One caveat I will say about your claim, make sure you download Telegram DIRECTLY from Telegram, NOT from Google or Apple. The versions on the app stores, DO have restrictions and Telegram warns you of that.

Try it again. I found another commenter in moderation who had the word “roth” as the beginning of his email address. That could have caused the word Rothschild to be temporarily held up. I deleted that part of his address, so it should no longer be a problem.
Example: If I have the word “WORD” in moderation, and someone types “WORDPRESS”, their comment will get held up. That’s how the algorithm works.

Maybe the written word can be controlled. In the UK there is a system set up in parts of London where, excuse my ignorance of technicalities, sensors can read the emotional thoughts of people passing certain points, i.e. crowd gatherings, my grandson has been privy to this. Unfortunately for the “sensors” they cannot read a blank mind, or a mind that is not susceptible to being read.

Well, read this article and you will see that taking advantage of citizens who have normal expectations of honesty and truth are being taken advantage of in a HUGE way. Algorithm management along with AI are new to most citizens.
The lack of community based training which should be available at every Community College across America is alarming. They, being our enemy within, dish out new computer models and concepts that the average American does not understand.
I say re-education should be a curriculum that is offered free to anyone who desires to learn how to use new stuff. At my age, I have found a free 40 minute class at the local library where I can go once a month to learn more about this computer I use every day. It has been a nightmare to learn how to use it! Does anyone else feel the need to become re-educated in this day and age? I will add that one requirement to be taught free of charge might be to require student learners to complete a highly developed Civics and American Government course as well. Those two topics first and then technology training to follow. That’s where the Department of Citizen Development should focus once it gets established.
