The kid was kept/(sentenced, assigned by a judge….) to the facility, in the infirmary, in a single cell since there were no appropriate accommodations available for his age group. He was afforded all sorts of programs, tutors and experts, related to his age.
That child was so messed up…he used to bark at me when I brought his meal tray.
That was a quarter of a century ago…the crime occurred over candy and lunch money…the other perp was 14 if I recall properly. It was in the news, too.
