So what do you do with a $4,000,000 deserted building in the middle of nowhere? Time and vandals have taken a toll. The museum was closed eight years ago, and then state officials abandoned the site. Because little effort was made to secure the empty building, today, it is no longer habitable. Copper wiring has been stolen. There is significant structural damage, mold, a rodent infestation, and no electricity or lights. Most of the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water, and septic systems are either obsolete or inoperable. Now, Cultural Affairs officials are faced with two options: Either repair the building at an estimated cost of $3,500,000 or tear it down and restore the site to prairie. Price tag for demolition? $840,000.
Why not first try to sell it to someone? Give them a real bargain, and then let them figure out what to do with it. Anything down to a dollar is better than spending $840k or more on it.
Did you look at the photos of where it’s at? Please do so and consider what it would be worth to anyone at $3.5 million to repair.
It should just officially be “abandoned in place” like NASA and the DOD do with such things all the time which in their cases actually served some purpose before being abandoned.
Everyone involved should be banned from any public office for life, but you know that won’t happen.

so I read the other day that some group within the Trump Admin is working in Calif to get a complete registered voter roll. The intent is to see how many are illegally registered and then TRY to get them removed. They should be doing that in every state.
The media and the democrats and their leftist federal judges will stop removals cold. This is where the lion’s share of the vote fraud occurs and there is no way they can allow these voter registration rolls to be cleaned-up.
These are illegally registered voters that are legal votes. Once the ballot is submitted, there’s almost no way to get it uncounted. CA alone has 22M registered voters with a population of 38M. I don’t know if that pop number includes illegal aliens. I would assume it does.

When Mike Huckabee was the Governor of Arkansas, he was a grifter that snaked between the Baptist Church crowd and the “rock and roll” scene…he and his wife were the Republican version of Bill and Hillary Clinton, always looking for what was in it for them!
He was the one who commuted the sentence of one Maurice Clemmons in 2000, who then moved to Washington, where he killed four Lakewood Police Officers in cold blood on November 29, 2009…I have nothing but contempt for Mike Huckabee!!
