Seth Dillon of the Babylon Bee is a member of the alligator emoji tribe and a rabid never Trumper. In an effort to stir up more Israel vs America First friction as useful for the Alligator Emoji agenda to split MAGA, Dillon and the Bee write a “joke” story about Megyn Kelly being at risk from her pager.
Dillon and crew came under backlash, likely from their benefactors who didn’t appreciate the Bee reinforcing the “Israel will kill you” sentiment, and subsequently deleted the “joke” tweet while the alligator emoji supporters rallied to defend Dillon for both posting the Tweet then deleting it.
Jokes are only funny when the context behind them is well known. In order for this Tweet to be funny you have to know the Israeli government will kill anyone who does not support them. Hamas found out with the exploding pagers, hence the reference to Megyn Kelly in danger.
Doesn’t sound all that funny does it? It likely wasn’t the least bit funny to the benefactors of the Babylon Bee, who also support the larger agenda of the alligator emojis. You can almost hear them saying, don’t make fun of what we do – it reinforces the stereotypes. That’s why Dillon deleted it.
If it was a joke, and everyone knew it was a joke, there would be no reason to delete it. The too-cute-by-half joke failed miserably. More of DeSantis and the alligator emoji followers echo-chambering themselves into foolishness. I digress.

They definitely have a problem with Hitler. They have the means of protection and defense now. If they deem someone a threat like Hamas or Hezbollah, they just may kill them. I would imagine the Holocaust would make one very defensive. It’s a reaction to a threat, and they know the world is against them, even many in the “Christian” world. They are suspicious of many who are called “christian”, and for good reason. Like most folks in the world though, they don’t know Yeshua, Jesus the Christ. I would prefer to make them jealous concerning my faith, not fearful.

Trump has 10 months to get the economy, going full speed again, and get prices down, and get us those dividend checks. If those things happen, the GOP should retain control of Congress. But these redistricting games are really going to screw everything up. Here in Virginia, we just lost a bunch of great state delegates, and we will lose some wonderful federal reps if Spanberger redraws all the districts.
As much as I could really use another government stimmy to put in appropriate bathroom vanities (no basket weaves, no dust basins no tool can reach, etc.) and replace broken fences, I prefer to skip the inflation that comes afterward, my food costs enough already. I wish him Godspeed on getting food prices down.
The economy cannot be fixed in 10 months. The Big Beautiful Bill has all the tax incentives needed to change our system and the Tariffs will change world commerce if allowed by the Supreme Court. This requires years but President Donald Trump has achieved it.
If you want quicker results we need to drop the Ukraine laundromat and allow Russian oil to reduce the cost of energy. The price of Brent crude oil has not changed.

Replace the word “anyone” with the word “terrorists” and this is descriptive of what the Israeli government does in fact do.

Actually President Trump removed the excuse for Israel to have a protracted campaign against Iran which could have easily spiraled out of control and started involving other countries. AH! I’ve never been called a dispensationalist as if it’s a dirty word! Dispensationalists believe that the Word of God, in its entirely, is to be taken literally, and that there are periods of time wherein the Lord commands certain things (as in Leviticus and elswhere) for certain reasons and seasons, that Israel and Christians (Gentiles) are treated distinctly different, but ALL to the glory of God. Not a full description by any means.
It has nothing to do with helping God (He doesn’t need our help) bring Jesus back (At the time of His choosing) and I don’t know where you got that idea. Maybe you believe that it is “spiritual pride” to have a roadmap that helps understand the Bible. Possibly. You can blame my Ryrie Study Bible for that, and my Christian upbringing, and my 60+ years of studying the Bible. To each his own.
We will all be “sorted” by the Almighty in the end. In the meantime, all the various denominations of Christianity will struggle along and eventually stand before Him. I will stand with Israel, even in her imperfect form. Amen.

I generally find the Babylon Bee memes, jokes, and that little video series about the California couple moving to Texas, pretty funny. Admittedly, I was unaware of any Never Trumper bent by the staff. I find this statement disturbing.
That you find it disturbing is exactly the point. The joke does not work unless one knows of the use of pagers to blow up Hezbollah officers by Israel’s Mossad. It alludes to that and to Kirk’s assassination and is a veiled threat.
It alludes to the feverish fantasies of the anti-Israel crowd who hide behind America FIRST!!, and insist they are only criticizing Netanyahu or the Right Wing Government of Israel.
Somehow these people are obsessed over Israel cleanly and efficiently eliminating one of their biggest threats with no collateral damage, and convinced that if they dared criticize Israel, they will be on par with Hezb-Allah, and Israel will seek their destruction.
But there is the rub, by their own admission of them posing a Hezb-Allah threat to Israel, it puts the lie to their protestations that they aren’t actually anti all of Israel.
