The GOPe uses vote fraud to get rid of non-establishment candidates in the primaries, so expecting them to do something to fix the fraud is unrealistic. This needs to be a law enforcement effort, but given the people running the FBI and DOJ, I expect nothing to be done.

Trump needs to light the fuse already. He has tremendous power. I do agree with you on this. There is so much evidence out there about the corrupted 2020 election. I see on X examples of testimony, affidavits, videos and just observations of people involved in election process describing the fraud and corruption- it’s overwhelming.
There is evidence of the voting machines having the features of changing votes locally and remotely. There is evidence that some machines were actually hacked.
So there is a ton of stuff out there that our elections are compromised and corrupted. And a few people in Congress will acknowledge this, but just a few.
The number one problem our country faces if we want to keep our Constitutional Republic is secure honest elections and there is no sense of urgency in government to fix it.

Per EMTALA, the ERs of any hospital that accepts Medicare must provide a medical screening exam to anyone who comes to the ER regardless of citizenship, legal status or ability to pay. This law is why ERs are overrun with people, mostly illegal aliens, using it as a general practice and is one of if not the main driver of excessive costs. Revoke EMTALA or amend it to where it applies only to US citizens .
If a human being arrives in the emergency room, truly needing immediate medical help, then I want him or her to immediately receive it. Whether or not they can pay.
Unfortunately those who cannot pay, use it for everything from a blister to a splinter.
I acknowledge the reality of willful abuses.
It is not so much the willful abuses by the those being treated for non-emergency reasons … it is the STATE GOVERNMENTS that reimburse the Hospitals who allow the abuse to occur. This is encourages the abuse by both those seeking treatment as well as the on the part of the hospitals to allow the abuse to occur.
The law cited includes discussion of reimbursement for treatment offered, that hospitals may or may not necessarily be reimbursed. State reprogram medicaid and other grant funds to cover these expenses .. and i will state here and now the States paying those reimbursement LIE by declaring the treatment was properly done under EMTALLA.
The States then turn around and Fraudulently INCREASE their Medicaid Grant requirements for the next Federal Fiscal Year. Their local congress critters turn a blind eye and accept the budget input.
The abuse is pervasive and massive. It is not some one off, low frequency occurrence.
There are clinics for that. If you or yours arrive at the e.r. for emergency treatment, I doubt you want to wait in line behind illegals who have been in a drunken fist fight.
My advice, from experience, NEVER go to the e.r. except by ambulance and say you have chest pain.

Every day, there might be “hangers on” in the emergency room, who are simply looking for a place to keep warm. But, that is not what an “emergency” room is for. I celebrate the people who are willing (and, called …) to work there “on the front lines.” As it happens, I owe my own life to them, although I didn’t actually present them with a crisis.

I was living there at the time. To really rub salt in the wound, Mexican women would cross the border when in labor -back and forth was pretty easy then – show up at Thomason, and give birth to a US citizen on our dimes.
They did so in McAllen Texas too.
They used to try that at the American hospital in the Canal Zone often getting a paid taxi ride back to their home…they may birth the baby at Gorgas, but there was no American birth certificate for citizenship. ER is for emergency, life threatening and NOT primary care.
If the local urgent care cannot care for you, they will call an ambulance or tell you to go to the ER, depending on the condition
Yes and they do…we have an urgent care clinic close to me and seeing an ambulance there is a frequent occurrence. But its medical people making that determination. They have criteria that dictates such.
What happens in the ‘hood…people will call an ambulance for trivial matters because they know if they arrive via EMS, they bypass Triage and get seen quicker…if they aren’t left on a gurney in a hallway.

The one thing that comes to mind…blood clotting was a problem in people having cardiac arrests while in the ICU with covid. Atrial fibrillation is a cause of blood clots as the blood does not move thru the heart like its supposed to…and because of that, clots form and get sent to places like the lungs or brain.

Many others have multiple members, a number have formed coordinated teams, to provide the protection discretely. None would use their weapons on protesters unless it was self defense – but neither would they allow events such as those which took place in Minnesota.

I am very concerned with how President Trump appears to be acting on his emotions, calling out perceived insults and threatening nations. This is EXACTLY the type of behavior the crazy left tries to paint him with, and typically none of it is true…just reactions to his bombastic manner…which can be off putting. But lately he’s doing much more of this. Much is likely his “art of the deal” HARD bargaining style, but too much is sounding personal, and childish for a POTUS.

Certainly(!) nothing that would cause him to say, “I no longer think purely of Peace,” since this has always been one of his number-one priorities. Even at great personal cost to him. (e.g. “Ukraine is half-a-planet away” … which it is … and yet he doesn’t “shrug.”)
If you are a peacemaker, as Trump very certainly is, you don’t need shiny pieces of metal. You’re much too busy doing it to think too much of “Prizes.”

Uh oh. Former CNN host Don Lemon might be regretting his weekend activities. He joined anti-ICE activists in storming a Minnesota church on Sunday. He was very smug about it, calling it a “clandestine” operation that once it began, Lemon publicized live on social media. They even gave it a name: Operation Pull Up and stormed into Cities Church in Saint Paul to protest the ICE shooting earlier this month of Renee Good.
They allegedly chose the church because its associate pastor is allegedly the acting director of Saint Paul’s ICE office.
Now, the tables are turning on Lemon, as Harmeet Dhillon and the Civil Rights office in DOJ says it will charge Lemon and instigators under the Ku Klux Klan Act.
And yes, the KKK Act is totally legal and still on the books as they say. The KKK Act makes it illegal to threaten, hurt, or intimidate people to prevent them from exercising their God-given rights. It was put in place during Reconstruction in 1871.
Dhillon: “The Klan Act is one of the most important federal civil rights statutes. Its a law that makes it illegal to terrorize and violate the civil rights of citizens. Whenever people conspire this, the Klan Act can be used.”
“Everyone in the protest community needs to know that the fullest force of the federal government is going to come down and prevent this from happening and put people away for a long time.”

Our society, nationwide, must refuse to tolerate this kind of behavior from “its fellow citizens, anywhere.” Let the citizens and governments of 49-odd other States be entirely “on the record” about their intolerance of this sort of behavior in all of its forms.
No, this isn’t “First Amendment.” These people are not “watchers.” They are endangering all of us, nationwide, by fomenting this sort of behavior. And we should make it clear that we do not tolerate it, let alone condone it.
