The HOC is holding these depositions over 2 days at the Clinton’s Chappaqua, NY home. The Republican led committee conceded this choice of venue in order to move forward, as the Clintons were stonewalling on giving testimony. This avoided contempt charges, which the committee had threatened (threatened! via the dreaded sternly worded letter).
So the Clintons chose the venue, and the time (to accommodate their very, VERY! busy schedules). Was the Clinton home electronically swept before these meetings? Of course not. So easy to record video, and take photos. Today a “leaked” photo, tomorrow an edited “leaked” video.
