From the perspective of Obama, Comey and Brennan, expanding Hillary Clinton’s Trump-Russia collusion narrative was the key element to hide the activity of the administration prior to the November 2016 election. That’s the motive for the FBI and CIA to collaborate on the agenda after the shocking outcome of the 2016 election result; but pay close attention to the activity of the primary “at risk” official, James Comey.
The December ’16 Joint Analysis Report (JAR), and the January ’17 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA), were fabricated to enhance a spying coverup. Spiropoulos has taken the time to put the deconstruction of the ICA into a simple to follow video format.
From a risk management perspective, initially the surveillance and spying operation was a low-risk endeavor. Obama held power and was going to hand off operations to Hillary. The Clinton administration would retain the officials who were doing the surveillance/spying, and no one would ever know.
Donald Trump was not expected to win the election. When he did, all of the participants were suddenly at risk. President Obama and every member of his cabinet involved in the spying operations, then used Clinton’s “Russiagate” smear to cover up Obama’s “Spygate” activity.
The IRS was used to identify targets 2010 through 2012, until discovered in April ’12. Suddenly, President Obama has a problem. President Obama then sends his Chief of Staff, Jack Lew, to run the IRS and block discoveries around the IRS weaponization.
From 2012 through April 2016, the Obama administration was spying on their political opposition using the FBI to conduct surveillance through their access to the NSA database.
In April 2016, NSA Admiral Mike Rogers was alerted by the NSA compliance officer who noted the uptick in database access activity by the FBI searching the Republican primary candidate field.
Post April 2016, the Obama administration had a problem. Enter FBI operation “Crossfire Hurricane,” July 2016, in an effort to remove the political risk.
October 2016, the FBI rushes a FISA application through the FISC, circumventing the missing ‘Woods File’, with the Chris Steele dossier as evidence.
October 2016, NSA Director Rogers sends the first official notification of the FBI using the NSA database to the oversight body, the FISA Court.
December 2016, worried about Trump now discovering the NSA database spying, the Obama administration wraps the Clinton smear into official policy, blaming the Russians and validating Crossfire Hurricane. That’s where the Intelligence Community Assessment becomes critical.
May 2017, needing to extend the coverup of the FBI activity, special counsel Robert Mueller then takes over Crossfire Hurricane. All FBI evidence and personnel transfers to Mueller.
April 2019, Robert Mueller operation wraps up, prior activity coverup shifts to Impeachment process.
July 2019, John Durham kicks in extending DOJ/FBI control through 2020 election.
Fall 2020, mail-in ballots triggered to facilitate 2020 election outcome.
January 2021, FBI triggers Operation Arctic Frost, targeting Trump supporters and 2020 election researchers. FBI again using NSA database search queries to identify targeting.
March 2021, FBI Arctic Frost results fed to J6 Committee and DHS. TSA trigger “Quiet Skies” targeting via results from Arctic Frost.
August 2022, FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago to retrieve any evidence Donald Trump might have of FBI spying and surveillance activity.
September 2023, Jack Smith targets congressional members who had contact with President Trump.
It’s one long continuum of coverup activity within Main Justice and the FBI, supported by all other various agencies who operate in support. What are they covering up? The Panama Canal Zone is not something created by Panama, but an US Administrative Entity designed to secure the Panama Canal and to exact income from foreign vessels. So it was a US territory subject to US jurisdiction

That is correct it has never been tested in court. According to my research the case can’t be brought until after the election and I have my doubts if any court is going to nullify a national election for citizenship status of the “elected” president.

US citizen yes but not “Natural Born” citizen as defined in the Law of Nations at the time the Constitution was written and George Washington placed the Natural Born requirement in the Constitution at the urgings of John Jay who of course became the first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
Even today someone born to parents with different citizenships are considered to have dual citizenship at least until they actively renounce one. Does this really sound like Natural Born Citizen? At the writing of our Constitution both parents had to be citizens for the person to be natural born.

I’m heartened that information is coming out, and hopeful that the dissolution of the Deep State will be like Hemingway’s character in The Sun Also Rises describes bankruptcy – “gradually and then suddenly”. I had always wondered just why Comey was so opposed to Trump, and I’m still puzzled why he’d shank Hillary right before the election. Did he figure she’d win anyway and he preferred she’d be put on notice and hobbled, or was it just that his ego insisted he not pass up a chance to make some noise on TV?
Mr. Spiropoulos noted previously that Comey reopened the Hillary investigation to seize control of the Weiner laptop and its contents.
Comey’s #2 man at the FBI was Andrew McCabe. The FBI’s New York Field Office told him about the emails on the Weiner laptop on September 28, 2016. He and his staff were told the next day they would need a new search warrant to get access to the emails. The existing warrant didn’t cover the Clinton and Abedin emails.
But McCabe sat on the information, hoping to bury the emails until after the election. Lots of reasons. Among them, the Clinton machine had bankrolled McCabe wife’s run for public office. So, he wasn’t going to shiv Clinton.
It wasn’t until the US District Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Preet Bharara (no friend of Trump), called DOJ and asked, Are you guys getting a search warrant or not?
Only after being prodded by DOJ did McCabe inform Comey about the emails. The date: October 27, just days before the election.
Comey said he re-opened the investigation because he feared what it would look like if it became known after the election that he had sat on the laptop and not checked the emails.

So too, Comey will be tried in a great political show trial trumpeted by the corrupt legacy media and then most likely found not guilty. The basic strategy of the coup d’etat was to try and “Nixon” President Trump. ie build up so much negative media pressure that he would have to step down for the good of the country. I’m a both/and guy when it comes to the illegal spying and the rolling coup. Yes, the plot started off as a way to hide them illegal spying. But it morphed into a way to (initially) hamstring Trump 45, then a full on bureaucratic coup d’etat through the Special Counsel.
They used their official badges to do things that had a patina of legality. But they did this to accomplish illegal ends. Fortunately, the Administrative State operates such that everything was documented (patina of legality). But they left fingerprints at the scene of the crime: The fraudulent FISA, the framing of Mike Flynn, the insurance policy texts, the FISA leak, actively hiding Brady materials from defendants, perjury, etc.
The people tapping Trump’s phones would not do that without “top cover” in the form of a warrant. So they got their warrant, but it required leaving fingerprints on the weapon (the fraudulent FISAs).
The weapons of the Administrative State can be used against them. That’s what declassification is all about.

The sources were not revealed. I doubt they are CIA employees. Two senior staff officers actually did the right thing and rejected the raw intel because it was, well, junk. However, Brennan overruled them and ordered them to use it anyway.
