I have eaten a metric tonne of fresh organic pineapple and about a hundred pounds of fresh organic galangal (benefits of ginger AND turmeric) since I had long covid beginning in 2019..
Bromelain in the pineapple, one of the best natural sources.
Hadn’t heard of galangal – but see it’s a member of the ginger genus. Interesting. It would be helpful for your back as well.
I have some reservations about Dr. McCullaough’s work after seeing him selling his special “spike protein” detox compound on TV.
This may all be good stuff, but when a medical doctor starts selling stuff to fix a problem he is describing …. my skeptical questioning side kicks in.
Can understand that – but it is hardly only his information and he was involved at no small cost to himself (including untold legal costs and persecution) from the beginning sharing what are now proven methods of treatment and information exposing the entire nonsense, just as many of the medical community and others were for their efforts to educate and warn the public.
The fact that the particular group he is involved with eventually put together a single supplement with a number of the ingredients isn’t really surprising. That shouldn’t detract from the free information and his tireless efforts over a long period of time in regards to educating and helping people. There is also a rather significant body of scientific papers and studies on the efficacy of them.
His group also prescribes and provides tele-health for those who want it, including ivermectin of which the volume of data is at this stage rather unimpeachable – but that doesn’t mean the the inexpensive compound itself doesn’t work.
The fact remains that the individual ingredients themselves are readily available (at a less expensive price). Some people simply prefer (not I) a single combination rather than using multiple supplements.
My thoughts too. Could be fantastical for those that need it.

I’d much rather see a *good* doctor like Peter McCullough come out light years ahead of big pHarma. Someone has to.

Many contemporary doctors were trained by “Big Pharma” who sponsor most medial schools and provide “Physician Desk Reference Manual” for which treatment (pill) for which disease…bill
…as well as what is termed the “Rockefeller medical method.” This goes back to the point I’ve consistently made that an unfortunately large percentage of the medical community know absolutely nothing about the nutritional and “non-traditional” methods of good health and treatment, spend little to no time actually educating themselves outside of the “establishment” methods – filling in the gaps and throwing out the bad information they were fed in school.
The younger the doctors, the worse it is. I’m reminded of the case where one of the medical schools actually has thrown out the Hippocratic Oath and replaced it with a woke nonsense based one. Many of the “medical associations” who attack doctors who deviate from the policies they espouse are especially insidious.
Countrydoc and I have had a number of discussions about it here on the forum, once we established the well meant intentions on both sides.
I don’t trust my doctor or “insurance”. As terrible as it was, at least the plandemic exposed the new drug pushers to us all. And it’s all for our benefit don’t you know, not for “kick backs”.

There’s no money in educating the public in how to actually heal and treat their aliments for pennies on the dollar, and with natural medications that big pharma doesn’t hold the patents on. The ‘No Kings’ name chosen for the disparate DS/billionaire financed ‘resistance’ groups is highly instructive. The Democrats obviously expected Trump to defy the increasingly ridiculous TRO’s, but he didn’t fall into the trap they’d set, leaving them with a PR problem. Sitting in the various warehouses were hundreds of thousands of pre-printed ‘spontaneously created’ pieces of protest literature and websites all designed around the name they’d assumed would resonate with the public, ‘No Kings’.
In 1832 an unnamed artist had drawn a cartoon of Andrew Jackson, trampling the Constitution, titled ‘King Andrew the First’, in support of the opposition who accused the President of being an abuser of Presidential powers and acting like a monarch, sound familiar. Trouble was, the President in 2025 had accepted each judgement and obeyed the TRO’s, seeking instead to have them challenged and overturned. So, being good lefties they followed their master’s instructions and went ahead with the campaign with a slogan that jarred, not resonated, and their fellow travellers in the Democrat/media complex lamely tried to repurpose the slogan to suggest Trump’s legal deployment of NG troops and ICE’s very existence meant he was acting like a monarch.
Game set and match to Trump who, along with his army of memesters , have mercilessly mocked this obvious contradiction and made sure the campaign has made little impact beyond the normal suspects.

I’ve been at that terminal on the private side of Palm Beach airport when Trump was due in soon. Picking up a billionaire I used to work for and her guests. Loads of SS, DHS, and county LEOs, snipers and all. Still didn’t look secure to me. I have no formal training but even I could see a number of areas where someone with ill intent could hide. Look at that retard that was hiding out by the golf course. SS aren’t what they used to be, he never should have been able to approach that area.

It occurs to me that, while our president’s usual landing routine is certainly no secret and should absolutely be secured at all times, possibly even astute SS agents have a hard time securing the perimeter for a president who is always on the go.
President Trump doesn’t sit around like his predecessors, who much preferred to deliver addresses in front of green screens and a very friendly media.
I’ve seen President Trump spontaneously jump out of motorcades to greet the throngs. He is always on the go both here and abroad.
Contrast President Trump’s hectic schedule with that of presidents who were so scripted that the SS had days to prepare for their next appearance.
Come to think of it, given all the bad actors in his midst, maybe his spontaneity has its good points as well: it hinders their opportunities to *plot* against a fast moving, unpredictable target.
Maybe that’s why they were forced to erect a tree stand in the most predictable location they could find.
