The US has to insure that shipping will continue unaffected, or it will escalate quickly.
Pearl Harbor was triggered because Japan felt they were getting pinched by US naval expansion in the South China Sea, and we were encircling them albeit slowly, cutting off Japan’s oil imports. We need to be on our guard.

A friend watches Chinese stuff on YouTube, both news and their movies which she says tell a lot. The same standards used in courts of law.

Our emotions must be completely out of the analysis. We must use hard evidence not what abouts.
Do I feel the incompetence was intentional at Butler PA.? Why yes I do, can I prove it? No evidence. Was the government complicit? Same answer, no hard evidence.
It’s easier not to bind yourself to these rules or using the scientific method…..at lot easier.
