When you see all the small businesses or franchises in your area all owned by the same ethnic groups and watch citizens being forced out of their ownership of small businesses; when you watch plenty of foreigners come in and mysteriously have resources to start businesses that cause harm and are fraudulent – especially Eastern Europeans like Ukraine . . . Once they’ve been busted and the business and owner has been through the courts why aren’t they deported? They’re just going to do it again. Send a message that we don’t want your kind! When Tancredo said “we need a pro-immigrant policy of low immigration to (reconcile) with America’s traditional welcome for newcomers” it was in February 2012 when interviewed by John Hawkins; referring to the emerging trend of “troubling consequences of mass immigration”.
In the quote, he emphasized that such a policy would allow the U.S. to remain faithful to its heritage (would you agree this means we already have pro-immigrant policy; while here is a to managing immigration wisely and showing respect to future Americans?
As a Congressman Tancredo was everything we want. Enforce the law. Deport the illegals. And even limit legal immigration.
The quote above is in line the third point, just not said in a way that would be demonized by the opposition.
It seems though that later, as a citizen, he came out in support of Congress passing DACA, but only for better enforcement in return. Starting January 1st, us here in MN have a new deduction for some family leave thing, where we can take off 11 weeks or up to 20 weeks a year to care for family or something. Which means a pay cut for something that most of us cannot take and I’m sure its already set up to enable fraud.
MN had a $18B surplus in 2023 and the DFL spent it all and then some, so now we’re looking at multi-billion dollar deficits.
When they come at us and demand more of our tax money for programs, think we’re going to forgot about the fraud and all of the other waste? Not a chance at all.
I was listening to the CB radio channel 19 yesterday. Its on in the background and there were a couple of guys from somewhere (FL, TX, or somewhere south in the U.S.) that had mentioned the fraud. I don’t know where they were as propagation was doing well, but it was certainly not local.
Walz needs to be in prison for the rest of his life. If he gets prosecuted, I can easily see 25-30+ years for what he’s done, which means in a federal sentence, he serves at least 85% and at 61, he’ll be in there the rest of his pathetic commie life. Frey, Ellison, Moriarty, Flanagan, and Simon better be on the short list of investigation too… as well as most of the departments in the state and county governments.
And with all of that, there still is election fraud here that needs to be dealt with.
If the elections are secure and the corrupt officials arrested and imprisoned, illegal aliens deported, then MN will be fine. If not… then it will only spread throughout the U.S. There are already news of major corruption elsewhere.

As for prison time for Walz or any politician, their fellow lawyers and judges are always sure to go very lenient on one of their own, as well as pardons in the future. It’s the MANNER in which one words their question(s) that may or may not cross the boundaries of civil discourse and mutual respect. Also the apparent (or implied) assumptions behind (premise of) a question can also affect its treatment (responses) here in the Treehouse (or in most user comments sections, actually).
For example, if one tries to make the case that tariffs are costing consumers more money than before they are going to have to prove causation because the most recent economic report indicates they haven’t had much of an effect at all. The fact that prices have not dropped significantly (or at all) for much of what we buy is a fact resulting from pre-existing economic and monetary (inflationary) conditions that aren’t related to tariffs.
It’s a subject that cannot be easily addressed in a comments discussion and would benefit from reading Sundance’s several articles about his topic.

Not exactly. Most of the time there was not a complete halt in immigration. Restricted in the 20’s those from Asia and southern Europe (Immigration Act of 1924). In the 1930’s Hoover restricted immigration because of the depression (also increased deportations), and in the 1940’s it was drastically reduced during WWII.
My grandfather came here in 1930. He had an aunt that sponsored him. She was a nun in the state of New York.

When President Trump was elected I had hoped for some revenge and retribution, there hasn’t been any, now all I’m hearing from his administrators is threats that never come about. Looks like Axios is trying to influence the White House by their unsourced article expressing “concerns” among “some” of the President’s Advisors and “a number of Republicans”.

And once it publicizes the list of the NGOs that are financing tifa and the riots, it will then be OUR responsibility to approach our own church leaders to find out if any of the mission or social justice groups within our churches are sending any part of our church donations to any of those NGOs. Forwarding the list would be a good start toward ending it.
I suspect there are lots of well intentioned but clueless church groups who are unknowingly funding riots and assaults on federal law enforcement. I also suspect that there are plenty of them who know darned well what they are funding but not telling the broader membership what they are up to.
Remind church leadership that it is illegal to pay others to commit crimes. I wonder if anyone at DOJ, or any local US Attorney, would have the guts to charge a church and its leaders with racketeering under the RICO Act for knowingly financing attacks on ICE and other federal officers.
