JUST IN: Appeals Court Halts Boasberg’s Plan for Contempt Hearings in Alien Enemies Act Deportations Case

Newsome blows it again. $3.75 billion involved this time. And he vetoed a state resolution that sought to fix it. No way this guy beats Vance or DeSantis.

Or SOS Rubio.
just a guess, that the media will sweep negatives about dems under the rug, (again)
and
simultaneously work to make a mountain out of mole hill (like who was trump standing by in a photo,… 30 years ago…) (again)
And some voters will take the (propaganda) wooden-nickels.
However, there is the truth

I think you underestimate that Democrats and Independents (and some Republicans) will vote for Pee Wee Herman at this point.
It doesn’t matter who us running for Democrats in 2026 and 2028, which is what makes part of this so much fun.
Maybe some (ignorant, yet real) popular pet rock type fad ( 6-7 is current fad ) will emerge?
What is 6 7 fad?
( kids will hop !! ? …and you’ll be liked…. ( until the next fad arrives…and the prior one fades …) )

A new, 9 min in length, video put out by Shawn Ryan regarding his “situation” with a certain Congressmember from Texas who wears an eyepatch. This one has more of the previous interview Shawn Ryan had with DNI Director Gabbard as well as another former Seal Team member about that congressman:
\(my hope is this is the impetus that finally gets members of Congress, both houses, their family members or staffers to no longer trade on insider information)
Surely you jest?!
Crenshaw is a public figure so pundits can talk about him all they want.
Hope friends will forgive me this personal indulgence…
One of the most astoundingly clever and funny men in British comedy passed away yesterday…
Stanley Baxter
He was an incredibly talented man, someone who would take on all the roles in his skits. I always looked forward to his once in a while specials, guaranteed to make me laugh.
Unfortunately there isn’t much of that these days…and we are the poorer for it’s absence.
So I thought I would leave just two of his pieces to honour his talent.
(He was the first to impersonate the Queen on British television and I’m certain that no one laughed as hard as she did.)
I am also leaving his obituary which is one of the most respectful, well written I have ever read. Dismiss that it was printed in the Daily Mail. They rose to the occasion. It is lovely… 💔
(I do realize that comedy is very personal and everyone’s funny bones aren’t located in the same places; but I do hope these two clips will lift a few spirits…)

Forgive me Betsy as I should know but are you a Brit, or just admire different nations sense of humor?
I certainly admire the Briton’s humor. Years ago before I left my nest my mum and I watched a British comedy about interns in a hospital called “Doctor in the House”.
Hilarious!
No apology necessary, dear sir.
I am Texas born and bred, Stev…who fortuitously discovered I should have been born in Britain (not as it is now, but as it was) when as someone who abhors change, I unexpectedly found myself living there. My sense of humour has always been very British, which in great part is probably one reason I felt suddenly and beautifully “at home”.
I remember “Doctor in the House”, “Only Fools and Horses”, “The Two Ronnies”, ” Dame Edna”, and so many more…
So much of British comedy then had a bawdy undercurrent with double entendres abounding. But that’s a cultural thing.
Stanley Baxter was the master of this type…never smutty, with understated facial expressions, which I think were the things which made us laugh. There is plenty more of him on Youtube.
Often the dryer the better (wit). On the bawdy side, Benny Hill. My favorite from the aisles though was the wit of Monty Python.
I’ve never been much on British humor. It rarely touches my funny bone….
Except for one…
The great Rowan Atkinson especially “Mr Bean”. He is so darn funny!
You should watch “Maigret” wherein he is the eponymous detective. Another side of his acting which will astound you.

of our beloved children is NOT a political issue, Congress needs to step up and preserve our precious American lives by safeguarding their rights until the child reaches the ‘age of consent’.
Btw, Newsom…following in footsteps of Pelosi making it ‘about the children’ is NOT a political platform to stand for election.
As an unknown someone accurately wrote…
“Only people who aren’t happy with themselves are mean to others. Always remember that.”
…and cruel, with not one infinitesimal speck of human race cy.
I will add that all seem to be Democrats.
Decency….thanks autocorrect 😠
Newsome is truly repulsive. Not really any different than Benny Johnson and his attempt to minimize a terrorist attack because he and his family were not the victims this time.
If you can’t stop them one way…takem to court. 😛

Definitely needs to be addressed…
John Brennan protege-turned Virginia Governor-elect Abigail Spanberger
On election night, CIA had around 125,000 early mail-in votes. By the following morning, that number had surged to more than 300,000.
In other words, they pulled a “Biden” — over 175,000 mail-in ballots appeared in the dead of night for Spanberger.
That’s why they oppose voter ID laws and fight tooth and nail to keep it that way.
Here’s CIA explaining why she opposes voter ID laws — yet they give illegal aliens driver’s licenses and Social Security numbers to vote.
CIA “Some of these hurdles really disadvantage new voters, particularly younger voters.”
she really looks like Hendricks twin sister
Her voting record shows she supports mayhem and the failure of this country. Definitely not God and country. Jewish by coincidence?

I will say it again, strip her of her ill-gotten citizenship and deport her to Somalia or the UK. But hey, we can’t even deport illegal alien Kimar Abrego Garcia.
Kilmer is the poster dude for what’s wrong with our immigration system . He’s illegal and still gets to live here
Just think!

Good news except to our Libertarian “friends”. When I see someone write Libtard, I often wonder if the person means liberal or libertarian.
The Bush and the Blondi…
Jeb Bush and the Bush family have reportedly been “pulling the strings” on Pam Bondi and her prosecutorial decisions, urging her NOT to prosecute Barack Obama and members of The Deep State (both Democrat and RINOs) who have been so clearly implicated in federal crimes against our nation. This is just your daily reminder that Bush has a close personal relationship with Bondi going back to their years together in Florida politics and he passionately endorsed her when President Trump picked her as his Attorney General. IS IT ALL STARTING TO MAKE SENSE NOW? This is an active and ongoing RINO COUP against President Trump and MAGA.
Plausible.
It always did…
Yes, if Miss Lindsey likes something odds are you should not support it. Except when he’s doing his UniParty (GOPe) conservative schtick. The problem is that the general public will have trouble discerning the reason for his position.
Is someone documenting the contacts and content? ; )
hmmm…
Why are we keeping the FBl?
The can commit all the false flags they wish – that doesn’t mean we’ll join their madness.
What draws attention is not the certainty, it’s the patterns.
In history, escalation often follows fractal loops:
• Economic strain
• Public fatigue
• Narrative hardening
• A catalyzing event that “resets” consent
The same structural pattern repeats, even when the actors, geography, or decade change.
What is verifiable:
• NATO leadership has publicly stated they will not reverse course no matter what.
• European economies are under documented stress
• Information warfare and rumor amplification increase predictably as escalation becomes politically difficult
This is clear pattern recognition.
Don’t treat rumors as facts but don’t ignore recurring loops either.
Slowly but surely…
Glorious news!!!

Another billion in fraud saved…

I’m sure much of the billion $s found its way to certain election campaigns. Perhaps clearing voter rolls (at this time) is a bit time consuming given the need for speed (and judicial constant road blocks). Cut off funding perhaps relevels the playing field. Maybe when campaign season comes around, campaigns may be short of funds. Maybe, I can hope.

These articles are all connected. The first one asks if Trump will be a Julius Caesar or an Augustus Caesar in his bid to save our republic. It urges Congress to abolish all federal courts below SCOTUS. The second (please don’t click the link!) reports on the illegal alien Kilmar Abrego Garcia being freed by a commie judge. The last is about Indiana RINOs killing Indiana’s attempt to redistrict and increase Republican (Republic anyone) seats in Congress. If Congress is lost in the midterms thanks to UniParty RINOs we are toast.
This republic is on life support. I will go on a prophetic limb and say that if Kilmar Abrego Garcia is still in this country at the time of the midterm elections, this republic also is toast. We can’t deport an illegal alien for heaven’s sake?
I have posited this question here before, what is a up and coming republic? I would say that Hungary looks promising, but it’s proximity to Russia and the EU is troubling to me. It would seem that Sundance would promote Hungary, it’s Catholic, it’s close to Russia, any other reasons?
I’m all for staying and fighting the leftist hordes, but when is it going to start for heaven’s sake. I society falling apart every day on the roads. I wonder what the accident rate is this year.

Dims – “but we care about the people, that’s why we wanted the money to go to the big insurance companies instead of the people.”
I’m personally glad it failed. Fix the damn problem, starting with eliminating DopeyCare.
From what I understand, this bill was going to continue some form of “subsidies” to the insurance companies but throw a bone of $1000 per person, per year, to the taxpayers to put into an HSA…big freaking nothing in light of the astronomical rise in healthcare expenses/premiums over the past decade!
You are correct – the whole “program” needs to be completely dismantled and “we, the people” NOT them, the insurance companies/lobbyists need to rebuild it in order to put the patients and their doctors back in control! Costs will automatically come down and quality of care will go up…especially once we get everyone OFF the system who should never have been on it in the first place!

USA Maritime Drug Law of 1986. Approved by both Dems and Republicans. A good analysis.
“Neither the MDLEA nor Title 14 nor Title 10 prohibits the use of lethal force.
“Disabling fire” is not a ceiling — it is the starting point.
The MDLEA was specifically written for hostile, non-compliant, stateless vessels.
Nothing in the statute prohibits lethal force when the suspect vessel:
The idea that “exhaustion of all non-lethal measures” is required is simply false.
Lastly — “not destruction of the vessel and crew” is not stated anywhere in the MDLEA or Title 14.
Disabling fire is standard, but not absolute.
Lethal force is authorized when required for safety or mission success.
Congress intentionally designed the MDLEA to allow strong interdiction, knowing traffickers are violent, evasive, and dangerous.
Nothing in law requires the U.S. to let a cartel vessel escape simply because disabling fire didn’t work.”
They regulate when force can be used — not how severe that force may be if the vessel’s actions create a threat to U.S. personnel or if stopping the vessel requires more than minimal force.
Let’s break this down:
The Coast Guard’s Use of Force Policy explicitly recognizes:
• Warning shots
• Disabling fire
• Destructive fire when necessary to protect human life
This is not theoretical — it is written doctrine, and always has been.
“Disabling fire” is what you employ first, not the maximum level of force legally allowed.
Congress crafted MDLEA jurisdiction to cover:
• go-fast boats
• low-profile vessels
• semi-submersibles
• stateless craft
• cartel boats that routinely flee and endanger U.S. personnel
These vessels are not benign fishing skiffs.
Congress understood that many would refuse to stop, jettison evidence, or create immediate dangers.
That is why the law allows the Coast Guard to use “whatever force is necessary to compel compliance.”
That phrase is not decorative — it is the heart of the statute.
• attempts to ram a Coast Guard cutter
• refuses all lawful orders
• operates with no lights at night
• endangers U.S. personnel
• is stateless and therefore under direct U.S. jurisdiction
• carries massive quantities of controlled substances destined for U.S. distribution
If disabling fire does not stop the threat, the Coast Guard is not required — by statute or doctrine — to let the vessel escape.
The doctrine says:
• Escalation of force must be reasonable
• Force must be necessary
• Force must be proportionate
It does not mandate that every non-lethal option be attempted and fail before escalating.
Practical reality:
No Coast Guard cutter commander would attempt a “net entanglement device” against a 60-knot cartel boat in hostile conditions simply to check a box. The law does not require suicidal restraint.
The law regulates authority and jurisdiction, not guarantees of vessel preservation.
If a trafficker-controlled vessel:
• uses deadly force,
• poses an imminent danger, or
• cannot be stopped except by severe force,
then the doctrine allows escalation.
Congressional intent — reflected in the overwhelming 392–16 vote — was to stop the vessel, not protect it.
Summary of the actual reality:
