In the case of UCMJ, DC and NoVA jury pools no longer hold power by dint of nullification. The executive office of the president has within its authority the ability to release federal employees for sundry reasons.
Thus, this invitation by these upstart leaders is probably a welcome event, as it encourages those who are clearly reading between the lines of the law to actually break the law–or at a minimum, take the interpretation of the law into their own hands. If that is their choice, let it so be….

What you say is true and it is more likely that Congress, especially the new 120th Congress after January 2027, s going to CREATE the ILLEGAL ORDER situations for members of the Federal Government, under President Trump’s Orders … to disobey orders the Congress or members of congress declare illegal.

In the case of the courts deciding against the US Executive Branch, it is up to Congress and the electorate to do the enforcing.
Take the case of ICE making arrests. The court sides with the illegals and tells the ICE to knock it off. It is then within the purview of the ICE ranks all the way up to the president to quit the activity or persist despite the ruling. If an ICE officer disagrees with his leadership and points to the ruling, rejects his orders, and is disciplined, he has the standing decision of the court as his legal basis for defying future orders of enforcement. Now, if he is of a mind with the president, then he keeps his orders and they truck on.
If they truck on, then who knocks off the activity? Congress? How? They can impeach him, convict him, if they have the numbers…but then they do so at the risk of electorate ire. Maybe they don’t. Who enforces the order to stop deporting? The electorate. If the electorate likes the activity, then the court’s decision is irrelevant, because all other branches of government disagree, and they are supported in that by the electorate.

Our President should end the world tour which the usual suspects have him on to run the clock out on his presidency and focus on domestic issues, preferably something other than helping the radicals on the right remove poor Republican voters from GOP voter rolls by ending their healthcare when they get sick and sticking them with 30 year student loans.

After the impeachment inquiries, J6 committee farce and Russia collusion hoax to name a few treasonous I’ve been under the impression that elected officials in the district of corruption and federal employees have impunity from their actions. The lack of indictments from these actions is the reason for my belief. Why should this be any different. The fact that there is zero accountability in DC means ultimately we the people will have to take our out of control government back.
It’s all about the dollars the dems need for their coffers that they hope to rake in with this latest gambit. I am reminded of Jesus in the wilderness being tempted by the devil.

Hu boy, as someone who was active duty in the Navy for ten years and am going on eight in the Air Force reserves – and who lost half a years pay, was almost kicked out, and probably lost any hope of advancement over the illegal order to be injected with a genetically engineered bioweapon – this is just nuclear level hypocrisy and sedition! Where were these morons when the previous administration was actually running amuck defying the constitution and trampling citizens’ rights? And they’re probably so blind, so in love with the smell of their own farts that they could never make the connection between what they’re calling for and the few of us who actually stood against an illegal order, no matter how many ways you explained it. Yes, Darth Austin – who I’m sure was dutifully “just following orders” – should be recalled and court-martialed for dereliction of duty. I wouldn’t put it over him to be so incompetent as to not know that an Emergency Use Authorization vaccine can only be mandated directly by the president, but probably he was so unprincipled as to not care. He was one of Brandon’s DEI hacks, after all.
But it wasn’t just him: one of the most disgusting things about the whole process is that I can’t think of one flag rank officer who put their star(s) on the table or resigned over this. If anything, most were more than happy to push the nonsense, and in some cases, make life hell for people who stood up to them. And not only did this clowns not lift a finger, most Republican congressman ignored our complaints or said “nothing I can do.”
Finally, the fallout from this bioweapon is real. A friend my age – fellow service member in my unit who I don’t think would have taken it but for the mandate – died of a severe pneumonia due to a respiratory virus over the summer. It’d take the resources of people who are mostly desperate to hide any connection between the jab and negative health outcomes to prove the jab was to blame, so I can’t say “I know for a fact.” But I can say I’ve never known anyone – even counting second-hand accounts – who died of pneumonia at less than sixty, let alone early forties.
I very-calmly consider this to be nothing more than: “equally poorly-planned BAIT.”
First time, it was to push the President, through “Lawfare,” to do what his predecessors Jackson and Lincoln did. Hence: “No Kings.” But he never swallowed.
So: “Members of Congress(!!)” advocate insurrection among the ranks. Surely, THIS will trigger the “Insurrection Act,” and from this, surely, “some ‘impeachable offense.’”
Ultimately, we’ve got to get PDJT out of power, so that when we launch WW3, both he and the American nation will be unable to resist. Just as we once planned for Russia, the great American experiment will become six or seven powerless countries, each one beholden to the CCP.
