Acca Larentia: GN activists attacked by twenty left-wing extremists: “It was a manhunt.”

Four young right-wing activists were attacked in Rome by a group of at least twenty people with clubs and poles on the day of the Acca Larentia commemoration. The Gioventù Nazionale activists were targeted near a supermarket on Via Tuscolana in Rome. They were putting up posters about the Acca Larentia commemoration, scheduled for this afternoon, Wednesday, January 7, in the Parco della Rimembranza. The attackers, at least twenty left-wing extremists, beat them and then fled before law enforcement arrived.
“We report a very serious attack on four members of Gioventù Nazionale Roma, which took place last night by a commando of more than 20 professional political hatemongers, armed with knives and even radios to communicate without interceptions,” reports Francesco Todde, president of Gioventù Nazionale Roma. “Our youth were attacked so violently just as they were putting up posters commemorating the Acca Larentia massacre of January 7, 1978. On that day, two Youth Front members, completely unknown to violent incidents, were killed in cold blood by Red Terrorists, followed by another at the hands of Carabinieri Captain Sivori, during the Youth Front rally at the scene of the event.”
The attack, despite the silence of the left, was firmly denounced by center-right forces. Fratelli d’Italia MP Federico Mollicone explained that “it was not a chance encounter, but a genuine manhunt organized with two-way radios, as confirmed by the police,” and announced: “We will submit a parliamentary question to Minister Piantedosi to shed light on the incident. Thanks to the residents’ videos and the cameras present, we are confident that those responsible for these criminal activities will be identified and arrested as soon as possible.”
Senate President Ignazio La Russa commented on the incident on social media: “I was shocked to learn of the vile attack that took place last night in Rome against four Gioventù Nazionale activists (…). What happened is unacceptable; we are faced with an extremely serious act of political hatred, which I firmly condemn. These attacks will not erase memory, nor will they stop those who, with courage and determination, continue to defend the right to remembrance and freedom of expression. My sincere and affectionate sympathies go to Gioventù Nazionale and the young people who were injured, with the hope that those responsible will be quickly identified.”
Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni recalled in a message: “Today marks the 48th anniversary of the Acca Larenzia massacre. A painful page in our nation’s history, which reminds us of the duty of remembrance and responsibility. The years of terrorism and political hatred were dark, in which too much innocent blood was shed on many sides. Wounds that affected families, communities, and the entire Italian people,” the prime minister added, emphasizing—with a reference to the present—that “even recent events, in Italy and abroad, remind us how fragile the line between confrontation and hatred, between words and violence, can sometimes be.” “When dissent turns into aggression, when an idea is silenced by force, democracy loses. Always,” Meloni continued in the post, emphasizing that “we have a duty to preserve memory and to clearly reiterate that political violence, in all its forms, is always a defeat. It is never justifiable. It must never return.” In her closing remarks, the Prime Minister reiterates the goal of national reconciliation: “Remembering means choosing respect, dialogue, and civil coexistence every day, because strong ideas do not fear confrontation. Italy deserves true and definitive national pacification.” A commitment, Meloni continues, “that we owe to Franco, Francesco, and Stefano—killed in Acca Larenzia—to all the victims of yesterday, regardless of their political affiliation, and to the freedom of today’s and tomorrow’s generations.”

Wondering why no-one is mentioning that he was taken to hospital for injuries. The ICE officer involved in the shooting was hospitalized after being struck by the vehicle. However, the officer has since been released and is recovering from the injuries sustained during the incident.
Kristi Noem said in a news conference that the officer who shot the attacker had previously been dragged under a (deranged leftist’s) vehicle over the summer. ICE agents enforce immigration laws. Period.
Any rational citizen who disagrees with our laws should lobby CONgress to change those laws instead of attacking the public servants who must enforce them.
I am thankful that those officers are safe and will go home to their loved ones tonight.

Cop will not be charged, but anyone being honest will see he hurried to put himself in front of a vehicle that was moving backwards, then drew his weapon when the vehicle stopped, and had HUGE amount of time to get out of the way but INSTEAD took a Weaver stance, waited till the bumper was less than two feet from him, maybe less, and then made a head shot.
The “huge” amount of time is about three seconds. Enough to realize the driver was gonna move forward, and enough time to get out of the way. The time he took to draw, take a Weaver stance, and carefully aim while the vehicle was MOVING TOWARDS him shows he WANTED TO SHOOT HER instead of HAD TO shoot her.
Yeah, the woman should have stopped when she saw him standing there. But he could and SHOULD have deescalated the situation because they had her plate, and they were after her only because they were pissed off at her for cussing them out and being a PITA bitch.

The time expended on all that was more than enough for him to simply take one step right and get out of the vehicle’s path. Heck, they had her plate number. There was no crime so urgent they couldn’t swear a warrant and arrest her later. In fact, there doesn’t seem to be any crime other than pissing the cops off.
That this cop took time to draw, take a Weaver stance, crouch, and carefully line up his sights with the driver’s head, while the vehicle was moving towards him shows me that he WANTED to shoot her instead of HAD to shoot her.
I’m no fan of these protestors. In fact, I wouldn’t mind if more of them were shot. And then shot again. But the shoots need to be squeaky clean, not precipitated on a well known and in some states outlawed cop tactic of putting yourself in front of a fleeing vehicle.

The federal officer has no duty to move or retreat despite what state or local policy or law says. If a law enforcement officer is pointing a gun at you, and you are stupid enough to think that you should just be able to drive over them, you will be dead, every time. Good had previously been married to Timmy Ray Macklin Jr., who died in 2023 at the age of 36. Macklin’s father, Timmy Ray Macklin Sr., was shocked to hear the news that Good had been shot and killed.

If it is true that she and her partner were out harassing and stalking the ICE officers all day, there is going to be additional USG footage of her probably being vile towards our law enforcement officers.
She obviously pulled her car sideways on the road to block the ICE vehicles, and her partner was either out of the car or in an additional car aiding her efforts.
We are the media now, so those videos from earlier in the day, when released, will go viral just like the two videos showing her hit the officer, resulting in a bullet fired through the windshield directly at the oncoming driver.

I’ll point out one thing. At the 4–5 second mark, the car is in drive and the woman steps on the gas while the wheels are turned to the LEFT. Because the ground is frozen, the tires have no traction and spin in place. Had there been no ice, the car very likely would have head-on struck the officer standing in front of the vehicle.

One more time — once she directed her vehicle in the direction of the officer in front of her, that was “assault on a law enforcement officer with a deadly or dangerous instrument.” It does not matter if she hit him or he evaded her.
That fact — without more — made her at threat to the safety of the community if she was able to drive away. If she’ll run over and officer in marked clothing giving her a lawful order to stop her vehicle, then the law presumes she will run over a citizen too if necessary.
Use of deadly force is authorized to neutralized a threat to the community, i.e., preventing her from driving away.
You may not like the law, but that is the state of the law. It has developed over dozens of cases all with multiple factual barriers.
Pointing her car at the officer and starting forward was no different legally from pointing a gun at him and firing. The fact that the shooter misses is irrelevant.

This is the strategic situation the US finds itself today, in our own hemisphere. The person sitting in the White House … determines if this is seen as a bad or good situation.

I have lived in the Seattle area my entire life and am well tuned into local news sources, both MSM and alternative media. No one by this name has even been on the Seattle City Council or the King County Council.
My understanding is that this scenario might have been the plot of an online book written in 2023?
(Also, no Seattle Police Officer has drowned, accidently or otherwise, in the past decade. Harbor Patrol Officer Jackson Lone tragically died in the line of duty in 2005 when he slipped into the water while trying to secure a tugboat that had broken free, possibly hitting his head when he fell. His partner dove in and pulled him out and immediately started CPR but he did not survive. There was nothing suspicious at all about his death!)
