Why are these attacks increasing? Who is attacking the Christians? Israeli “settlers” says ‘”the Jews” are attacking the Christians with out saying “The Jews are attacking the Christians in Judea”. There are plenty of Muslims living in Judea who are in fact Israelis but not “settlers”. I need more information before I run out and attack the Jews for attacking Christians.

These settlers are overwhelmingly religious or nationalist Jews who believe they have a biblical/historical right to the land of Judea. This is a localized, ugly territorial conflict in Judea/Samaria involving extremists on one side and vulnerable minority Christians.

The “videos” I’ve seen are 3 unique videos that seem to make the rounds on a loop. Not to disagree about the nastiness of people who spit at other people (or even just generally, imo) but internet bias may be in play here. Also, I understand there is a resource struggle in that area which is escalating the attacks against Christians?
If so, I’d only ask what Rome and the Cardinal leadership team are doing to ease tensions by aiding the area -which would require diplomatic skills in order to work with the Israeli govt. Can’t recall the group but 2 years ago a Protestant-Israeli group had some real success funding affordable housing.

You know it’s AI and all a scam, where they are simply trying to record you saying “yes” so they can use your voice to apply for various stuff.
So — let’s all engage in a new program of response. Screw up the algorithm.
Being a well-practiced “moo-er” from way back in my childhood, I now answer the phone on these unknown calls and once I discover it’s the AI lady asking questions — I moo for all I’m worth. I also swap up with barking dog sounds.
All of us can do this. I have noticed reduced number of calls since I’ve been doing this.
Moo at them. Everybody can moo or bark.
(as a side note, I have to let the calls through because many potential customers who are not in my phone book will call. The downside is getting these AI calls. Verizon labels some as “possible spam” so I don’t answer those, but unlabeled ones I answer but don’t say anything. In a second or two the AI begins, at which point the mooing takes over.)
This is a bit of fun, and confuses these idiots.

The calls were getting insane, like 12/day, until a few days ago I answered and just stayed silent until it hung up. After doing that 3 times, the calls dropped to almost none.
But, if I get another call, I definitely am going to make chicken sounds!
I simply do not answer at all.
When I tried that, it just called every half hour, for weeks.
I can just push a button on my phone to block that number. When they try again it does ring once before the phone disconnects. But it seems they buy hundreds of numbers so they just switch to the new one. At least the phone block helps a bit.
I just ask them what the date today is and they choke. The key if you get a live one is to try to get them to stay on the phone as long as you can. They make money with numbers. The more calls they make, the more likely they get a yes.
Sometimes I cough or gag a little and ask if they would hang on while making just enough noise they know you are there. set the phone on speaker and play a game of how long do they keep trying.
My son gave me some… though I can’t share here – BUT I’ve looked up some “Torturing Telemarketers” videos and I can highly recommend the genere for the comedy value…

Those cactus flowers are really stunning… reminds me to say the Desert Botanical Garden is a good place to go if you come to Phoenix… it’s really world-class… and they have installed several Chihuly Glass sculptures from past exhibits there – also gorgeous.

Chihuly glass pieces are real! Went to one of his shows at our fine Art gallery here and it was stunning. The pieces were intricate beyond belief. I never thought of using them outside but seeing this makes me think how appropriate they would be in a natural setting out doors. I always wished I could have watched the installation of the pieces at the show we went to. I cannot imagine moving and placing the glass structures into the intricately designed displays. It was a magical art presentation that’s for sure.

That sculpture is many hundreds of lbs. of twisted & curled mouth-blown glass… the chandeliers made similarly are also particularly stunning – one library here has a small one & I go see it if I’m anywhere near; just never gets old. He’s been doing glass sculpting for decades… there is an enormous body of work. He runs a glass art school… his students do most of the blosing he lost an eye years ago & doesn’t have depth perception. He directs & designs.
Lots of Chihuly eye candy on the interwebs, Feisty… for whenever you just want a dose of incredible colorful beauty… just search his name & you won’t get bored. HOwever photos don’t do justice – if you can go to an exhibit, GO – it’s always a wonderful experience.

Speaking as someone with a career in this industry . . . This “election software” is laughably insecure. It would never even begin to past muster in financial nor healthcare industries, in which there are sensibly and professionally-designed security laws that actually work.
These systems are a farce. They appear to be designed to facilitate fraud. And, trust me, the “officials” are in on it, too. No other explanation makes sense.

Not disputing any of this, but I have found Center Square over the years not to be a Trump supporter, judging from most of their articles I have read.
As far as I know, it is a right-center biased news outlet with a conservative, taxpayer-focused perspective.
