Incision dressing change this morning. First time I had seen the incision. It’s at least 8″ long running from my navel to just above my pubic hair. Exact same incision line from my previous surgery for my bladder operation. It was not a good time getting the adhesive off that hair. The wound is stapled shut. But now there is no seepage and it appears, looking through a mirror that Sherry held for me, that it is healing well.

Sherry makes a pretty good nurse. She is babying me.

My pain is sharp at times when I cough. Have cut way down on my smoking and am wearing a nicotine interdermal patch. Still taking the hydrocodon. Other than that I start to get uncomfortable after I sit for a couple hours and get relief laying down. Still taking the hyrdocordone. Yesterday I went 8 hours without it instead of the proscribed 6 hours. I don’t need it at all laying down but when I get up and start moving around or sit around it helps a great deal. I have enough left for 24 hours and then after that it’s Tylenol.

Besides the pain of the incision there is a bit of discomfort because they of course moved somethings around in there and things are still settling into their places I guess.

Took a mild herbal laxative this morning since I have not had a bowl movement since the operation. But I’m not really worried because I didn’t eat anything from Saturday night on before the surgery Monday at 2:00 PM.

Can take a shower any time but I will wait for another day or two for that.

Probably too much information for some of you but what the heck. It is, what it is.

Big “solar farm” got hit by a tornado last night. Of course there would be damage if a strong tornado hit a coal fired power plant but these fields of solar panels are bigger targets and it seems tornadoes are attracted to them just like trailer parks. Any wind that can push sizable debris is liable to cause severe damage to solar panels and of course they are much more susceptible to hail damage than coal, natural gas, or nuc plants.  

Personally I doubt the return on investment is worth it this far north.

KEEP PRAYING FOR PRESIDENT TRUMP

Our Heavenly Father, Your children come to you tonight to ask for healing and peace throughout our country so that we may return to being One Nation Under God. Guide us to be leaders in Your Kingdom, spreading Your Love and Salvation to all. Forgive us our sins and deliver us from evil.

Lord, we ask for a blanket of protection over all our troops and law enforcement who serve to defend and protect us. Bless our representatives with the strength and wisdom they need to achieve the path You have chosen for us.

Please place Your Guardian Angels of Protection around Donald Trump and his family as they seek to lead America back to You. Also, we pray for Angels to protect and support our Sundance as he works for justice and peace. 

Grant us patience, Lord, as the evil ones try to anger us and cause us to fall. Spread blessings over Israel and Netanyahu.

We humbly ask that You please comfort those who are grieving and in pain.

Prayers for Tina Peterson who is in jail in corrupt Colorado for political reasons. She needs to be released.

Thank you Father, for Your love and the gift of Life.
