I have written many times: The Homeless situation is a racket, it’s an economy.
Homeless people are created in our failed education system, they are people that were destroyed in our courts, people that were failed by our medical system.
They wind up on the streets because they were failed in everything we’ve got over and over again until they are so profoundly broken they are out on the streets- mostly because they’ve given up or are mentally unable to do better.
THEN they are used again.. they are used as an excuse to bring in all those federal dollars you are reading about “To save them”.
But all that money is being stolen and used to fund all that we’re now trying to fight.
The entire thing is a racket, it’s all a theft, these people on the streets are part of a cradle to grave machine designed to create broken people to then steal government money ‘to fix’.
It starts literally at birth, the babies that aren’t aborted are then vaccinated some 77 times and this we know, is the start of bad things..
It is money laundering and it is going on in Oregon.
HUGE sums of money and the population of homeless keeps increasing.

There are no affordable apartments for the population of people making under 20K a year and, in my community, there is a lot of those people. People live on social security payments of around 1000/mo. Under 20k a year is not even counted by the city in their stupid surveys and charts.
Then the city sells a developer (from CA) a piece of prime real estate for a dollar, to build affordable housing which is only affordable if a person is DV or latino. Seriously. If not, you can’t even apply for an apartment if you are very low income, you’re income is “too low”. Never ending homeless population secured.
I’m hoping at some point the fraud is cleaned up and we do not need to pay income tax. But I’d settle for no human with an income so low that they have to live on the streets. If you can work, get your butt to work, but if disabled (truly) or over a certain age, you should be able to afford a dwelling that doesn’t drive.
Vast sums of money. Don’t get me started on the grants.

Every time I see what I assume is a picture of this woman she looks completely different. And the number of children has varied from 5 to 3 to just a six year old.

An interesting issue is whether a state may prosecute a federal official for a breach of state criminal law while acting within the scope of federal duties. The answer is no, because the federal official has immunity from the state criminal law, derived from carrying out federal law or duties and thus protected by the Supremacy Clause- the supremacy of federal law over state law.
The threshold issue is that the federal official must have been working in the scope of his duties at the time. This issue was first faced by the Supreme Court in In re Neagle, 135 U.S. 1 (1890). In this unique case, a federal marshal killed a California man in defense of Justice Field, who was a member of the U.S. Supreme Court. The man had previously made violent threats against Justice Field, and Neagle was assigned to protecting him. In a belligerent encounter, the man slapped Justice Field to provoke a fight, and allegedly reached into his breast pocket. Neagle, fearful the man was going to pull out a weapon, fatally shot him. The man turned out to be unarmed, and a California sheriff arrested Neagle on murder charges.
On writ of habeas corpus, the U.S. Supreme Court released Neagle and made clear that state law is displaced if it imposes burdens on a federal officer’s attempts to protect federal interests or execute federal law, even if no federal statute specifically authorizes the federal official’s conduct, as was the case here. Neagle established a two-prong test for this type of immunity from state criminal law: (1) Was the officer performing an act that federal law authorized him to perform? 1) If an election is rigged but the polls showed the winner losing by 20%, the result triggers a revolution. To avoid this, adjusted polling is used to narrow the gap months in advance. This is called social validation.
2) Rigging is commonly done by weighting the polls with more urban democrat voters, choosing who to call, and framing the questions.
Got a ‘polling’ call yesterday that said the republicans are trying to make it so independents and unaffiliated can’t vote in the general election. That would be against the constitution as a citizen has the right to vote. Then it came to me that was democrats trying to make the republicans look bad. Has anyone else had such calls?
Not for many years have they called me, but I do remember that ALL of the questions were stated in a partisan manner such that you couldn’t really answer it as posed: “When did you stop beating your wife?” type questions.
The questions are framed to favor the left.
Instead of answering I would always call them out on their bent queries.
What I find amusing is, the republicans are in bed with the commies. Should a communist takeover actually happen, even though the republicans are fellow travelers, the commies undoubtedly would allow them to be ripped to shreds or hung in public to satisfy their base. I think this is meant to combat open primaries where a person can vote for any party’s candidate, and only the top 2 vote getters are allowed to run in the general election. Here in CA most republicans don’t even make it past the primaries.
Just some thoughts: (1) polls that show the dem winning (or even within the margin of error) are good enough. Close but winning is what I would shoot for. (2) polling is difficult when the voters are a diverse set of populations. Dem pollsters (and in general all pollsters) see what they (or their client) want to see.
We can see the effects in the 2024 Presidential election: all the dem-leaning pollsters showed a fictional lead by Kamala until just before the election. They only get “closer” to the truth because they want to preserve (what little) credibility. Accurate pollsters showed something that matched the final results over the course of months.

Related remark: current public opinion polls e.g. popularity of PDJT policies are typically very bad on getting the Presidential race correct. In other words, worth ignoring, except in only one way: if they change, that change might be real. So improving polls might indicate a real effect, but their numbers are probably (almost certainly) biased for dems.

The first thing you do is look at who did the poll. Who funded the poll? what is their story- do that research because this is critical.
Then you need to sort out the information they are giving you because it can be used for other things besides what it is that they think they are telling you.
Then WHO they polled matters, and how many they polled, where are they, what do they do? who are these people that they attempt to sway us with?
There are good polling places, I’m thinking of Rasmussen and Jay Valentine from Fractal Computing.
College polling, particularly from the Ivy Leagues up here near me on the East Coast, these are junk quite often.
They all will have a leftward slant, however information can still be gleaned. For Example: If they are forced to report to that Donald Trump is winning by 10 points, you can believe that because it’s so damned obvious that even they can’t hide it.
Anything that would report that is pro-our side, this would be the case. Then you add in the leftward slant. So the truth is more like he’s leading by 15+ points not their modest 10 points which is to give this information but then minimize it.
Polling is not the truth, it’s what they want you to think that the truth is.
They are using this to sway public opinion.
Learning about polling is not any different than the rabbit holes we go down to determine what is fake news and what is legitimate news.
Research is needed and an understanding of the system, the game they are playing.
Here in NH, we’re very tuned into this because they poll the hell out of us all to send out indicators of how the Primary season up here is going and what it may wind up shaking out to be after the Primary.
We get what is going on and we very often lead them astray on purpose. So be aware of this when you see any polling coming from within the state.
People are getting tuned into this and now more and more people are doing the same thing when they happen to get contacted by pollsters, so all this is also something to consider when you do your research about just who the people are that were polled.

They can also keep up with ICE vehicles where ever they go. This woman and her partner were reported to be following ICE around all day and getting in the way.

They will try but the ICE Agent has federal immunity which will extend to any state charges plus dating back to Prohibition local charges against federal law enforcement officers must be transferred to federal court. During Prohibition it was common for local police to arrest federal agents in order to protect bootleggers so Congress passed laws to prevent it which is identical to the situation today.

Daily we read about more and more fraud and corruption being not just discovered, but now proven. It’s easy to be cynical and wonder whether anything will result from these vast crimes.
The listing of approximately 60 senators who were on the cartel payroll included persons on both “sides” of the political aisle, though the majority were on the left.
To my knowledge this list has not been definitively verified.
Even so, the largest part of the fraud is unquestionably on the left.
The refusal to enforce the border, cooperate with ICE or other federal authorities in arresting criminal invaders, refusal to participate with the national guard in policing dangerous American cities, constant demeaning of our lawfully elected patriotic president and his administration, and wholesale public vulgarity is mostly from the left.

Fighting widespread fraud is the election issue that will determine the outcome of the mid terms. But it will require the GOP Congress to do something about it. That is highly unlikely, and the Congressional GOP under Thune and Johnston will snatch defeat from the jaws of victory by doing nothing about the fraud.
Has Johnston passed a budget yet? Has Johnston legislated the DOGE identified fraudulent and wasted spending in Federal Government programs? No, he and his House majority has done none of that, and they are highly unlikely to do that prior to the mid terms.
What I expect to happen is that the Trump administration will reveal and start to prosecute massive fraud everywhere, but predominantly in Blue states and cities. The GOP Congress will do nothing. Anything the Administration does will be stopped or slowed by corrupt courts. The US will plummet in the Transparency International global corruption index and be newly classified as a highly corrupt country (which to be fair it is).
The Democrats will say that corruption and fraud has flourished under Trump. The Democrats and their boosters will breathlessly show how the Transparency International perceptions of corruption annual report shows America has become a highly corrupt country during Trump’s administration and present it as Trump’s fault. This message will be amplified everywhere in the media, academia, social media and amongst the cultural elite. The Democrats will then propose a grand sounding national plan that will be pushed by the media and cultural influencers. The plan will do nothing to fix corruption and stop fraud.
The Democrats will win the mid terms because they have a ‘plan’ whereas the GOP has no response. During the lame duck session and after the Democrats have won back the House and Senate, ‘a day late and dollar short’ Chuck Grassley will release a report showing that the bulk of fraud and corruption was committed by Democrats and that they, and their fellow travellers, were the major beneficiaries of the fraud.
Trump will be impeached for the rampant corruption in the USA.

I have noticed the Iran Revolution does not resonate with people, who were not yet alive to remember the revolution in 1979. Those of us who do remember, saw a tragedy unfold on the Evening News, in graphic detail. The people lost their rights.
Iran was an advanced, liberal country. The Shah was expecting Communist plots from the Soviet Union, and he was arresting Communists. He was surprised, when the plotters cloaked themselves in Religion. The Islamic Republic took over the country of Iran at the barrel of a gun, murdering those who resisted.
Many have been taught that the repression the people of Iran have endured for 47 years was their preference, that they simply have different values. In fact they have been held in bondage, even forced to deed their property to Khamenei, who has operated like a cult leader. People are skeptical of an enslaved people rising up and throwing off their bondage. They assume the Iranian people like Sharia Law and the lawgivers. The people are disproving the cynicism.
Now the world is changing. The days when owning a machine gun and a Toyota could let a local stiff put on a gold chain and become a dictator are over. The new age finds ordinary people armed with cell phones can defeat the worst thugs. Vast presumptions are being overturned, as people in opaque societies uncover and hold hands unashamed. And we are seeing it, and grateful.
I am praying the Iranian people will be successful this time in takiing their country back, and that they will be able to rebuild what they once had.
I’ve never been there, but I feel the same for Iran as for us here in our efforts to keep our country from being destroyed. In my view both countries can be beacons of hope for humanity.
I wish we could get more news about what’s happening in iran. President Trump must believe people have a chance since he is warning the corrupt leaders not to kill again.
