That was no rally. Trump was very “professional” in his delivery. I feel a little disappointed in a way but I’m pretty OK with that.

I think the administration feels that messaging has been a problem-Establishment Fake news, Democrats, leftists have created inflammatory messaging and propaganda to serve their purposes.
President Trump talked about the economy and “Affordability” and what he has done to bring down prices.
He frames the issue that “I inherited a mess” this is true, but I wish he would frame the issue that “Biden and his administration, , supported by Democrats, policies created the rising prices and cost of living issues-flooding our country with illegals causes costs and taxes to go up, investments on Green New deal instead of oil and gas energy was not only wasteful, but drove the price of gasoline and other energy up, over regulation and increased spending on so many things that did not help our economy and drove inflation to record levels.
So, when I became President this is what we have been doing and to address the problems created by the previous administration-….

I think he needs to provide some evidence of what caused the issues and then what he and his administration has done so far and it will continue to get better.

It was the speech you make, winging it, when you suddenly don’t have the right moment to speak to your intentions.
He spoke for 1 hour 46 minutes and 10 seconds.

I think he wants to tell us/US about what is in the works, what’s close, and what’s imminent – his better judgement stops him.
Timing… not announcing things gives him both the element of surprise advantage AND shows demonstrable verifiable results in all his dealings; I’m confident we’ll hear some more astonishing & spectacular accomplishments before 2026 is even half over.

I know many illegal aliens came here and were put up in 4 and 5 star hotels at taxpayer expense. We are not going to build hotels to act as detention centers. If they don’t like it, they could have left before they were detained. They should be looked at as low security prisons while they await being sent home.
