WASHINGTON – The Department of Justice today published over 3 million additional pages responsive to the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which was signed into law by President Trump on November 19, 2025.
More than 2,000 videos and 180,000 images are included in today’s additional publication. Combined with prior releases, this makes the total production nearly 3.5 million pages released in compliance with the Act.
These files were collected from five primary sources including the Florida and New York cases against Epstein, the New York case against Maxwell, the New York cases investigating Epstein’s death, the Florida case investigating a former butler of Epstein, Multiple FBI investigations, and the Office of Inspector General investigation into Epstein’s death.
The Department erred on the side of over-collecting materials, and any materials not produced fall within one of the following categories:
♦Duplicate documents between SDNY and SDFL investigations.
♦Withheld under privilege- deliberative process privilege, attorney client privilege.
♦Withheld based upon exceptions under the act (depictions of violence);
♦Items that were that are not part of the case file for Epstein or Maxwell and were completely unrelated to these cases.
More than 500 attorneys and reviewers from the Department contributed to this effort. In addition, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (USAO-SDNY) employed an additional review protocol to ensure compliance with a Court order requiring United States Attorney Jay Clayton to certify that no victim identifying information would be produced unredacted as part of the public production.
Through the process, the Department provided clear instructions to reviewers that the redactions were to be limited to the protection of victims and their families. Some pornographic images, whether commercial or not, were redacted, given the Department treated all women in those images as victims. Notable individuals and politicians were not redacted in the release of any files.
This production may include fake or falsely submitted images, documents or videos, as everything that was sent to the FBI by the public was included in the production that is responsive to the Act. Some of the documents contain untrue and sensationalist claims against President Trump that were submitted to the FBI right before the 2020 election. To be clear, the claims are unfounded and false, and if they have a shred of credibility, they certainly would have been weaponized against President Trump already. [SOURCE]

Actually, the idea that the FBI “just collects evidence” is 100% true. It is the UNITED STATES ATTORNEY’s office in a particular jurisdiction that decides WHAT TO DO WITH THE EVIDENCE. If they are told to “Stand Down” in either PART of a case, such as ONE PARTICULAR PERPETRATOR in some crime scheme is given a kind of IMMUNITY when it comes to a case, the FBI can do nothing about it. The PROSECUTOR makes those decisions and imposes them on the particular FBI field office handling a case. When you see it happen the first time it is a paralyzing kind of sensation.
Can the FBI make an initial arrest?
Or is that controlled by the DOJ?
The prosecutor has to decide, once an indictment has been handed down, who gets picked up and when. It is the prosecutor’s (Assistant US Attorney) case. The FBI agents are the AUSA’s investigators.

I understand why it’s such an important issue for some on the right. They’ve long suspected many powerful people got away with the worst type of crimes. wow excellent post . My daughter and son in law and their 4 children live in the general area of greater Oneonta. They are hard working and milking grassfed cows, also she is an ER nurse. I empathize with my friend Seneca and Elder above and share his frustration over all the time, money and energy that has been spent by our government on this. It’s like watching a juggler trying to keep all the balls in the air while dropping one or two ever so often, yet the juggling continues never-ending. That’s how our government operates.
IMO, three items that might bring all this to a satisfactory resolution: (1) An clear admission by government officials that Epstein was an international IC op contracted to control pols and business leaders, accompanied by identification of the orgs/countries involved; (2) an admission by governmental officials that the subject’s death while incarcerated was murder; and (3) identification of those involved who planned the murder, and identification of those who carried it out.
If that were to happen, justice would prevail.
If you have no expectations you will never be disappointed when others don’t live up to them, but you will be happily surprised when/if they do!
I tend to agree with that sentiment. As it relates to comments, I try to talk only about things that I see with my own eyes or come to know. For me to do more would seem like uninformed opinion, conjecture and hope. No matter how this turns out, I’m glad I was fortunate enough to live in these times with President Trump at the helm.
I believe that in our lifetime there hasn’t been a more influential and consequently man around the world than President Trump. It’s astounding how wide and far his reach has been. To use an old newspaper line, he’s consistently above the fold (for both good and bad) everywhere in the world. It will be difficult for anybody to beat that.

Epstein is one of a long list of low-character people who tried very hard to become close to Donald Trump. They schmoozed Trump, cozied up to him, tried to work into his good graces.

When they get cut out, those scorned immediately change from trying to ingratiate themselves and flip around into a rabid Trump hater.

Just because someone was friends with or had business dealings with Epstein doesn’t mean they were doing anything illegal. The island was used by many people and some even had weddings there. I would bet that most people didn’t know anything about what Epstein did in his private life. Lutnick didn’t do anything wrong and doesn’t have to explain himself to anyone.

The Epstein matter is an important one, but I doubt it’s one we’ll get to the bottom of any time soon. There might be some nuggets in this, but I bet it’s mostly chaff. I’m suspicious of anyone who speaks with certainty – “he was a tool of the CIA/banks/Israel/whoever.” Many theories, little or no proof. Still, the idea that he’s just a great networker and secret perv who managed to worm hundreds of millions of dollars out of the rich and powerful organically – that would take unprecedented genius sustained over a unbelievably long time. I think the only thing more frustrating than the people playing ridiculous “connect the dots” games are the people suggesting we give up and/or just accept the cover story.
I wouldn’t know where to start digging through all this – I just hope there are some smart and dispassionate people who can glean what little there is from the chaff. I’m sure there are people and interests being protected, who’ve trimmed any information they think might point at them – but you never know what might have been missed. I’m not optimistic about any official data dump like this, but I’m not willing to say “oh well, we’ll probably never know.” Whoever is hiding and covering probably hopes they can wait us out – lets not let that happen.
Of course, the lyin media will gobble up false accusations against Trump tangentially mentioned in the files and present it as the gospel truth. But if Sundance and the majority of commenters here can’t understand the magnitude of the Epstein scandal then I will no longer call you guys “geniuses” except maybe ironically.
Why “Epstein matters” is not just about slightly underaged prostitutes. It is about our government sanctioning influence operations using such illicit means, including foreign influence, against our own people in government. This gets to the heart of everything that is sick with our entire world right now and it’s a thread that desperately needs to be pulled on. Anyone who believes the official narrative about Jeffrey Epstein at this point should retire from making political commentary, ever.
