The best way through this is to define viewpoints, not people, because people will shift as they change position and velocity in Trump gravity.
Bash the neocon, warmonger, and dopey globalist positions – not the people who are going to hold them one moment and come loose from them later.
Trump is Jupiter moving through the asteroid belt. He is going to pull people into his orbit.
A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.
I am ON the Trump Train for good, even if I scream that I want off and can’t take it. In the end, I only want to scream “TOO MUCH WINNING!!!”

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.

The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This term, he is weeding them out faster. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the healthy distrust of government and men with too much power held by our founders. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 64 of the 2nd year of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.

This particular case comes from when a debtor-plaintiff pursues a claim he failed to disclose in a bankruptcy court. There is a split in the lower courts on how to deal with this situation. Emphasis in the question appears to be on the word ‘potential’
The question before the court is “Whether the doctrine of judicial estoppel can be invoked to bar a plaintiff who fails to disclose a civil claim in bankruptcy filings from pursuing that claim simply because there is a potential motive for non-disclosure, regardless of whether there is evidence that the plaintiff in fact acted in bad faith.”

It was during the inauguration of the Vermont governor there were protestors that were present in the capitol building; After the event protestors were told they needed to leave the State capitol building as it was closing. A protestor refused to leave and a law enforcement officer told the protestor if she didn’t stand up and leave he would remove her by force which, she refused to comply and the officer used force by lifting her up by her arm, to remove her. She sued saying the officer used excessive force and that the officer should not be covered by qualified immunity. The lower court agreed, saying the officer was not covered by qualified immunity. The Supreme Court reversed that ruling saying he was indeed covered by qualified immunity.

This is interesting because qualified immunity is hugely abused by law enforcement. In this case it sounds like the whole case should have been tossed as frivolous, but it is something that needs to be reigned in. As does civil forfeiture.
The only problem with the case progressing is the context of the case, which also becomes tied to the verdict.
The women (plaintiff) was violating the law and the officer was enforcing the law … and likely following established procedure.
So, a finding against the officer involved drastically lowers the bar to circumstances and context related to claims of “excessive force”.

‘Citizenship’ and ‘potential’ to be arrived at by SCOTUS. Put ‘Potential’ ‘Citizenship’ and it is already articulated in the US Constitution.
The US Supreme Court ruled that the President of the USA had no “standing” to challenge *proven* election fraud perpetrated against himself and we, the American people which resulted in a TREASONOUS coup to negate our *Constitutional* right to the peaceful transition of power. But tug on a protester’s arm and man are they all over it.
Problem is the new legal avenue of attack on the Constitution is the parsing of “definitions” related to single words and phrases … out of context.
I agree there should be no case but the Roberts Court is hell bent on creating a new dictionary to help the next set of compromised judges. So, we must sadly pay attention to these “frivolous” cases. the create precedents that have to targeted in the future to be undone.
That is rather simple. An alien who has not crossed the border has not arrived and does not have rights until he is on the US side of the border.
If he has rights on the other side of the border from ‘arriving in the US’, where do those rights start? 2 inches, 2 feet, 2 miles or 200 miles on the other side of the border?
Illegal aliens have basic human rights. They must be maintained in a healthy environment while in custody, fed properly and not physically or mentally abused while in custody. As non US citizens they have no constitutional rights but under the law a right to a short deportation hearing where they can plead their case for political asylum. Economic asylum is not allowed. Anything else the liberal judges are making up.
Non-citizens should be “entitled” to nothing under “US” law while they are on foreign soil. From what I understand, this person was an alien standing on Mexican soil under Mexican jurisdiction while demanding accommodations from the USA.
So we end up with 40 million court dates to deal with?
Semantics – the study of meanings.
Often when reading up on the background of cases the Court has chosen to accept it appears the baseline for accepting to hear a case is hooked up with the meaning of a word, or phrase, when it comes to application of laws passed by Congress.
It’s almost as if the U.S. Supreme Court has embraced the question once posed by a former President, as in, ‘what is the meaning of the word “is” – and here we are. An entire generation of lawyers, some advancing to the highest court in the land, who don’t even know the definition of what is a woman, deciding on how to apply definitions to words instead of deciding whether a law passed by Congress is actually in line with the U.S. Constitutuion.
We definitely are living in strange times.

There seems to be a real disconnect in how people view Robert Mueller, and I’m not talking about the brainwashed types who were buying candles with his face on them.

I’d argue that even if we assume he was angel before that, and there are plenty of reasons to think he wasn’t, the Russia collusion episode was so catastrophic that it outweighs everything else.
That still leaves the question of his mental state. Was he too senile to understand what was happening? He certainly seemed pretty far gone during his train wreck testimony in 2019, yet not so far gone that he had no idea what was being done in his name.
So even if Weissmann and the others carried out the dirty deeds, as they did, by lending his name, Mueller is just as guilty as they are.

Just a few points of interest with respect to the war in China vs Japan.

At the end of WWII … as part of the Potsdam agreement … The Russians (USSR) sent a Mechanized Army Group across Northern China to eliminate the Japanese troops there as well as occupy-conquer rather large swaths of Chinese and Japanese Territory.
Of course the was the battles-campaign of Khalkhin Gol in 1939, where Marshall Zhukov laid waste to the Japanese Army invading Mongolia.
I hope the Singhams realize that the US came to the aid of China during WW2. Japan has been firebombing Chinese cities, and had occupied much of the eastern mainland coast, including Beijing and Shanghai, until the Japanese surrendered to the US in 1945.

Tough to watch. One thing I notice is the Runway Entrance Lights (REL) are illuminated when the truck starts moving. I did a post on RELs earlier.
If the lights are on, you’re not supposed to move, even if you have clearance. They turn off before the jet crosses the taxiway.
This is by design. I don’t know the exact logic there, but at SFO the Takeoff Hold Lights (THL) – which are part of the same Runway Status Light system – turn off before a jet landing or departing on a crossing runway has actually crossed your runway.
You can get cleared for takeoff slightly before the jet has crossed your runway…which is fine, there is no risk you’ll hit them, as they are on the landing roll moving quickly & will be across your runway long before you get there.
In any event, the red lights are going to play a part here & investigators will have questions. To see them, look in the middle of the runway early in the segment. Watch it a few times & you’ll notice there is a line of them extending across the runway

It would be impossible for the driver of the fire truck to NOT SEE the landing lights of the Air Canada approaching airliner if the driver has just looked toward the approach end of the runway.
Yes, there are many lights along the runway and taxiways BUT an airliner’s landing lights are ten times brighter than these ground lights.
The driver could not have looked toward the approach end of the runway, without the obvious airliner’s bright lights bearing down on the runway, GETTING THE DRIVER’S IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.

Air traffic control told him to cross. There was another plane with an emergency across the tarmac and vehicles were headed that way. Confusion between ground control and the tower seems to be an issue. The truck kept asking is it ok and was told yes until it was too late and air control apparently yelled I made a mistake and at the last minute tried to stop him. I believe the plane was on the ground by that point. BTW that is one tight airport with short runways, amazing more doesn’t happen.
I don’t know if it makes any difference or not, people keep saying the fire truck was given permission to CROSS the runway. The fire truck turned down the runway in front of the plane.

Planes are typically nosed up during landing, and I betting its not easy to look out and up in a firetruck, especially for the driver because the plane struck the passenger side of the truck. Driver would have needed to look through the top of the truck cab somehow.

Auten was named by Kash Patel in his 2023 book Government Gangsters as one of roughly 60 alleged “deep state” actors, with Patel criticizing that Auten had not been fired or prosecuted for his role in the Russia probe.
As of the latest reports from April 2025, Auten was still technically an FBI employee but on paid administrative leave and removed from his prior duties in counterintelligence. No public information confirms he has been formally terminated, reinstated, or retired since then

All this Tucker Carlson fed greater Israel stuff is ridiculous on face value. That is not to say that there isn’t some nutty Rabbi out there who thinks God bestowed all of the Levant from the Nile to the Euphrates to the Jews.
But is this the Israeli governments policy? And is it achievable?
Lets for the sake of argument say it is the governments policy (I think it’s ludicrous and not the policy but let’s pretend it is).
How does Israel achieve this policy? After the best part of two years it couldn’t clear Gaza with its military – that’s an area of 141 square miles and 2.2 million people. But somehow this military is going to clear the most populous part of Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and half of Iraq. 1 minute of thought tells you that this task is impossible for Israel.
So, the propagators of this theory then say, Israel will get the USA to do it. Well the US military struggled to subdue Iraq, but you want me to believe any POTUS is going to concurrently take on Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon and no doubt neighbours like Turkey and Iran would join in. The US military doesn’t have the manpower for such an undertaking. It would require conscription and an army of millions in the field which means an army of at lest 10 million to sustain the effort, because the locals will fight back requiring an occupation force of millions indefinitely in the field. Then you would need a much bigger airforce and Navy to support the effort. Then you need military for all the other contingencies the US has.
The US army is less than half a million strong. You would need to multiply its strength twenty times to do this. No one, no matter how persuasive you think Netanyahu or the Israeli lobby or Mark Levine is, is going to get any POTUS to sign up to this idiotic idea.
This theory is just completely ridiculous when you ask what would it practically require if it were to be done. So even if it is the policy (which it isn’t) it is completely unachievable by Israel, by the USA or by the USA and Israel. So it’s not going to happen in any circumstance.
Is this why Kash acts like he is bent over a barrel? Is this why they “allowed” Kash to become director? Wonder if they tapped Dan Oingo Boingogino too?
