Friend of the Treehouse John Spiropoulos has put together a series of videos explaining how President Obama, FBI Director James Comey and CIA Director John Brennan constructed a coverup to hide their political surveillance operation. Today there are two video segments that deserve focus.

From the perspective of Obama, Comey and Brennan, expanding Hillary Clinton’s Trump-Russia collusion narrative was the key element to hide the activity of the administration prior to the November 2016 election. That’s the motive for the FBI and CIA to collaborate on the agenda after the shocking outcome of the 2016 election result; but pay close attention to the activity of the primary “at risk” official, James Comey.
The December ’16 Joint Analysis Report (JAR), and the January ’17 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA), were fabricated to enhance a spying coverup. Spiropoulos has taken the time to put the deconstruction of the ICA into a simple to follow video format. Two parts below:
The next segment is below. Pay particular attention to the person who actually triggered the cancellation of the December 9, 2016, Presidential Daily Brief. It wasn’t Obama, it was James Comey.
From a risk management perspective, initially the surveillance and spying operation was a low-risk endeavor. Obama held power and was going to hand off operations to Hillary. The Clinton administration would retain the officials who were doing the surveillance/spying, and no one would ever know.
Donald Trump was not expected to win the election. When he did, all of the participants were suddenly at risk. President Obama and every member of his cabinet involved in the spying operations, then used Clinton’s “Russiagate” smear to cover up Obama’s “Spygate” activity.
The IRS was used to identify targets 2010 through 2012, until discovered in April ’12. Suddenly, President Obama has a problem. President Obama then sends his Chief of Staff, Jack Lew, to run the IRS and block discoveries around the IRS weaponization.
From 2012 through April 2016, the Obama administration was spying on their political opposition using the FBI to conduct surveillance through their access to the NSA database.
In April 2016, NSA Admiral Mike Rogers was alerted by the NSA compliance officer who noted the uptick in database access activity by the FBI searching the Republican primary candidate field.
Post April 2016, the Obama administration had a problem. Enter FBI operation “Crossfire Hurricane,” July 2016, in an effort to remove the political risk.
October 2016, the FBI rushes a FISA application through the FISC, circumventing the missing ‘Woods File’, with the Chris Steele dossier as evidence.
October 2016, NSA Director Rogers sends the first official notification of the FBI using the NSA database to the oversight body, the FISA Court.
December 2016, worried about Trump now discovering the NSA database spying, the Obama administration wraps the Clinton smear into official policy, blaming the Russians and validating Crossfire Hurricane. That’s where the Intelligence Community Assessment becomes critical.
May 2017, needing to extend the coverup of the FBI activity, special counsel Robert Mueller then takes over Crossfire Hurricane. All FBI evidence and personnel transfers to Mueller.
April 2019, Robert Mueller operation wraps up, prior activity coverup shifts to Impeachment process.
July 2019, John Durham kicks in extending DOJ/FBI control through 2020 election.
Fall 2020, mail-in ballots triggered to facilitate 2020 election outcome.
January 2021, FBI triggers Operation Arctic Frost, targeting Trump supporters and 2020 election researchers. FBI again using NSA database search queries to identify targeting.
March 2021, FBI Arctic Frost results fed to J6 Committee and DHS. TSA trigger “Quiet Skies” targeting via results from Arctic Frost.
It’s one long continuum of coverup activity within Main Justice and the FBI, supported by all other various agencies who operate in support. What are they covering up? The 2012 through 2016 political spying operation within the Obama administration, as carried out by the same Main Justice and FBI operations.

I’ve said this for almost 10 years. They used plausibly legal actions within their authority to commit illegal acts such as
– illegal spying (FBI)
– fraud against the United States (Mueller)
The problem the conspirators have is they left behind fingerprints which was necessary to set up the color of law activities. The FISA warrant was needed to spy on Trump and provide cover for the earlier illegal spying. Problem? They knowingly used a fraudulent document (dossier) and falsified the warrant.
Or, the MANY documented fingerprints left behind during the fraudulent Flynn prosecution (they clearly framed him, their notes all but say it). Or the willful hiding of Brady materials. Both illegal, but done under the auspices of lawful authority. Color of law.
They also had to lie under oath and in the media. No, you’re not under oath on CNN, but if you’re speaking in an official capacity, you are still making false statements. “Yes I lied about my official duties, but it was only on CNN,” isn’t much of a defense.
The cabal is most vulnerable to charges of conspiracy against rights because that crime exists specifically to prevent public officials from using lawful actions of their office to commit crimes.
We had a dirty town cop in my community growing up. He eventually got caught and sent to jail, but what was he doing?
Pulling people over for “speeding” (lawful), then accepting sizable cash bribes (illegal) in exchange for issuing a $25 parking ticket (legal) instead of a huge speeding fine (illegal).
Requiring a new ICA is not illegal. Transparently using it to lie on FISA warrants, is illegal. Including the Steele dossier? Not illegal. Lying about its credibility to spy on Trump? Very illegal. Hiring FBI contractors to work on NSA data queries? Not illegal. Targeted NSA search queries aimed at Trump allies, which were then sent to Clinton (probably via her illegal email system)? I feel God is grieved when we categorically state from the outset that nothing will be done. Did we really believe Trump would get in, either in 2016 or 2024? I was the worst skeptic, believing that the State would only allow their choice of president, killing Trump if needed. They FAILED… they don’t always get their way.
Instead of grousing, let’s pray and believe in EXPOSURE of the crimes as the priority. We can’t predict outcomes but we have enough people in place to prove the cases against the wicked.

I have trouble with this version of what went down for the simple reason that the deep states attack on Trump was way too overblown. We all saw it when it started in the media – one year Trump is on all the talk shows and everyone is nice to him, asking if he will ever run for president, the next year they’ve all began acting like he’s hitler all the sudden.

Why is there no spotlight on their re-emerging public lives in the context of what may have occurred?

Cumulatively, the evidence is like hundreds of overfilled dumpsters after a sporting event. as for the FBI “clearing” Trump. shocker, they lied to keep Trump from being suspicious, just in case he won.
McCabe was informed about the laptop on Sept. 28, 2016. He was told by the FBI Field Office in New York that he would need a new search warrant to look through the Clinton emails. I agree with the first part – but at the time I distinctly remember thinking “why is the fbi bringing this up right before the election?” If they had a case against her, they should have made a big deal of it when they indict her and have all the evidence and a lock tight case.
As for your second part – that doesn’t make sense. They clearly tipped the scales for Trump bc at the time, they had been aggressively pushing the Russian collusion angle. For them to say that 3 days before the election is practically a done deal for ALL fence sitters, since that was the main hang up for them.
No way Comey wanted PDT. He was just trying to cover his own ass over Broomhilda’s.

I’ve been off the grid for three years waiting for the right story to come along. My last series was when I was embedded with truckers fighting covid vaccine and mask mandates on a 2500 mile convoy from California to DC. That was the most uplifting story I’ve ever covered. I encountered thousands of Patriots on overpasses cheering on the truckers. Heart pounding and visually compelling.
The “Obama’s Spies and Lies” series doesn’t have the emotional or visual appeal. But that’s the challenge I relish. And I know nobody on TV will go in depth on the information because it’s a brutally difficult story to not only understand but to tell in an interesting way.

To have the curtain pulled back and so much revealed has made me look at the world so differently – I cannot “unsee” it now. With all these crimes against our country/citizens being exposed my one question is this – when will there be actual justice to the American people? Meaning when will these people actually stand trial, are convicted, and imprisoned? It’s one thing for us to be “enlightened” to what’s been happening yet another for something to actually be done about it. Simple indictments aren’t enough. Gitmo needs to be filled up with these criminals. If we don’t do something within the next three years, I fear what’s going to happen. We may only be getting a temporary reprieve here.

There seems to be a preponderance of hopelessness and negativity among many here lately. There is a huge difference between pointing out problems in order to lay out solutions — and discouraging everyone around us.
It is good to point out the evil, the departures from ideal, the differences we are from perfection – so that we may move in the right direction.
Prosecution is not yet happening officially, but history is prosecuting. We are certainly in a better place of enlightenment of the work we have cut out before us – as individuals and as a nation. Our young people were responding to Charlie Kirk and many others. They are seeking better answers, and a better life.

Reading the posts the last couple of days got me thinking about a movie I saw back in the early 70s. I couldn’t remember the name of it at first (had to do a search), but I remembered it was about a cop who tried to expose the corruption of the NYPD. “Serpico” with Al Pacino was what I found. Based on true story.
I remember now how I felt leaving that movie. It was sickening that all that corruption was going on and he even got shot in the face. Then he got some kind of medal of honor or something.
But I was 21, having fun, I did not live in NY, and well, it just left my mind after a while.
Feelings of hopelessness and anger at the unfairness of it all seems familiar lately. But I have found hope and peace in Jesus. He is the only one who can fix this. And He has already won. I just get sad when I think about the world my grandchildren are facing.
Don’t acquiesce – use the sadness as a motivation tool to end the madness. Start with your local community or local government. Pick one negative thing and focus on fixing it. It doesn’t have to be big, it can be a small thing. If everyone fixes something, suddenly an awful lot of somethings are fixed and things are noticeably better.
