How about: “County officials were caught on live video pulling boxes of ballots out from under a table and then scanning them multiple times.”

It’s worse than that: Rudy Giuliani was practically bankrupted by a civil verdict against him by the official caught here, and her daughter, just for SAYING that she did this and that it’s on video. Which, she did and it is.
His appeals have run out and he had to liquidate his assets.
Typically, the evidence needed for this type of search warrant on a high-profile government agency would almost rise to an arrest warrant.

When we sued our county auditor over the illegalities they did during the 2020 election, our suit didn’t get in front of the judge until after the election.
At that point he said the lawsuit was moot.

We do sometimes cite sources deemed offensive and unreliable here, and certainly we need to be aware of what the enemy is up to, but when I do that I usually try and remember to add an acknowledgement of the source or a disclaimer, if you will, so that there’s no misunderstanding.
I also like to do it out of respect for the House, such as when citing something from Just the News, for example, which is a source that Sundance has very clearly, and I believe correctly, outed as a useful mouthpiece for certain IC factions.

CNN doesn’t fall under that category… it is a cable news company thus does not have a broadcast license. I do think that should be rectified since TV has evolved considerably since over the air TV.
The hook for control of broadcast programs is that they are delivered over the air on frequencies essentially owned by the government. I don’t see that the government can make a similar argument for controlling cable programming

According to Newsweek, “Kazmierczak does not appear to have ever been charged with a violent crime in Minnesota. He has twice been convicted of driving while under the influence of alcohol, according to court records reviewed by Newsweek.”
CNN reported that he has been married and divorced twice, using Minnesota’s official marriage and divorce records as its source. CNN also reported that a Facebook account that seems to belong to Kazmierczak, “has a history of political posts, including criticism of Democrats such as former President Joe Biden and former vice president Kamala Harris. In October 2021, he posted a political cartoon criticizing Omar’s security spending.”
Newsweek further reported that after the assassination of Charlie Kirk, “Kazmierczak changed his profile picture to a photo of Trump speaking at a Turning Point USA event. A couple of weeks later, he changed it to a photo of Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, being comforted by Trump. He previously added badges to his profile pictures to show his support for Ukraine.”
The news site then claims to have found an X account from Kazmierczak, which follows “Kirk, Ben Shapiro, Candace Owens, and Benny Johnson.”
Kelley told the Post that Kazmierczak “has been ‘heavily medicated’ due to a car wreck that impacted his spine years ago.”
The neighbor told the Post that the car accident “left him ‘not very physically able to do much.’”

The ORIGINAL Black Panther Party leaders have demanded that the fakes cease and desist using the Black Panther brand and name and to make a public statement to the effect that they are separate from the original organization.
