The attack on our National Guard, at home in D.C., no less, appears to be the final straw. President Trump has made it clear many times that there would be severe consequences if any of our service members, anywhere, were to be harmed in an act of violence.
It has now happened. Violence is escalating. Our President is responding with fire.

AFAIK, the high level appointments including judiciary MUST be personally signed by POTUS to be valid. Senate approval assumed that had been done but does not override POTUS authorization. Autopen must be pre-authorized by POTUS or confirmed by his statement of intention to do so beforehand or ASAP after being temporarily infirm. Biden cannot attest to his intentions because he is suffering from dementia.
