive the recruitment.
My reaction exactly.
Anything to tamp down support for the AfD.
Bingo!
Syria says they will take their refugees back from Germany…
yes… they sooooo democratic, religious tolerant ,peaceful goverment they will rush to go back….
That’s good news for Europe, but now the same thing has to happen here, and it’s the most critical long-term problem we have. All Muslims have to be removed – ALL. And all mosques have to be dismantled, and none ever admitted or built again.
And there’s more to the Palm Beach County election than reported:
PALM BEACH COUNTY FORTRESS OF ELECTION INSECURITY
Why Did Nobody Notice a Missing Encrypted Election Key for Eight Days?
Same office. Same supervisor. Same pattern. Wendy Link’s elections office is already facing six separate legal actions from three different plaintiffs across four election cycles, accused of backdating computers to 1984, altering federal election records, physically assaulting observers, and obstructing discovery. Now her volunteer is in handcuffs. When does the forensic audit start?
What they found should concern every voter in America.
Deputies recovered a stolen encrypted access key from a voter registration terminal, along with what the Sheriff’s Office described as “a substantial amount of electronic and digital storage devices.” Panicci was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail and booked on charges of grand theft and property crimes involving the taking or damaging of computer equipment. At his first court appearance on Sunday morning, a judge ordered him to have no contact with the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Office and set bond at $6,000.
The theft occurred on March 19, during a volunteer training session at the elections office at 4301 Cherry Road in West Palm Beach. Five days later, on March 24, the special election for Florida House District 87 was held. Five days after that, on March 27, the elections office finally reported the equipment missing.
Let that timeline sink in.
The key was stolen five days before the election. The theft was not reported until three days after the election. That is an eight-day gap in the chain of custody of sensitive election infrastructure.
The March 24 special election results demand scrutiny independent of the Panicci arrest.
On March 24, 2026, in a low-turnout special election (28.82% voter turnout, 33,470 ballots cast out of 116,128 registered voters), Democrat Emily Gregory defeated Republican Jon Maples 17,113 to 16,316. That is a swing of approximately 21 points from the 2024 performance, in an election where roughly 13,000 of the 33,470 ballots were cast by mail.
Nearly 39% of all ballots in this election were vote-by-mail. That is relevant because vote-by-mail integrity is the central issue in the active litigation against the woman who administered this election: Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Wendy Sartory Link.
The Panicci arrest did not occur in a vacuum. It occurred in an elections office that is the subject of what may be the most concentrated litigation campaign against any single Supervisor of Elections in Florida history. At minimum, six separate legal actions involving at least three different plaintiffs, spanning the 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024 election cycles, have been brought against Wendy Sartory Link or her office.
The mainstream press has treated each of these cases as isolated, disconnected events. They are not. Taken together, they reveal a pattern of conduct that is consistent across years: obstruct discovery, deny public records, alter evidence when cornered, and use taxpayer money to litigate against the citizens who catch you.
This is not a sequence of isolated incidents. This is the operational signature of an elections office that operates outside the law, obstructs anyone who notices, and retaliates against anyone who asks questions.

********************************************
Mail in ballots again rear their fraudulent head. Where is DeSantis? Election integrity was one of his re-election platforms. Palm Beach County is an election fraud machine that has been unaccountable to its citizens and has gotten away with election law violations for almost a decade. With six current lawsuits against it coupled with the recent encryption key theft election integrity questions need answering.
More detail relating to the lawsuits and timelines of questionable elections are at link.
The prize was the same as the FBI’s: Mar-a-Lago.
Palm Beach County has a history of election fraud going back decades. In the 2000 elections Palm Beach County was the county that due to its butterfly ballots resulted in the litigation of Gore v. Bush. The claim was that these ballots gave Pat Buchanan 3,704 ballots he shouldn’t have received, which Gore claimed was due to ‘ballot misdirection’ that cost Gore 2,000 votes and gave Bush Florida by 537 votes. This lead to the infamous HAVA creating the voting machine nightmare we have now.
As I asked up thread where is DeSantis? Does he approve of the election results? He has done nothing relating to election integrity and this incident happened under his watch. Palm Beach County is one of the dirtiest election ‘machines’ in the country and they do election fraud with impunity.
I voted in Palm Beach for the 2000 “election”.
The Palm Beach Supervisor of Elections
Had a table in the actual voting room to register illegals to vote.
An illegal coming in to vote was directed to that table where they were “registered” to vote and then handed a ballot…
All of this crap you hear about illegals don’t vote in Florida is Bull Shite of the Nth degree of Magnitude.
And the reaction of the election office in Broward County: “amateurs”.
Meatball is dreaming of 2028
And still we hear not a word about voiding an obviously corrupt election.
What do they care if one person gets arrested, they got the win didn’t they?
This would end the Desert Bandit Regime’s very reason for existence – to steal Iran’s oil wealth,
(and build enough missiles to defend their pirate den).
Blackrock & company would get the rebuilding contracts, of course, same as Ukraine – but as I understand it, Trump is taking Iran and its missiles OUT of Israel’s hands.
I demonstrate: we didn’t “take” Venezuela’s oil; it is dedicated to a sovereign wealth fund to rebuild Venezuela.
Trump is not an “invade to extract” pirate like the Neocons or financialists have made us for the last 60 years; instead, he gets a country back on its feet, decaptitating enough of the old regime to force the remainder to abdicate, but leaving enough bureaucrats in place to keep things running until new elections can be held. If they want to live, they’ll just be switching their loyalties to new bosses now – ones who are simply normally corrupt rather than outright murderous.
We won’t need “boots on the ground” invasion of Iran – the Artesh (Iranian Army/National Guard) and the Immortal Guard (patriot minutemen, civilians with family members in the Army) will hold things together, distributing food, water, supplies, security, keeping the roads open and the lights on, while they and the people mop up the remnants of the Ayatollah’s private army, the IRGC, and the Basiji, foreign troops brought in as street thugs.
How do we know this? America and Israel only targeted IRGC and Basiji facilities; the Artesh remains untouched – that means the National Guard is ready to go. They are seething with resentment because the smug, privileged IRGC gangsters have spat upon and starved the Army corpsmen for 5 decades – the Ayatollah and his mullah gang bosses couldn’t trust the citizenry, so they created a palace guard – that palace guard is the IRGC.
The Islamic Regime is basically Cartel Middle East, occupying a secular Zoroastrian nation (just as we are a secular Christian nation, i.e. formed by Christian culture.)
The Regime has been strip-mining the nation for decades; we froze the money that belonged to the people of the nation and their previous legitimate government, of which Obama and Biden gave $250 million to the Regime to build more “mostly peaceful” missiles…to defend the hated Regime.
What Marines do is take and hold beachfront; they will take Kharg Island, holding the 90% if the Regime’s income hostage, just as the Islamics are holding the Gulf hostage. Artesh and the Immortals stand ready to stabilize the country through transition until elections can be held.
There is an upper bound to how far the price of oil can go; it is nowhere near 2008’s $147 per barrel price; the actual damage to the world supply of oil, LNG, or fertilizers is about 1/5 of what the doom mongers portray. The new sheriff in town is taking the Gulf and making it ours.
Hormuz is not “closed”, it is only closed by Trump so he can break the City of London’s grip on commodity pricing and maritime insurance intelligence, the LBMA and JPMorgan’s grip on precious metals and bank collateral, and the Brussel EU/NATO dictators’ grip on Europe and the Anglosphere – why?
Because the people intent on destroying European civilization – which includes us and our brother nations – WILL. NOT. STOP with their mad schemes until they are stopped.
This is a priority far above any domestic quagmire, none of which will change until the world wreckers themselves are broken. To do so, the Trump Chessboard has been brilliantly laid and played to finally end the Devil’s Chessboard of the corrupt, rotten 20th Century order.
The idea of bilateral deals, targeted tariffs, and sovereign wealth funds is to return the world to sovereign nations, rather than the hideous globalist Tower of Babel. We tried that and it is a disaster that is killing us. Trump, unlike the fools before him and their masters, leaves countries intact, on their feet, and funtioning well enough so we don’t have to come back.
1000 likes.
I would add that President Trump works for people also because he values them. The “hedious globalists” think people except for themselves are pond scum and they treat us accordingly.

Do you know what is worse than the Governor of CA? The nitwits who believe his BS.
Being a white man in the Democrat party, you have to be a victim of some kind to be deemed a legitimate candidate. He’s a pathetic con.

…
CIA brought her over.
Checks out.
Does Somaliland have a death penalty? Maybe she could be deported to El Salvador – President Bukele has a female gang members’ division of C-COT, yes?
Either way, yes or no… imo, that’s the place for her & her family & “husbandS” – let them live out their lives dealing with whatever ensues in that prison system. It seems to be highly effective & efficient containment system.
That almost has to be the case. The republicans have never shown any interest in investigating her or taking any action against her. But they’ll sure turn on their own for far less serious reasons.
“Obama Justice Department refused to investigate” and the current DOj is going to do something about it???🤣🤣🤣

🚨 JUST IN: The Senate GOP is reportedly DONE negotiating with Democrats and will move to fund ICE for THREE YEARS in budget reconciliation, which only needs 50 votes and JD Vance
“We’re taking this off the table.” — Sen. Hoeven
Cont and video…
I thought ICE was already funded for 3 years under the Big Beautiful bill.
What the hell is going on here?
Operations were not funded. In the bill the senate passed the other day, it explicitly rejected funding for the ICE/CBP operations, effectively ending detentions and deportations.
ICE has continued operations largely uninterrupted due to advanced, multi-year funding provided by this law.
Passed in 2025 under President Trump, the OBBBA allocated approximately $75 billion to ICE over four years, insulating the agency from short-term government shutdowns or funding lapses. This provision was specifically designed to ensure continuity in immigration enforcement regardless of annual budget negotiations.
So the operations were funded and there is no need to fund it for three years again since that Senate bill they passed in the dead of night terminating funding is now dead in the water. So this bs about funding it for 3 years is superfluous, since the OBBBA is still in effect.
Interesting. All bs to put on election flyers.
Great. Now if they could only show the same urgency with the Save America Act.

White House anti-fraud task force Vice Chair Andrew Ferguson said federal fraud protection systems for Medicare and Medicaid were turned off during the Biden administration and outlined ongoing efforts to assess the scope of the issue and restore safeguards across agencies.
“And that’s one of the first things we’re trying to get a handle on is How bad did it get? Why did it get that way? Who is responsible for that and what have we done to at least turn those systems back on?” he said.
So it’s still not fixed… Uniparty funding channel.

“Ferguson responded that explanations provided at the time referenced pandemic-related concerns but said the systems remained inactive beyond that period.
“You’re going to have to ask them. The excuse that I often heard at the beginning was that they turned it off because of covid, and they didn’t want people in covid Not to get money that they were entitled to, but they just kept it off,” Ferguson said.

The conversation also covers Iran’s nuclear program, Pakistan’s role, and the possibility of a U.S. ground invasion.

Gay Days at Walt Disney World is an unofficial, third-party organized LGBTQ+ event that traditionally takes place in June, culminating on the first Saturday of the month. I remember when DJT PROMISED to cease the taxation of Social Security benefits.
He didn’t.
And the $6000 temporary tax deduction didn’t save me a dime, either.
Why did he break his promise? Why did he make a BIG DEAL over a temporary deduction that fails to provide ANY relief for so many of us?
Congress did not eliminate taxation of Social Security benefits primarily due to Senate budget reconciliation rules, specifically the Byrd Rule, which prohibits using reconciliation bills to make significant changes to Social Security programs. This procedural hurdle made it impossible to include a full repeal of Social Security taxation in President Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill” (OBBB), despite campaign promises to do so.
And don’t expect this lame Congress to take it up in a separate bill.
This excuse does not pass muster …. the republicans control the rules committee.
Plus, there were republicans in congress who did NOT support the President’s proposal. they expressed their opposition before hiding behind the rules BS.
I think he was not legally able to do it if I remember correctly. I think it would have to come from Congress.
..he should not do endless talk about how he end soc.security taxation….
The new 2025 Trump tax law raised the standard deduction and created a $6,000 senior deduction, but it didn’t change anything in how Social Security is taxed
Social Security is still taxable just as before.
One Big Beautiful Bill Act created a new $6,000 senior deduction, available only from 2025 through 2028, to seniors 65 and older during those years.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re receiving Social Security or not. It doesn’t matter whether you’re even eligible for Social Security or not.
https://thefinancebuff.com/social-security-taxed-2025-trump-tax-law.html
Here is a simple calculator everyone can use
https://thefinancebuff.com/social-security-taxable-calculator.html
There is more to the story than described above.
Need to add, that to have enough “republican” congressional votes to pass the 2025 Tax Act … the President was forced by “republican” members of congress to REMOVE the proposed elimination of taxes on Social Security benefits. The $6,000/recipient per family (no matter Federal tax filing status) was a compromise. In fact part of the compromise added by “republican members of congress” was a means test that would reduce the $6,000 deduction based income.
Thune and McConnell as well as their “republican” buddies made that.
Republicans control the rules committee … and McConnell chairs the rules committee .. in his 24 years as republican senate lead 2000-2024 he never failed to get the republican votes he needed .. enough said.
But they had no problem giving Somalis (and others) a trillion dollars for fraud.
The $6,000 deduction starts to phase out at $75,000 of income for singles and $150,000 for married filing jointly. It’s completely phased out at $175,000 for singles and $250,000 for married filing jointly, so a lot of people will see a reduced benefit, or none at all.
Your beef is with the GOP congress. Remember how much they stalled and then put an expiration date on tax cuts during President Trump’s first term?
If you are looking to make money…..

Lets all appreciate that one of the very few ways that the commies haven’t wrecked our Republic is the very large variances in state and local tax policies. “… Yesterday, the president sat down with a UK Financial Times reporter to answer pointed questions about his grand strategy. “My favorite thing,” Trump said, in what may be the most quintessentially Trump sentence in recorded modern history, “is to take the oil in Iran.”
He added that “some stupid people back in the U.S.” keep asking him why, but helpfully clarified that “they’re stupid people.” The FT highlighted the paragraph with Trump’s “stupid people” quote, politely using highlighter ink to indicate derision. He should talk more like Keir Starmer.

“… If we actually had a king, things would be very different. For one thing, we would all have to wear pantaloons. (The Pantaloons would, by the way, be an excellent name for a folk music band. Just saying.)
But alas, there were no pantaloons on Saturday. Instead, there was a lot of chanting, some of it explicit. Explicit chanting is how you know a political movement is legitimate. If you just stand there quietly holding a sign that says “I AM UPSET,” people might mistake you for a guy waiting for his wife outside Ikea. You have to chant. Explicitly.

They were united in their anger about many things. Like immigration, the situation in Iran, and the fact that we are not a communist autocracy. You could tell they were serious because of the sheer volume of artisanal signage. The real winner this weekend was not Democracy; it was Big Sharpie.

I carefully observed some of the coverage in trad-media. One protester —who was wearing a $400 Patagonia jacket, which is the official uniform of the Oppressed— was yelling into a megaphone about how we are currently living in a brutal dictatorship.
This is a fascinating type of dictatorship. It is the kind of dictatorship where you can organize a massive, highly publicized public rally to yell at the dictator, and the dictator’s police force actually blocks off traffic so you can yell more safely.
In historical dictatorships, like the ones run by actual kings, traffic control was generally handled by guys with halberds, and the penalty for yelling at the king was that your head was relocated to a spike.
But modern oppression is different. Modern oppression means you have to march for three miles in high heels, take a selfie for Instagram to prove you are on the Right Side of History, and then try to find a bathroom that doesn’t require you to buy a $9 latte to get the door code.

Transferring federal subsidies to Americans rather than to mega-corporations would seem to be something that anti-kings types would love. But they can’t decide. One commenter to the article sarcastically demanded, “You want to bypass insurance companies, great, but where would people get healthcare insurance? Hot dog stands?”
Um. Trump’s idea seems to be that subsidized Americans could buy as much or as little insurance as they want, using other people’s money. But progressives spend the first half of their day complaining that Trump is making his friends rich, and the second half demanding that he keep sending billions to giant corporations. Make it make sense.

Reported by Dr. Mercola in his newsletter, here’s an article about a new monitoring sysstem the FDA just released. Apparently the system gives you up-to-date information in one source. Besides drugs and vaccines, it includes cosmetics and other products.
“The FDA’s new AI-powered Adverse Event Monitoring System (AEMS) lets you see drug and vaccine side effects in real time, giving you faster access to safety information before making health decisions.”

Is this a replacement for VAERS? (Assuming I remembered the acronym correctly…)
Anything, including a bunch of PostIts on a white board, would be an improvement on that dinosaur of a system.
I just hope the AI doesn’t add a GIGO factor… But it sounds like a great step forward. Dr. Mercola is to be congratulated.
Suffering succotash – the people can have their voices heard and the media/government can no longer control the information and ideas shared among the people. The horror of it all!

Marine Le Pen’s anti-immigration, eurosceptic National Rally (RN) party is on the rise and hopes to win the country’s top job in next year’s presidential election.
During this month’s polls to elect mayors, the far-right party notched wins in small and mid-sized towns, even though it failed to take any major urban centres.
Far-right mayors in several towns wasted no time in taking down the EU flags.
“Out with the European flags at the town hall! Make way for the French flags,” Christophe Barthes, the mayor of the southern town of Carcassonne, said on X on Sunday.

More “far right” nonsense. I am guessing these mayors are slightly to the right of the middle of the road. In other words, they have common sense.

Evanston ought to use the money for sending people to NU….if they have enough to do that…the free money thing, why not NU educations? “For a band like the Stones, the States is a critical market, so anything that interferes with that would be hugely damaging. That’s why people close to them are taking this seriously – it’s not just a war of words, there’s a concern about tangible consequences for the group’s touring future.”
A spokesperson for the Rolling Stones reiterated the band’s position, stating the use of Gimme Shelter was agreed through standard licensing channels and did not involve the band members in any creative or political endorsement of the film.“

“Stygian comes to us (by way of Latin stygius and Greek stygios) from Styx, the name of the principal river in Hades, the underworld of the dead in Greek mythology. This is the river over which Charon the boatman was said to ferry the spirits of the dead; the Greeks and Romans would place a coin in the mouth or hand of the deceased to serve as fare.
It is also the river by which the gods swore their most binding oaths, according to the epics of Homer. English speakers have been using stygian to mean “of or relating to the river Styx” since the early 16th century. From there the meaning broadened to describe things that are as dark, dreary, and menacing as one might imagine Hades and the river Styx to be.”

Yes… they made drugging glamorous & really really hip – I think that was their main contribution to Human/ pop culture; that song for instance is all about being high one night, hallucinating & waking up in the morning someplace else with tickets for illegal parking…

Not singing intelligible lyrics was part of their schtick – and the subliminal nature of their ‘drugging-is-cool-&-so-much-fun’ impact.
Remember very recently… the nasty rabbit guy at the super bowl – sang a full-on pornographic song that nobody could understand & that was just fine & he got zero repercussion? BIG middle finger to US;
Same kind of deal.
I liked a couple of their songs, but was never a big fan of the rolling stones; less now.
Dissing FLOTUS after – BECAUSE – she paid them homage AND money to include their song in her documentary…

No Kings – Except for Hamas
Pro-Hamas and Anti-Authoritarian… ironic, no?
Since 2023, two massive waves of street protests have swept across America. The first came after Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023, triggering pro-Islamic terror rallies on campuses and city streets nationwide. The second is the “No Kings” movement—huge anti-Trump demonstrations that have drawn millions of people since mid-2025. On the surface, these movements have different goals. But a closer look at the organizers, their funding networks, and the boots on the ground reveals that the same forces are behind both.
When you map out the organizations behind both movements, a clear pattern emerges. Groups like CODEPINK, the ANSWER Coalition, Students for Justice in Palestine, and the Party for Socialism and Liberation were central players in the post-10/7 campus protests—and those same groups have shown up as formal contingents inside No Kings rallies. They organized “Palestine Solidarity Contingents” and “Palestine Labor Solidarity” blocs, waved Palestinian flags, and chanted pro-Islamic terror slogans alongside anti-Trump messaging. In some cities, SJP chapters even co-organized local No Kings events with Democratic-aligned groups. The mainstream No Kings organizers—Indivisible, MoveOn, labor unions have welcomed these groups. The funding ecosystem also overlaps, with progressive donor networks supporting both causes: terrorism and Leftism.

Does defense mean “inconclusive”?
If the results of the ballistic forensics were “inconclusive” it doesn’t mean it was connected to the gun or not connected to the gun. Inconclusive results happen in 20% of the cases. But a recent study that i saw indicated a much higher probability that inconclusive is more likely to indicate it was fired from a different gun than the same gun. I’m sure expert testimony will be heard at the trial. However, this would definitely be a positive for the defense if the bullet was not determined to be a solid match (inconclusive).

Tyler Robinson wants preliminary hearing pushed back, citing substantial evidence to review
Excerpt:
In regard to firearm evidence, defense attorneys say an initial report from the ATF “indicates that the ATF was unable to identify the bullet recovered at autopsy to the rifle allegedly tied to Mr. Robinson. Although the state has not indicated an intent to produce this report at the preliminary hearing, the defense may very well decide to offer the testimony of the ATF firearm analyst as exculpatory evidence,” according to the motion.

The “science” of matching bullets to specific rifle or pistol barrels is nonsense and always has been. There is no scientific process that allows you to take a spent round that has been deformed and fragmented and then conclusively determine that it came from this or that specific firearm.

Excerpt:
The defense wants to use “inconclusive” as exculpatory evidence — but the prosecution wants to run chemical or molecular analysis comparing the jacket alloy to ammunition recovered with the gun.
Unlike tool mark analysis, it doesn’t require an intact bullet.
⁸The defense is trying to block that testing from happening.
That’s the nuance of the real story.
