If I recall, Senator Schmitt was one of the State AG’s fighting the 2020 election steal.
I remember seeing signs for his Senate Candidacy all over the Missouri Outback when we took the family for a vacation in Missouri, a few years back.
He is well versed on all the bad stuff that occurred.

Senator Schmitt gave a fundraising speech with very stern words. It was meaningless-and obviously scripted.
Bondi was worse. She made a pathetic attempt to speak in her “angry mom voice” to appear fierce and determined. Authentic American Moms everywhere are laughing at her right now. Then she blathered on about unconfirmed attorneys. Clearly, she rehearsed in front of a mirror for hours-and still looked foolish.
I am so tired of the lies and pretending and the performative nonsense that passes for intelligent talk amongst our classless political class. They are dangerous, low IQ fools.

Why did he not ask Bondi any substantive questions during his monologue?
Why did he not invite her to comment as he went along with insight into how she was specifically fighting against those who committed these crimes?
Why did he let her get away with dodging his question about lawless rogue attorneys?
Their “exchange” was equivalent to a really bad sitcom.
Actually listening to him, I thought to myself that he would make a better AG than Bondi.

I don’t make any assumptions about your age or objectives but I’m old enough to know that these hearings are about getting a message out. Senator Schmitt did an effective job of laying out the timeline and getting a concise record into the senate of this timeline.

I could not stop watching Noem’s clip. It just struck me so funny.
Compliments motivate some people…especially women. He was simply trying to motivate Bondi. He did a great job of keeping his thoughts together considering he was angry throughout the whole 10 minutes. I liked the fact that he didn’t mind naming names….like Pritzker.
Schmitt is one of my favorites and I’d like to see him as AG. That’s my 2 c. And yes, I see the extraordinary criticisms from people here who couldn’t do a better job, especially under the circumstances.

I watched a little of this today. Mr. Schmitt must be clean, he spit facts. It’s just a shame that the members of the judiciary committee didn’t stay for the entirety of the question-and-answer session. Every one of senators who sit on this or any other committee should be required to remain in their seats to the end.
