• Then when ‘the kid’ was in place and waiting, two or three shots rang out (my guess is from a window behind him. Startled and confused, the kid then fires off his series of shots towards the protective snipers on the peak of the roof behind the stage.
• Then a couple of shots ‘finish’ the duped kid.

Anyway, if I were a parent, I’d make sure that by the time my child graduated, s/he understood household and personal economics, personal budgets, etc., so that when it came time to apply to schools of higher learning, they would do so knowing they had the most skin in the game: my husband and I would help them, but the majority of their education THEY would have to finance by being resourceful, resilient, well-acquainted with delayed-gratification, maybe have a part-time job, etc. No way in Hades would I pay tens of thousands of $–easily hundreds of thousands if you have more than one child wanting to go to college/university.
At some point, they have to leave the nest and fly (succeed and fail) on their own and figure things out.
I predict that not only will Brown students return but they will form a group supporting the shooting as an expression of righteous revolutionary anger against the Dictator Trump and his brainwashed minions on campus.

I haven’t looked away, per se. What I have done is pull my large extended family (either influenced or physically) away from blue states, blue cities, blue universities, blue churches, and into safe havens.
What I have seen is the countryfolk and “red states” are very active and watchful, and will not allow the “blues” to take a foothold, even when they move out to the country. They are not welcomed. They have no influence.
I don’t know what the answers are, other than vote for Conservatives at all levels of government, and “hold the line”.

At Little Ivy Trinity College in Hartford CT, the baseball team was on field for practice, while the unrestricted access neighborHOOD “youths” strolled by the team bench and heisted all the player’s wallets and cell phones. A lot has been said about the stupidity of the Brown University/Providence RI Marxist Establishment. And it’s true-they are stupid. Everyone involved in this inept Keystone Kops investigation is stupid.
At the same time, please don’t look away from the intentionality of their actions. These cretins don’t want to solve this crime. They are purposely hiding evidence, lying to the public, and sandbagging the investigation.
Solving the case would force the Marxists in charge to admit that their policies, plans and programs were failures. That’s reality and, like all Marxists throughout history, they cannot face reality. They would much rather pretend that they are gloriously successful and move on with their lives. Solving the crime is unacceptable.
There’s only one way to hold all of the miscreants accountable. President Trump must assert federal jurisdiction over the investigation. Send a federal law enforcement task force to Brown, with lawyers, and do a proper investigation. Solve the crime.
Afterwards, make all of the facts public. Encourage the affected families to go after the $8 billion endowment. Bring federal civil rights charges against all officials who were negligent and who participated in the coverup. Close Brown University and make them an example.
DEI Marxism must be eradicated. Let the closing of Brown be a forceful first step.

They wanted everyone to stop asking questions and were obviously nervous and angry during the press conferences.
A suspect in the Idaho case was arrested about a week before the next semester started with dubious ‘evidence’ and a very suspicious Probable Cause Affidavit.
Since then, it has been revealed that the case has not held up well to scrutiny.
Moscow, Idaho is along a known drug corridor, not just drugs, but all sorts of trafficking operations.
Providence, Rhode Island and Rhode Island in general is a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts much in the same way the state of New Jersey is a suburb of New York City.
Colleges are a magnet for drugs and also function as cover for other types of trafficking.
Someone, on here yesterday mentioned there were several suspicious deaths in the Brown University area in the past.
Same situation in the Moscow, Idaho/Univ of Idaho area.
How does a drug enterprise exist anywhere for any length of time?
