I am happy to reply that I have first hand knowledge of your assessment regarding the youngsters of GenZ becoming awakened to certain internal threats to our nation.
On Sunday, while taking a much needed recreational break, I happened to meet a young lady who has some indepth knowledge of the above mentioned threats concerns among the young people.
She was happy to engage in a very polite conversation regarding some of the past and current political problems that our country now tirelessly faces.
I was impressed with her knowledge of current events, and greatful to hear of her concerns and optimism toward moving forward.
So yes, young people are definitely becoming more aware of certain wrongs that have transpired and the measures being demonstrated by the MAGA Movement and current administration to right those wrongs.
I encouraged her to hold tight to her hopes and dreams for the future of her generation.
Having finished with lunch, we exchanged names and shook hands, I wished her well then left the small country store where we had met to go fishing at a nearby pond
I did so with a more lightened heart, and stronger sense of hope in knowing that the youngsters are paying close attention, and that some, at least, are hopeful they may have a good and possibly prosperous life in front of them.

My paternal heritage is Lithuanian – Shenandoah, PA. My father was the youngest son of nine. His older brothers all worked the coal mines and all died as a result of black lung disease. He didn’t, because he fled to Philadelphia and apprenticed himself to a master carpenter.

He had strong work ethic, but couldn’t read his own name on a piece of paper.

It is an absolutely valid argument and we need to have a national conversation about it, because most Americans have no idea of the actual numbers, both in terms of people, and of the amount of taxpayer money supporting those people!
I saw this starting in the 80s when I worked in a local bank. “Refugees” were brought into the country, and once they got a job, they would petition to have their entire family brought over, including their parents and other elderly relatives. None of these people spoke English, nor were they required to learn it, BUT they were all eligible for SSI and Medicaid, even thought they had never worked a day in this country or contributed a dime in taxes. The one person who worked, and spoke English, would bring in five or six people on the first of the month, with their Green Card as their only form of ID, in order to co-sign their monthly benefit check, which at that time was around $600 per person! That was a pretty nice little haul for a family of six, especially back then!
Fast forward to today and most of the houses in my neighborhood just north of Seattle are being bought up by tech families who work for Microsoft or Amazon. And it appears that the same scam is being run now, as almost every family has at least one set of parents living with them, if not both, which explains how they are able to pay cash for their homes and drive up the prices so high that my American born children cannot afford even a starter house in the town where they were raised! And the local Hindu temple, which started as a small little building is now huge, taking up an entire city block, and it’s filled, all day every day, with elderly Indians who speak NO English, and who often glare at me when I refuse to yield to the men when they try to force me off the sidewalk!
Lest I be accused of being “anti-immigrant” please know that my husband’s family came to this country from Europe, after WWII. They had to get jobs, learn English immediately, and sign documents that they would NEVER be eligible for any benefits from the US Government for which they had not paid into the program! If they had wanted to bring their parents over, they would have been financially responsible for them, 100%, for the rest of their lives, PERIOD!

The recruitment of trans into the military has always baffled me. To have a well functioning military organization, the members must be psychologically, as well as physically, fit.
When I was stationed working around nuclear aircraft, I had to have a PRP (personal responsibility program) certification. This ensured I was psychologically reliable to work in a nuke environment.
If I got a cold and received any medication that potentially altered my mental or physical faculties, my clearance was pulled till I recovered. That’s how seriously the military once were.
Trans people are not mentally stable, and should be nowhere near our aircraft, weapons, or nuclear facilities, just to name a few. My only conclusion can be the deliberate disabling of our military forces. I doubt anyone here argues that.

Philly may look the other way with crimes like this but most of us would probably like to see the FL way happen everywhere. LIKE IT USED TO BE. These teens needed to learn a hard lesson and they did. You cannot steal from stores, or anywhere else. It’s not your stuff.

I was recently harshly criticized and scolded here at CTH for posting a link to another article involving Venezuelan corruption, which is now directly linked to Colorado’s law breaking prosecutors and Judge, along with the slimy crimanal Colorado Seceratary of State, Jena Griswold. This matter revolves around the 2020 election coup. Please hear me out.
I was called out by fellow Treepers, and accused of trolling, even being a clickbait invader, along with failure to follow comment posting rules by not offering a few words describing what was in the link. I think that what set it off was a reply I made to a fellow Treeper who simply asked why I didn’t include a couple of lines describing what I was linking to. Perhaps I came across as rude in my return reply, but had no intention of rudeness, as I would not have personally taken it as such. I asked in return why he didn’t click the link and find out. Then S.H.T.F. so I took more flak after explaining I had worked a long hard day and was tired. That also failed to quell the rude comments. Finally, I copied the complete text and posted it at length to the comments.
I assure one and all fellow Treepers that I am not guilty of any of the accusations, except maybe failing to follow the comment rule by not typing the topic contained in the link I provided.
At any rate, I did not deserve the lashing. However, I hold no hard feelings, and only ask that a few folks might lighten up a bit.
