Big mistake reading all modern version bibles. At least with a King James Version there are credible bible concordance dictionaries that you can reference to find the correct translation.
Modern bibles have more intentional errors with each new version. The word changers have been very very busy attempting to distort the truth of scripture. You might as well go read comic books.

Then the anger of the Lord was hot against Israel; and He said, “Because this nation has transgressed My covenant which I commanded their fathers, and has not heeded My voice, 21I also will no longer drive out before them any of the nations which Joshua left when he died, 22so that through them I may test Israel, whether they will keep the ways of the Lord, to walk in them as their fathers kept them, or not.” 23Therefore the Lord left those nations, without driving them out immediately; nor did He deliver them into the hand of Joshua.
Ch 3 continues, naming the specific nations, overlay with a modern map. Pattern is prophecy, past is prologue.

The covenant referred to is in Leviticus 26, and they were reminded of it at length at the end of Deuteronomy.

Zephaniah 2:
Philistia

These are all wonderful and deserved tributes to our Great Peacemaker, PDJT.

I tuned in CNN for about 30 seconds. Kaitlin Collins had some Israeli guy on spewing nonsense that 50% of the country wants Netanyahu out, and they are upset that President Trump is meddling in Israeli affairs.

Watching that video is like looking through a fading portal into my youth – into the old America that still lived in the ’80s. Looking at Grandpa in his short tie, and Grandma with her old-school style, and the dinner table with hand-in-hand prayer… I realize that I LIVED THAT as a young’un … it was still there.
Now I see it in my memory, clear as a bell, but that America has faded so sharply, sadly and cruelly…. It makes me feel my age.
What I am encouraged to report is that I keep current and interactive with a lot of young folk in their 20s, and there is a lot of hope to be found. I share links to great sites like this one.
